I love this place! and I love how welcoming I feel from the moment I enter the place. Great service from most of the ladies. Although, I had two bad experiences with an elderly lady who works there, who unfortunately I will never let her thread my eyebrows again. Both of my experiences ended up the same way. I have never had my eyebrows threaded so hard in my life. I was in excruciating pain while she was threading my eyebrows, even till the end of the day, I felt my skin around my eyebrows delicate and sensitive and I'm not the type who has sensitive skin, but omg it was horrible! On top of that she kept poking my eyes when she would rub off the excess hair from my eyebrows with a tissue. I gave her two chances thinking that the second time around it wouldn't be the same experience, but boy I was wrong! She is not gentle what so ever and I don't recommend anyone going with her. This is the only reason why I gave this place 4 starts out of 5 , other than that this place is great. read more

Making an appointment - called an hour before I wanted to go in, and they were able to schedule me in with no problems. It was very strange that the person who picks up the phone is a man--to me at least. Brow threading ($9) - Hala gave me a mirror and I think it was a pencil, to point out exactly how I wanted them done. I told her to just make them look pretty and she did just that! The shape is a tad different than I usually do it, but really pretty. I did get a small red mark on one eye, so let her know if you have sensitive skin. Hala - I'd seen both positive and negative reviews for her, so I was a bit nervous. She is very sweet and has a sense of humor. But, I can see how she might rub people the wrong way. For example, she said a few times that I shouldn't let my brows grow out so long and that they were a mess. (When I pay to get them done, I like letting them grow out for a little so that (a) they have more to work with and wont make them too thin, and (b) i feel like I'm getting my moneys worth.) She did badger me a tiny bit to come get them done every two weeks. But it really wasn't a big deal. As I was leaving she came over to give me a hug. Very nice lady! This is the place with the best price I could find in the area. The place was pretty and the service was great! Would recommend. read more

UPDATED REVIEW: So I came here again to get my eyebrows threaded on Tuesday but this time I was disappointed with the results. My eyebrows became VERY uneven. I don't know what her name was but I remember her face. She wasn't my usual eyebrow artist but she was the only one available and I was in a rush. She seemed like she was in a hurry and just want me out of the way. She didn't even take a second to examine my eyebrows before threading them and didn't even bother to ask me what I wanted before doing anything. I'm disappointed with this visit. :( read more

I found this place by coincidence. Being extremely picky about who touches my eyebrows, I gave this place a try. Malti took care of me! The first time I went she studied by eyebrows well. She explained what she was doing as she went along with the threading process. At first my eyebrows weren't nicely shaped as expected but for a good reason-another place had messed up my eyebrows leaving them uneven. She explained that proper form to my eyebrows were impossible but some hairs would be left behind to even my eyebrows out. After months of patience, my eyebrows finally look even and AMAZING! Im going to have to rate this three stars for now. I recently came in for a Brazilian wax... the most painful experience ever! ...and evidently the lady (going to leave nameless) who did my waxing tried to rush everything, did a semi good job and already tried to rush me out. I came home to see how good of a job she did but there was left over wax she did not remove, I had so many patches on my va-jay-jay... there was so many hairs left over and wasn't removed at all. Usually for a Brazilian wax, everything was suppose to be completely removed... but it wasn't. Would I go here again? Possibly but maybe have someone else do my waxing. read more

I started coming here like two months ago because a friend of mine recommended them to me. After spending so much money getting my brows waxed I wanted to switch to threading. Tried Ziba and I wasn't impressed. All the ladies here at Perfect Brows are nice and the price is great. I usually stick to Malti,shes amazing and so sweet!!
