I've been coming to OM threading for years now because it's so close to home. Over the last few months, their quality of their eyebrow threading service has been disappointing. My eyebrows look horrible. They take away way too much hair and don't do the style that is asked for. Today, the person doing my brows fingers and breath reeked of garlic. It just made the experience that much more unpleasant. Please if you're working that closely to a clients face be cautious of those things after eating. I will not be returning to this establishment after my visit and I regret doing so today. read more

I have passed Om multiple times but this was my first time getting threaded there and Monica did not disappoint. My experience was excellent; she was fast and cleaned up my eyebrows. I don't personally like the pain that is associated with threading, however, her efficiency made it a swift and almost painless process, at least as painless as threading goes. I would highly recommend it, plus it's tucked into this plaza across from possibly the best Thai place in Long Beach across the street, Tasty food to go, no matter how generic that sounds. This location opens at 10 am, and the ladies there take frequent lunch breaks. Especially when there's people waiting around 12 am when a lot of people take their lunch!! They handle money and don't sanitize in between. One of them has an attitude and her supposed 30 minute break turned to 1 hour. Just she did not have to help me and the other people waiting. This threading salon is great. I had driven by here before and my eyebrows were in desperate need of a clean up so I came in. I signed in and waited my turn. The team here is being good about only taking in a few people at a time to limit capacity during covid, but there is a nice shaded patio area to wait in while you wait your turn. Monica did my brows and they came out beautifully. She walked me through what she did and a bit about where she left a few hairs so they could continue to grow and even out my eyebrow shape. Monica was also extremely gentle, this was the least painful threading experience I have ever had. I've been back already since and will continue to come here for my brows. read more

Worst threading ever today. A different person than usual and she keeps saying eyebrows even. No, you did not do my eyebrows evenly. One is up and the other is going down. They look terrible and they are not even shaped correctly. Where is the beautiful pointed arch at the top? You threaded it away to this ugly rounded look and keep telling me "No the same." This review is not for the shop, nor is it for the woman who usually does my eyebrows, it is only for the service provided today by the woman today, 9/8/19. She also pulled off a bit of my skin while threading and left my skin on fire. Her response: "Sensitive skin." Hi, yeah, you pulled my skin while threading. I am so disappointed with this place today. I will come back when the other lady is here. This is the ugliest eyebrow job ever other than the one time I had my brows waxed and the woman took off some eyebrow hair leaving a line through my eyebrows. That was at least a quick fix with a 1 second brow powder fix. What I'm leaving with today is the wrong shape, uneven brows, and skin on fire. NOT COOL!!! read more

Stopped in after a quick Northgate run, and I am super pleased!! I am a really old lady with not much brows to begin with BUT she did a super job of shaping and cleaning up. I was also treated to a nice aloe eye & temple massage. She also said she can hook me up with a micro-blading tech if I am interested. First time here Store is clean and new, I was offered water which I think was very nice customer service touch, definitely referring people over. I have very sensitive skin but after threading the threater put some cool aloe Vera and a massaged my eyebrows and forehead , I'm very impressed usually after threading my eyebrows I don't like to go out because they get very red and puffy but not this time!! read more
