Been coming here for a few months now. Saru is great! Always know how I like it and will fix if I'm not satisfied. Closed mouth don't get fed. If you don't like it speak up on it! This morning I went to OM Threading to get henna applied to both of my feet. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean the facility was. Drove here a day before going on a cruise and needed my eye brows fixed! Found this place lm Yelp with great reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. And I'm so happy that I stopped here! Was greeted immediately and sat down! Chair #2 was what I was hoping for and thank God I got her! So gentle and so friendly! Had a very nice conversation with her. I needed to get my eyebrows threaded stat! I yelped this place and it was literally down the street from my house. When I got there, there was no wait (although it was 10:30am on a Monday). I can't remember the woman's name who did my brows. But she did them well. I hadn't got my brows done in 8months (but my brows don't grow that much). She cleaned them up and made it easier for me to draw them in. Lovely job read more

I am very disappointed in learning that Saru won't be working here anymore. I've called in every other month for the past half year to see if she's in. She's never in when I call, so I go elsewhere (Sabita @ Ziba in Lakewood) or I grow them out more. Finally I was in the area again and I decided to just walk in. I asked for Saru and the lady there I BELIEVE her name was Renu (so sorry if this is incorrect!) said she won't be here anymore but she was also the owner's sister. I decided to go for it. After having grown my brows out all summer, I had enough for her to work with. I showed her a picture of how I usually fill in my brows and a picture of someone elses brows freshly threaded. She got the exact shape I was going for and went at it. I was so worried but was not going to be upset at whatever the outcome was, (I was in dire need of getting them done!) but to my pleasant surprise I loved what she did! I was actually super thrilled and when I went home to fill them in, they were just how I wanted them! I typically have to pluck off a few strays that eyebrow threaders tend to leave on purpose to go with the shape, but I like my tail thin and straight not curving down like most women. Anywho, I was super relieved and looking forward to coming back. And for $6! I pay twice at Ziba + tip... Such a deal - I recommend this spot! read more

For the longest, I've hated my eyebrows. My left one has an higher arch and no matter what I do, it's always uneven in pictures... like noticeably uneven. Saru (chair #2) managed to get them to be completely perfect. Idk how she did it, but she's definitely a perfectionist. She was very gentle throughout my whole threading session. Her pricing is cheap as well. The soothing massage at the end was a very nice touch. I would definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again. read more

Waited for almost 20 min but ignored my existence and let other two customers cut me off. Maybe good price, but poor customer service. If they can't know the order of who came first, I wouldn't be so sure if they can even give a good threading. read more

This place sucks the messed up my eyebrows made them very uneven ...they would try to fix it but it just made it worse ...then they gave me a little bald spot on my eyebrow and had the audacity To say that they were already like that ! I always come to this place because i loved how they would do my eyebrows. Unfortunately today on thanks giving day I had the worst eyebrow experience. I asked for thick brows and showed her on my phone an old pic of when I got it done before, but the lady in chair 3 did them skinny, she messed up my day! although she was nice I wanted to cry after that because I didn't want to ruin her thanksgiving day. I am beyond pist at this point I told her clearly do not do them skinny I want it thick and she messed it up. I feel so ugly With 2 different shaped brows at this point. Once again I will have to regrow my eyebrows in 2 months. I give this place a 4 but her work I give it a zero if I could. read more

I've been to a few eyebrow threading places and this by far is my favorite. They offered cold water when I was there which is a plus. My eyebrow lady, whom I didn't get her name was really good. I've been trying to grow out my eyebrows and I told her I want them to look fuller and thicker and to clean them and not take too much off. Every little thing she asked if it was okay and if I thought it would be better to take more hairs off from this part, etc. At the end my eyebrows look full and clean and I know in a few weeks with the hairs growing back out its gonna look perfect.
