Sometimes, there is a 10-15 minute wait but that is usually because I only get my brows done by Malti. They also sell some beauty items in the front of the store. I was recommended to this place by a good friend of mine for a Brazilian wax, which was going to be my first time. I told Raj over the phone that it will be my first time and she told me to come in so she can see if I was eligible to get it done that day. When I first walked in, she was very welcoming and friendly. I love the location and ambience of this place. There is one small room where she does the brazilian wax and there was no AC except a fan. With it being a hot day, I felt hot and sweaty during the procedure. However, she was very nice and conversational. She gave me seconds to breathe and helped me relax since it was painful. And since it was my first time, she did not want to irritate me more if she were to thread it. Therefore, she had me come in 6 days later so she can completely finish it. I found it interesting that she threaded it rather than plucking and it was nice. She did a great job. When I came back, I decided to get my eyebrows done and told her I wanted to make it as thick as possible. She was very delicate and cleaned my eyebrows very well. She didn't want to thread certain areas because she wanted it to grow in the next time I come in so my eyebrows would be the way I want them and that she will have more to work with to shape it. I loved the results and I highly recommend this place for both eyebrow threading and brazilian wax. read more

So it was my first time to ever do eyebrow tinting. I was curious and only read about it so I decided why not? Let's just go ahead and try it. I have thin eyebrows and wanted a little fuller look but wanna keep it natural looking. I came in and Liliana helped me. There's some things that I wish she did... I told her it was my first time doing this and she asked me what color... I told her again it was my first time and I didn't really know, just wanted something natural. She said brown. As I was asking her additional questions regarding how long it would last, and so forth she rushed into answering my question making it seem as if she knew what I was going to ask but was totally not what I was asking. When she showed me the after look in the mirror asking if it looked okay, I barely looked at it and she says see its not too dark. And took the mirror away. I wish it was more of a friendlier type of feel especially being my first time. I see now why no one else raves about her in these reviews. I came home and my right brow as longer than the left with the tint. I had to go home and scrub the heck out of the longer side as well as making it look more natural by scrubbing the unatural thickness from my skin. I know nothing is perfect but u would think u would want to at least be friendly to attract clients to u... I'll probably try eyebrow tinting again but with someone else. read more

Decided to try this place because of all the great reviews with my daughter the other day. First off, we went Sat evening and no wait what so over which was great...... however, upon further investigation after coming home - my daughters brow lines weren't nearly as clean as when they wax. I'm not sure if that's what's expected from threading vs. waxing but, wasn't impressed when you see a a few straying strands. Plus, it felt like they were yanking out the hair pinches at a time. I think I may stick to waxing with one big yank and it being a cleaner line. read more

I bought a Brazilian wax for $17 which is originally $35 (and that's a deal in itself). this was my very first Brazilian wax, I was very nervous but Hala made me feel so comfortable! she really put me at ease gave me a lot of info and was walking me through the process. since it was my first time it was very painful but Hala made sure to make it a pleasurable experience for me, she played music and was joking around with me I was laughing the entire time. she's very sweet and although it felt like forever she waxed and cleaned me up in under 30minutes! she's amazing, Great customer service! you will definitely be pleased with your visit here, and the prices are very reasonable. read more

I came here for eye brow and chin threading services. First time having threading too. This place had such great reviews so I thought I'd try it. All the reviews are true! Everyone was very polite. The lady doing my threading talked me through it since it was my first time. I also did my upper lip which really hurt but I was a first timer so its expected. After, she rubed some rose water and aloe on my face and even included a nice forehead/temple massage. The price I thought was great. $19 for all 3 services and they gave me a stamp card- buy 9 brow services and get the 10th one free. The place was clean with nice decor and conveniently located behind a coffee bean. Also they are open until 7 during the week which is great with my work schedule Overall, I will be going back. I have been coming to Perfect Brows for nearly 10 months and Hala has always done an amazing job on my brows. She is always courteous, profession and a real pleasure to be around. I especially love that she take the extra time to first thread and then pluck my eyebrows. Hala suggested that I come in and have a facial. So I booked my appointment and went in to see her Wednesday. Hala was a gem. She first looked at my skin under the light scope and asked me basic questions about how I care for my skin and what my diet was like. (Well she actually told me that she noticed, from my skin, that I ate a lot of cheese which is so true.) She knew exactly what I was eating based on my skin. As we settled into the facial she suggested a microderm abrasion along with some basic extractions for my stubborn white heads. Hala took the time to explain everything that she was doing during the facial. She told me what each cream did and when she would do an extraction. I have very sensitive skin and I have to tell you this was the first time that I did not swell or scab! Hala was gentle and amazing on my skin. She even gave me a free 5 minute UV treatment to treat some recent acne on my jaw line. (who gives out free stuff these days.) In addition to extractions, we did a microderm. Hala explained that it might tingle and that it was normal. I was a bit apprehensive but I had nothing to fear because it didn't hurt at all. Darn Nerves. It is now two days later, my skin is so clear and glowing. I have baby soft skin. It looks as though Hala removed the first few layers of damaged skin and I couldn't be happier. I will be coming back to have facials with Hala she works wonders. O and before I forget, the massage was great too. I was so relaxed,; she has magic hands :) At the end of the facial, Hala advised me on how to better care for my skin. She gave me a good routine/ step by step process to minimize brake outs and prevent those stubborn white heads. HALA IS THE BEST. I've been to Perfect Brows on three different occasions and have had three different threading artists- all of which were fantastic. My experience was extra special this last time I went because of Rachna. She was so kind and gentle, my eyes tend to water when I get them threaded and she would stop and give me breaks during my session to wipe them off. Afterwards she applied lotion to my eyebrows and gave me a eyebrow, forehead, and temple massage. I almost couldn't get out of the chair when she was done. So relaxing. I think making someone's visit memorable like that is important and will definitely be returning to her chair the next time I visit. read more

This was my second time going to Perfect Brows, and I would have given them all 5 stars. However, I had somewhat of an uncomfortable experience due the the receptionist. She was very rude and didn't greet me like a customer. When I walked in, she was very standoffish and looked at me as if I didn't belong there. Usually, anywhere I go, I'm greeted with a smile and a hello, but that just was not the case here. Aside from that Malti does an awesome job with brows! I always get my eyebrows threaded here. I never get the other services so I cannot comment on those. Every time I get my eyebrows done there I am super happy. The price is usually like $8/9 and they are some of the most gentle threaders I've experienced. I'm really sensitive so it's always a challenge to get through the process at most locations but at Perfect Brows they are so good at it that i barely feel any plucking or pain at all from the string. Malti is a brow GOD! I came to her after discovering this gem on yelp, trying to recover years of over plucking, brow abuse, and horrible experience with other threaders in the area making them even WORSE. I was days away from getting my eyebrows tattooed on and ready to give up, thinking the damage was done my brows would never grow back. With her help, and a couple months of hard work, and dedication, she has my brows literally looking perfect! I get compliments from everyone, when I was ready to throw in the towel thinking my brows better days were gone. I cannot recommend this place enough. I absolutely hate threading anything because I'm a weenie and I think it hurts soo much. But one weekend, all of the places I normally go for my eyebrow and lip waxes were full so I decided to try threading again because I really needed to get them done. I still am not the biggest fan of threading because it does hurt a little more than waxing BUT this place was great. I was able to find street parking right in front, but I think that was pure luck because it was a pretty busy area on the Saturday afternoon that I went. The salon was really tiny but really cute and clean (which is super important). There were only two women working and a few people waiting, but they work really quickly and do great work. Everyone leaving seemed satisfied. I really liked the way she shaped my eyebrows and she did it quickly which I appreciated. read more

Ayesha does a great job and this review does not reflect anything she did. If it were just about her I would give 5 stars. However the other lady that works in the chair 2nd to the right I have not had such a good experience with. For one, I had been going here multiple times since I moved to the area and probably around the 5th time I went Ayesha asked for my phone number for the rewards program. I found this very odd that I'd never known about this ahead of time and would have probably gotten a free threading by now had I known. The other lady that works there never mentioned it. Since then I specifically try to go to Ayesha when I can but I went tonight to the other lady and she did not do a great job with my eyebrows. I didn't notice at the time but when I got home noticed a good amount of hairs that she missed. In addition she yet again did not ask for my phone number. I grew my eyebrows out for a month and 2 weeks due to mistakes and unevenness from previous threading salons, and Ripel did a great job evening my eyebrows out and fixing it. I'm finally comfortable with the eyebrows that I have. She took her time closely, and carefully threaded my brows. I am happy with the final result. I found this place on Yelp, and went an hour after opening today. Oh my goodness, it's everything everyone's said on here. It's cute, mellow calm environment. It's super clean. The vibe with the music meshes well. The customer service from the ladies there is wonderful. They're warm and welcoming. Rachana helped me today and she was delicate and superb in her work with my brows. I was so in love afterwards, and gave me tips with helping my brows grow in certain spots to help shape them. I trust her and this place for now on, she's my go to, for all my services. I will be a regular and bring everyone here I know and ask for recommendations. And the price is so affpradable and reasonable. I work two blocks away, and stopped by my store, and I work with just females, I told them about it and that they need to go and they said they will.
