Nobody will understand how much I love this place. A few years ago my lady who would do my eyes brows got diagnosed with cancer and then passed. I came here again because I really loved what they did last time with my brows but I got thread by another woman. I set in the chair and she arrived after 5 minutes, apologizing because she was on a long distance call. No problem I understand it, I'm far away home too. She asked me how I wanted my brows. So she started to draw it with a pencil and I told here that I prefer a more natural shape, to not use the pencil because I would not keep doing it. She said you will, in a rude manner. I said no and she said that the lines help here with the thread. She left a scrubs on my skin and never apologized, she said it was my fault because I didn't hold my skin properly. I'm suppose to know how to hold it? No, you show me and you stop if I'm doing it wrong. I got more scabs. She did the second brow and I asked her to remove the pencil from the other side. She pretended to do it. We finished and she told me if I wanted my lip done too. I did it yesterday!!! I went to the casher and gave 1$ cash despite everything. I went out, see my eye brows in another mirror and with natural light. They were totally asymmetric, pencil was on, and she left spots of hairs on the corner of my eye. I came back, ask her to retouch them, she was rude as usual. I asked my dollar tip back and left. Fuck! read more

Not sure what happened here, but I have scabs on my eyebrows after coming here. I have had my eyebrows threaded several times and I decided to try out this place. It didn't hurt that bad while getting it done. In fact, it hurt slightly less than the last place I went, so I don't know why this happened. Whatever the reason though, something should be done bc I now have scabs for a wedding I'm going to. Yikes read more

Raj is the best! I was reluctant to try a new eyebrow threading place because I am very particular about my eyebrows. I have been threading my eyebrows for over a decade at places like Ziba etc. While they did an okay job at these places, I noticed my eyebrows were getting thinner over the years. I like having thicker shapely eyebrows. Raj gave me some tips for thickening my eyebrows which I will try. I had never had my lower lip or nose area threaded like I did here. It was a first for me. It didn't take long from browsing through Yelp that I found Perfect Brows and decided on putting the fate of my brows in their hands. I arrived here 10 minutes before closed and was seated right away. Rachana was not only friendly and sweet, but she was quick and skillful as well. Wow! I never knew threading could be this good! A lifelong brow waxer, I was getting sick of the little ladies at the nail salon giving me a 1-hair-thin arch, so I grew them out and tried to manage them myself. I found that most threading places did good shaping, but left a lot of the stray blond hairs on my brow bone. Uhh. I missed my waxing. Then I came to Perfect Brows. For $9, Irmah not only shaped and cleaned up my brow forest, she left my brow as hairless and clean as a good wax. And a nice trim and rose water treatment and I was out the door. I had been meaning to get my eyebrows waxed for a few weeks and kept putting it off when I walked past a sign on 2nd street for Perfect Brows. I went in and was sat down immediately. Hala asked me if I had ever tried threading and I hadn't. She asked if I was worried about pain, and I said no, so she said, "I will try it and if you don't like it, I can wax." It was great! She was excited that I was willing to try something new. She was very good at reading me and my reactions. She told me about tinting but didn't push it. She mentioned another service and could tell immediately I didn't dig it, so said, "It may not be for you because it's not for everyone." I really felt like she wanted to give me options but didn't want to push me into a service. Overall, it was really fun! Found this place on Yelp I was really impressed with the welcoming information on the phone by Rachna. My Brow Artist was Ripal she was did a wonderful job and was gentle. The business is clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and courteous. I happy to say I will be a regular client! We have another shop within a few blocks but they provide rushed threading which results in not just hair being removed by skin as well! Been here twice for clean up on my brows ($9). They have never looked so good. People are actually commenting on my brows asking what I did different and if I got them dyed or filled in. I just got a spray tan done by anicia and it came out sooo good. I'm really fair skinned and she gave me a beautiful bronze color, not too dark and not too light either. Wasn't orange at all..thank god! She spent time to double check that it was perfect and even helped me put my clothes on at the end so I wouldn't run the risk of rubbing any off. 5 stars! read more

I went to Perfect Brows for the first time yesterday. I walked by it last week and then went on Yelp to read the reviews. I had a facial and my eyebrows threaded by Swati. She did such a wonderful job with the facial and the brows. She gave me some great cleaning tips for my face. The price for the facial was very reasonable (they were having a $55 October special...normally $65 I believe). Definitely can't beat the $9 price for the brows. I have been coming here for 2 years now. It has taken time for me to find the right person who not only cares about my eyebrows, but is professional and take my concerns into consideration. Being Asian, my hair type could be extremely difficult to manage when it comes to maintenance of eyebrows. I have to say that Syeda is an artist. Went here as an emergency because I totally forgot to get my eyebrows before getting into town. Awesome they were open as early as 10 am on a Saturday morning. Since its belmont shores parking was quite a pain. I have no idea where people park, thank goodness my boyfriend dropped me off. There was no wait and I was seated right away by a very nice young lady. She clean and trimmed my eyebrows well and I really felt fresh afterwards. And it was completely pain free! No ouches or tears for this gal here! This place is a very nice elegant threading place. I have had my shares of going to plenty and it looks like I would pay a lot to get eyebrows threaded, but nope only $9! What a steal! I think everytime I fly home i will definitely make time to get my brows threaded here all the time!
