I highly recommend Perfect Brows. It's hard to find a place that does a good job with mens eyebrows and mine came out perfect!

Really surprised to see that this place has such good reviews on yelp. My experience was the exact opposite - horrible! Let me start by saying I had been to this place once before. I enjoy trying new things and had never had my eyebrows threaded, waxed but never threaded. I had seen my friend get her upper lip done when we were in India and I had been intrigued but didn't try it then. I had an ok first experience and when I saw the groupon I decided to buy the voucher for 2 eye brow threading treatments. Normally I make appointments for things but I'm on 2nd street frequently and thought I'd just pop in with my boyfriend and see if they could fit us in. I explained to the man at the front that I didn't have an appointment but had a groupon for 2 eyebrow threadings. He said if we'd like to wait or come back in 30 minutes we could. We decided we'd just try again the following day because we were pretty hungry. The next day while at lunch on 2nd I called ahead and told the lady on the phone I had a groupon for 2 eyebrow threadings and we'd like to come in at 1:15 if she wasn't busy - she said come in! So we went even got there a little early. First thing when I got in I started retelling her about my groupon and she rushed me into her seat. I am sure she was the one I talked to on the phone because she was the only person working. I thought I was relaxed but apparently I wasn't because she kept telling me to stop tensing up. She was not very pleasant and if anything the gruffness in her voice made it hard for me to enjoy my experience. I was already having second thoughts about my boyfriend getting his threaded because of the way she treated me but I told her it was his first time and thought she would be more sensitive. She was inconsiderate to him and even made fun of him to me after the fact because she had to fix my brows, she had missed some hairs. After we were done I tried to give her my groupon and she had me write all my groupon infrmation on a piece of paper. She also had me write last visit. Then when I turned to leave she was like $9 for him. I said my groupon was for 2 times. She said her manager would be upset and the voucher was only good for 1 person which I retorted you should have told me one of the other two times I brought up my groupon to you. She said because I had mentioned that I had come in before she thought I had used my 1st groupon at that time. This lady would not give in even after I re explained the situation with the fact that she should have told me earlier and that if a groupon is only to be used by a single person that it needs to state that somewhere on the voucher. I finally gave in and gave her the $9 after I could see that this was going nowhere. The lady had several problems that I could see 1. She was not a good listener 2. I could tell she does not like groupons or coupons of any sort and looked down on the fact that we had one. 3. No customer service skills. Overall the lady was ridiculously rude and unreasonable. I will definitely never go in there again if she is there. Her job is customer service and she failed miserably. My boyfriend said after that he will never get anything done to his eyebrows again. read more

I haven't had my eyebrows threaded in at least a year because the last time that they were done it was very painful. However, I decided to give it a second try today and I'm so glad that I did! The salon is clean and comfortable and I was immediately greeted with smiles. Swati sat me down and immediately made me feel comfortable. She made small talk as she gently worked on my brows and let me know where I needed to grow them out. She even showed me how to lightly fill them in while they're growing. Overall the service was great and I'm very happy with my new brows. I'm definitely going back and I recommend it to anyone wanting great brows and advice on keeping them looking beautiful! read more

I was nervous to go at first (really bad experiences with threading places, I've had my eyebrows thinned to practically nothing before and it took forever to even somewhat grow them back) but after reading all the great reviews I decided to give it a try. They're absolutely amazing! Not only was the girl who did my brows (I'm so sorry I forgot her name) incredibly nice, she did an amazing job and even told me which areas I needed to focus on growing to get them actually perfect. So I went to check this place out because I saw a coupon on yelp and it had really good reviews. When I got there I had to wait about 30 minutes to get helped because there was only one lady and she as already helping a customer and as I was waiting a lady with an appointment came in and went before me. So I guess next time I have to make sure to have an appointment. But anyways, aside from that... I really liked this place. The prices are decent and way cheaper than Ziba for an even better quality. The person who did my eyebrows was very attentive and made me feel welcomed, as well as the guy at the desk. He even offered us water while we waited to get help. Raj is amazing, I definitely recommend her to anyone who wants their eyebrows to look amazingly even and well shaped. I used to have chola line thin eyebrows but after going to Raj for about almost a year she has transformed and maintained my eye brows into full even sisters! I wouldn't go anywhere else. As an Indian I've been getting threading done for quite some time and have seen the range when it comes to prices, type of thread, shape, etc. This place is a solid 3 at best. They use thread that is really too thin and hurts the skin more, and are not particularly friendly to warrant the excessive $9. I've had better 3.99 places in the area that I'd recommend. read more

I love getting my eyebrows done here. I have gone to two ladies and both do a good job. I regularly see Hala every two weeks. She listens to what you want and will show you what they look like as she is working on them to make sure you are satisfied. I don't end up with thin uneven brows. I just wanted to give my quick opinion on a few negative posts surrounding Hala's work at Perfect Brows. I have personally gone to Hala now for four months and refuse to go to anyone else. Not only does she ALWAYS listen to what you want, but she takes the time to get to know you on a personal level, making you feel like you have known her for years. I have never gone to Raj for anything so I cannot verify her work as being on the same level as Hala's, but what I do know is that I will continue to drive out of my way to go to Hala for the consistent work she gives me (at a hell of a bargain price) and heartwarming smile she always welcomes me with. I had a bad first time there, as one of the ladies made one eyebrow a half inch higher than the other, however they handled the situation very professionally and took care of me. I love this place! When I go to Perfect Brows I can trust whoever is there with my threading! This is where I get my eyebrows and lip threaded. It's extremely painful for me (because I'm sensitive) but the reward of a nicer, prettier face is amazing. It's worth it! I was only there for under 20 mins when I got both my lip and eyebrows done. There was no wait at all and I never fuss around or b*tch about anything! The lady there was so nice and comforted me when the pain got pretty bad (again, I'm sensitive). Pooja is the owner, and the only person I trust with my brows. I've read many great reviews about the other ladies that work here, but I haven't had a good experience with anyone else. That being said, it could just be my brows - they're a special case. Anywho, this establishment is clean and reasonably priced. I went to the place because I found it on yelp while I was eating near by. I bought the yelp deal and once I got there they said it was expired. I had literally just bought the deal.
