oh, my! first: I called 2 weeks in advance and mentioned I had an online deal. 2nd: upon arrival, i was greeted at the door and the gal said I was not on the books, but she'd take me. Then, Hala (other gal) was on a chair next to her and Did NOT greet me, but when the other lade said she'd take me, Hala stood up and asked my name. I made a reservation with her. (she answered the phone). WHY was she NOT expecting me, then?? 3rd. The WHOLE time she kept complaining about the other girl and that SHE Was my esthetician (what? is this commission based??). 4th: when I sat in the VERY small room, she asked what I wanted. I looked at her perplexed; I stated I had a groupon deal. She said it was for the microderm. I did NOT want that. I showed the deal and it was for a Facial that's listed on their pamphlet (no Micro machine). She then INSISTED I "trust her" and have a go at the micro. I was hesitant and wanted to just get out. 5th, She wanted to take a picture of my appt book to Prove SHE had the appt with me (DRAMA???) 6th. No steam. The derm brand was great but she seemed like she was improvising. Then, when the Dermabrasion came on, I pleaded she NOT go over the same spot more than twice as my skin is sensitive. note: I had to tell her THREE Times. When I said my temples were burning, she said, "it is in your head"..wow. (note: next day, I had a blister there). When I asked when the wine and chocolate was coming (part of the deal), she said that was just an advertising gimmick (????). wow. I prayed for this to be over. when I walked out, she took me to her boss to ask me to show her my appt book again (sheesh...). I firmly said to the boss that this was Not appropriate for the client and was quite uncomfortable. NEVER will I return nor recommend. (I still tipped $15=eh) read more

Rachana is seriously the best. I've been going to her for almost a year now and I love the work she does. She doesn't over thread my brows and I repenting learned she does eyebrow tinting. My eyebrows have always been really light and I don't wear a lot of make up. The tinting actually makes it seem like my eyebrows are filled in. It take about 10 extra minutes and it stays dark for a few weeks. She is so careful and I would recommend her to anyone ! read more

I have been going here to Hala since they opened and go back every 3 weeks to her. I was a little hesitant at first being that I have never had my eyebrows threaded and I didn't want thin brows with no shape. I barely told her what I wanted and she got it right on shes great and very consistent with her work. read more

I was in long beach for the weekend and decided to stop in for some threading because its hard to find a decent threading place in SF. Hala welcomed me at the door. Her salon is spotless and soothing. She was so sweet too she gave me a hug on my way out. Threading was efficient, painless and very well done! My only complaint is that I found my perfect threading salon but its 500 miles from my house! read more

Hala at perfect brows is a God send! I am a loyal customer who will never let another touch my brows! Hala has given me excellent advice and service for over a year now. I have blonde hair so my eyebrows are light and she suggested that I tint them to make them more defined. I am so glad she suggested it because now you can really see the beautiful shape she gives me. She gives me a beautiful brow tint that is natural looking which is really hard for blondes. My brows are tailored to what look good on me... and I can truly say I have perfect brows thanks to Hala. Plus I look forward to seeing her every two weeks because she is so sweet and funny. I have had a few negative experiences at other threading salons, but Raj is gentle and shapes brows evenly. She is proficient at tinting as well, and believe me, you will appreciate her ability to get the right color and not make you look like a muppet. honestly, this has to be the best place in long beach! I love coming here. I know I can go in with awful looking eyebrows and know i'll walk out with cleaned up, shaped, perfect eyebrows! The vibe is good and it's clean and open inside. The people who work there are always friendly! Swati (who works there) was the first person to do my eyebrows when i moved here and I've stuck with her since! She is the ONLY person i trust when it comes to my eyebrows. She takes her time and doesn't rush. If anyone is new to eyebrow threading or is looking for a new place, i would definitely recommend "perfect brows" and Swati! She won't disappoint you! read more

This place is awesome for threading. I was served by swati. She did amazing job on my eyebrows. Its my 3rd time here but i went to different person before. This time my eyebrows are much much better. Swati reshaped them and i got exactly what i wanted it to be. She is very gentle too. I hv been to different threading places as well as one on the 2nd street too. But this was the best i got ever. I absolutely LOVE this place....I was searching for a new place since having my eyebrows threaded wrong/uneven somewhere else. I was introduced to Hala and she is AMAZING...She wouldn't even work on me until my hair grew out. Which I thought was great, since some places don't care.
