Outstanding Experience From Start to Finish. I can't give My Ninja Movers enough praise. From the very first email, they were professional, transparent, and genuinely made me feel like a priority rather than just another job on the schedule. The estimate they provided was clear and honest -- no hidden fees, no surprises on moving day. They showed up right on time, fully prepared, and got straight to work with real efficiency. Every item, from furniture to fragile boxes, was handled with care. They took great care to ensure nothing was scratched, dented, or lost. They also carefully wrapped a couple items that I neglected to. The crew was courteous, hard-working, and clearly experienced. They communicated well throughout the day, kept me updated on timing, and even helped set up a few larger pieces in my new place without being asked. But what really sets My Ninja Movers apart is their integrity. In an industry where trust can be hard to come by, they didn't cut a single corner, and it was clear their word actually means something. They are working hard to build a reputation based on honesty and it's obvious. This has been pretty rare in my experience and so they earned my trust immediately. Moving is stressful at the best of times, but this team made it so much easier. If you want movers who are as trustworthy as they are skilled, I highly recommend My Ninja Movers. read more

We are very happy with our Ninja experience! Starting with our first communications to set up the move date and all the details, I felt good about this company. Don't know if we got lucky, or if every move by them goes off as ours did, but they were efficient in every aspect of the process and cordial as well. When we were forced to adjust the time because of an issue in booking the elevator, they made the change with no fuss. The guys doing the move knew what they were doing and nothing got damaged or broken. So we were pretty happy and relieved by the end of the day that it went so well. It was our first time hiring a moving company. Having read and heard others' tales of less than good encounters with movers, on line and on a radio talk show, I gotta say we were more than a bit apprehensive about booking one ourselves. If that sounds like you too, I recommend you give these guys at My Ninja Movers a call and see what you think. As for us if we ever have to move again we will be calling in our Ninjas! Thanks guys :) read more

The customer service that I received from My Ninja Movers was exceptional. I was extremely concerned about finding a moving company that provided quality service that wouldn't break the bank, or my things. My move was from an apartment in Downtown Toronto, to a house about 40 minutes away, and they walked me through all the booking details-- (even reminding me about reserving my buildings elevator times). When my move day came the crew showed up exactly when they said they would (9AM), and even called 15 minutes prior to arrival to let me know they were on their way. They came equipped with all the professional moving tools, (blankets, carts, wardrobe boxes), and worked hard the whole time they were at my place. They are inexpensive, they don't work the clock and they are fun, friendly and professional. I shopped around a bit to price out movers and they were by far the best combination of value and quality. You can't ask for better movers, they actually care about your belongings. read more

After looking at the feedback left for many different Toronto moving companies, I hired My Ninja Movers due to the significant amount of positive feedback I saw. They did not disappoint. I found the process of booking your move online very user friendly, and Gabe responded quite quickly with an estimate. Not only was the cost of moving was quite competitive compared to quotes I got from other moving companies, but the final bill was actually LESS than the estimate they gave! On the day of the move, Ferdinand, Jesse, and Alex showed up right on time (that's 3 movers when there was only supposed to be 2!) and treated all of my belongings with care. They also were extremely efficient, my 1 bedroom apartment was moved in under 2 hours. They also happen to be a friendly and approachable group of people. I cannot recommend them highly enough, your stuff will be in good hands! They will make the process of moving affordable, much less stressful, and even downright pleasant. read more

Contacted them to get a quote for my move through their website. Sent them an email to add details. No response. Following day, sent them a list of stuff to move. Still no response. Now, I'm moving in 21 days, you'd think if they're all booked they would at least send a note. Bad, bad, bad... Make that inexistant customer service. If their moving is as bad, I would avoid. Added after their response was received: And I sent you a email the same day, at the email address I found on your website (I checked, moveme@myninjamovers.com) to correct that. There's probably no one monitoring your in-box, I guess... Regardless, having contacted you the following day, and provided you with a list of things to move, should have told you i was serious and legit. Own it, and accept the fact that you have horrible customer service. I sent you multiple emails, included my phone number. You screwed up. read more

I can not say enough good things about this company. This was my first time hiring movers, and it was amazing. The online estimate builder was very accurate and easy to use, and they were quick to return any calls and emails. I called them 3 days before my move to ask if I could reschedule because my uncle died and I had to go out of town for the funeral, and they assured me that it was no problem. The day of the move (yesterday), the truck arrived exactly on time. The movers (I can't remember their names) worked fast, but were very careful with all my belongings. Some of my furniture is old and not in great shape, but not only did they move it without any issues, one of them spent some extra time reassembling my desk and now it's sturdier than ever! The move took less time than I was quoted for in my estimate, and I still can't believe that only 2 guys moved all my stuff that quickly! read more

From our first call with My Ninja Movers the customer service we recieved was fantastic! They were extremely helpful in walking us through the entire move process, outlining the exact costs for the move with no hidden fees. Moving is stressful and they took the time to answer every little question we had and helped ease our nerves. They arrived right on time and even brought an extra mover at no charge to help keep the move time on track, as we had our condo elevator break down the week of our move! This was fabulous customer service and something most companies wouldn't do. The cost was very reasonable and they took the time to properly pack and wrap all of our items with care. We moved from a 2.5 bedroom condo into a house and the total move time was 4.5 hours which was fast! I would definitely recommend the company and would be sure to use them again:) read more

You're in good hands! We shopped around, and My Ninja Movers were significantly less expensive than their competitors in Toronto, so we were a bit weary. But they were awesome from the start with reminder calls and suggestions. Unfortunately we were the second move of the day, so they were 2hrs late from their previous job (the only less than satisfied part of the move), but they did call to check in. 2 young guys arrived and got right to work. They were safe and efficient, never complained, and directed us where to assist to help it go faster. The 2 bedroom move took 4.5hrs to load/unload- exactly what they quoted us. No surprise costs- and they only charged from arrival, not from time they left/returned from their site, like many other companies. Thanks guys- definitely recommend and will use again! read more

Book these guys. Seriously, you won't be disappointed. Prompt, polite, honest, a sense of humour. And come on ... ninjas! I was seriously impressed with their tetris-like trucking packing ability, and the speed of their loading. They ran a little long on time at the end, but 20mins of that was not their fault at all but rather a delay at the new building site. I was a little frustrated that with their online quoting as I needed to already guess how many, and what size, boxes I'd have before I'd even started but they were very easy to communicate any updates I had as I went along. A bit of damage to some furniture, but it's Ikea and that's often the risk with cheap furniture, and certainly not enough to warrant a bad review. Overall very pleased with them and will happily use for our next move. read more

Right from the quoting process to the last item moved in, My Ninja Movers lived up to their excellent reviews. It was a small move for my son from a 2nd floor shared flat to a 9th floor high rise apartment. It only took 2 1/2 hours including a 20-minute drive between locations! The Ninja Movers team of Nick and Ferdinand, were professional, courteous, diligent and highly efficient. Although my son has moved several times before using the help of friends and their vehicles, this was the first time he hired a moving company (and spared his friends). At the end of the move, he commented how happy he chose My Ninja Movers. I've personally moved 15 times and in comparison to those past experiences, my son's move was by far the best! We will definitely choose My Ninja Movers whenever we move again. read more

I would highly recommend My Ninja Movers. They were very accommodating when it came to changing my move time to be an hour earlier in order to use the moving elevator in my new building as early as possible. The movers were a bit late but called to let me know why, which was extremely professional, so I didn't mind at all. An older gentleman and a young man arrived and were very polite and efficient when moving my things. They wrapped my wood furniture and were very careful moving and packing everything. The move didn't take too long and I only ended up paying for the (very reasonable) 2 hour minimum that I was quoted. I would use this company again for my next move, and recommend My Ninja Movers to anyone and everyone. read more

I chose My Ninja Movers based on a number of positive reviews and I am adding another one. Pre-move, the office staff was friendly and it was easy to make changes to my inventory as I got closer to my move date and had a better sense of how many boxes I had. On moving day, the two men called about ten minutes before they arrived to let me know they were on their way, they arrived on time, they were efficient and had obvious experience moving items (eg. good spatial awareness), took the care to wrap items that needed it, were done in much less time than anticipated and generally friendly. Their pricing comes in under many other companies and with good service, I would recommend them. read more

Hands down, moving is probably one of the most stressful times in one's life. There were many challenges and hurdles to overcome in moving into her new condo but the actual move was smooth. It was actually quite terrific! From the first phone call to My Ninja Movers, Gabe on the dispatch desk was helpful, efficient, and extremely pleasant - all questions were answered thoroughly. The three men who conducted our move arrived on time, wrapped everything thoroughly, and took great care with our furniture, mirrors, pictures, and freshly painted walls. The end result was perfect and they came in at the original quote; no travel expenses; no hidden costs. Thanks My Ninja Movers! read more

This is the first time I've used movers and it was a great experience. I had one truck and two ninjas. They were extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. The process of booking was very smooth and the customer service team was really great to answer all of my questions prior to the move. The ninjas let me know when they were on the way the morning of the move, everything went really smoothy and quickly. They even disassembled and re-built my IKEA bed and couch in record time so I didn't have to spend the rest of my day trying to figure out how to put them back together. This was a great experience and I will definitely be using them for my next move! read more

I've moved around quite a bit, and have never had such a good moving experience. Even though I DRASTICALLY underestimated the difficulty of the move, Ross and Ferg were absolutely amazing. On top of being extremely quick and efficient, they were super nice guys. I have a sizable collection of fragile art and sculptures, and everything arrived in perfect shape. In fact, this is the 1st move I've ever had without any casualties or broken items. I would definitely recommend them, and will hire them again for future moves. Thanks for making a difficult and stressful situation go so smoothly! read more

If you need movers, My Ninja Movers is the best choice by far!! I found this company based on great reviews and referrals that were posted on a Facebook group that I am in. I booked them for my parents move on April 18, 2018. All I have to say is WOW! My experience with Ferdinand, Jessie and Nick was FANTASTIC! These gentlemen were so friendly, professional, and handled our furniture with such care. They were awesome, honestly. Our final price was less than our quote estimate because they are quick like Ninjas :) Highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future hands down!! read more

We hired My Ninja Movers to help with our recent move. They were absolutely FANTASTIC! They shuffled things a bit to accommodate our schedule, arrived on time, and were so great to deal with. The movers themselves were friendly, efficient and very careful with our belongings. Nothing was damaged and they came in under estimate, despite having to deal with a highrise elevator on one end, and a split level with some pretty narrow hallways on the other. I would highly recommend this company and won't even bother getting quotes from anyone else next time! Thank you again! read more

This is the best moving company in the city. Our family decided to move to Barrie from Toronto and I honestly couldn't ask for any better movers. We have had a terrible moving experience before so we were extremely nervous going into it but the movers we had were absolutely fantastic. They were kind, professional and VERY quick--yes just like ninjas!! They took care of our furniture and valuables and our move only took a few hours. The rates are extremely reasonable with no hidden fees. What a wonderful experience. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone!!! read more

It was my first time using Ninja Movers (always used El Cheapo) and just WOW. Not only did I love their online quoting system, and day prior reminder, but the crew of 3 was super professional, and very fast. I moved from a 1-bedroom walk-up to a 1 + den condo. There was a bit of a snafu with the elevator at the new building, and their team was positive, and helpful during that time. I honestly didn't feel one bit of stress, which if you've moved, you'll know that's a BIG bonus. They took great care with my stuff, and were friendly. I'd definitely use this mover again! read more
