I gave up on my dreams a long time ago. Mostly because of my sleep apnea which doesn't let me sleep…read morelong enough to even start any of the night terrors I used to have. It's gotten to the point where I feel like a fraud. You know when people ask how you've been and you reply with the classic flavorless bullshit response, "Just out here living the dream"? I can't even do that anymore because I feel bad about lying.. about lying. JK I don't feel bad. Anyway, I decided this wasn't the life I wanted to live. I wanted my dreams back because I genuinely missed setting unrealistic goals in my sleep. Side note - one of my dreams almost came true until I tore my ACL trying to moonwalk at Walmart. Long story short, I invested in a CPAP machine which was expensive AF and left me with a dry mouth/throat when I woke up. I was certain that I had exhausted all options no pun intended. It may seem like an unorthodox method to some, but I decided to take a leap of faith. I got lit with the intention to black out. It worked. I had a tidal wave of bullshit ass dreams but I still didn't feel satisfied. It was like a preview to a really exciting movie that wasn't going to come out. It was like Dre's Detox being talked about for 20 years and still not dropping. Sorry about that. I had to get that out. After 15 minutes of self-reflection, hateration and holleration, I decided to call my good friend Mike. I wanted to inquire about the current tippin status and see if it was "still". I felt he was the perfect person to call. I've seen his transformation from back then when hoes didn't want him to present day where the hoes are all on him. By the end of the call, I acquired absolutely zero useful information. I decided to move on and that's when it hit me. There's been a lot of talk on the streets, the internet and even in my daily astrology subscription that I can't figure out how to cancel. At first I thought it was going to be one of those Tony Robbins positivity things where he sells you an opportunity to listen to how to solve your problems. Did Mr Robbins solve my problems? NOPE! Did Less Stress Moving calm em? YUP! Was I more stressed from the nonsense? NOPE! Less Stress Moving are now my best friends? YUP! Disrespectful with the price? NOPE! On point like a decimal, just right? YUP! Did I stay with my wife? NOPE! Now I live a better life? YUP! Everybody got choices and gosh darn it, I'm going to choose Less Stress Moving every time. You know how they say, "that's how the cookie crumbles"? I wondered for years what hell happened to the cookie that slipped out of my hands that one lonely night. After they moved my fat boy chair, there it was. Not only did the cookie crumble in my favor by allowing me to find amazing service, I literally found my cookie. So that was tight, similar to my pants when I button them up all the way. Speaking of tight, my budget was also in a similar condition. Working hard and doing what you're being paid to do is one thing, but the meticulous attention to detail as if they're playing a game of Tetris with their life on the line was pretty neat. Anyway, back to my budget being tight. I tried to pull a fast one when I was going over pricing with Mr. Robert by saying that his cousin referred me. Apparently, he doesn't have any cousins named Seymour. He informed me that it didn't matter because anybody whose business he earns isn't just a name on an invoice. It's a client that he intends to have for life and on top of that, treats as family. Professionalism is cool but can also be dry at times. It's the experience provided by his team overall that he counts on to leave the lasting impression. Hell yeah I'm being serious The low priced quote I thought he was delirious Happy as hell with the service The complete opposite of furious I'll cheat on my wife before Rob Don't matter if I'm curious Less Stress Moving was the PERFECT FUCKING EXPERIENCE

Their service was great. They quickly responded, accommodated my time frame (it was setup like 4…read moredays before the move), communicated when they said they were going to communicate, showed up on time, great with directions/instructions, very helpful, very friendly and everything went smoothly. Shout out to Alfred and Carlos.

Complete Failure. Paid for experience, received inadequate labor…read more I hired All Service Movers expecting a professional crew capable of handling a move involving stairs. At $210 per hour for a three-person crew, they were the most expensive company I considered. I chose them mainly because I expected the quality to match the price. I got burned on this one. When scheduling the move, I explained it involved one flight of stairs at the pickup location and two flights of stairs at the destination. The heaviest items were standard household furniture including dressers, a sofa bed, tables, and similar items. There were no safes, pianos, appliances, or other unusually heavy items. When discussing how many movers would be needed, I was told two would probably be enough. I chose to pay for a three-person crew mainly because of the stairs, expecting they would handle it better. From the beginning, it was obvious the crew struggled navigating the stairs, repeatedly stopping to reposition furniture and moving at a pace that unnecessarily extended the job. I even found myself carrying heavy boxes over my shoulders up the stairs, and also taking items to the garage myself while paying for a three-person moving crew. I did this not only because I couldn't bear to watch the crew struggle, but also because the clock was ticking and every unnecessary delay was costing me more money. The move lasted 8 3/4 hours, went into overtime, and I was charged for the additional time. Even after that, the move was not completed. Furniture still needed to be placed and assembled. I chose to end the job once I witnessed the dolly scraping on my newly installed flooring. That's when I flipped. Told them it's time to go. It didn't dawn on me that they'd been using an unprotected dolly throughout the move. Once they left, I started unpacking and inspecting my stuff further. I discovered additional damage to my freshly painted walls, new and existing furniture, stair trim, and a scratch on my newly installed sliding door. To put this into perspective, Home Depot later delivered multiple large appliances up the exact same stairs using only two delivery personnel. They handled the stairs confidently without repeated stops or hesitation. I have also used another moving company in the past, and the difference in capability was obvious. The effort the movers put in is not in question. They worked hard. The issue was the lack of experience, strength, proper equipment, and overall capability needed to handle this type of move. In my opinion, All Service Movers failed to assign a crew capable of handling this type of stair move. Their lack of efficiency cost me additional overtime charges, resulted in unnecessary damage to my home and belongings, and left the move unfinished. To make matters worse, after documenting the damage with photographs and submitting a claim, the company offered only $100 toward an estimated $400 in damages. And the $400 estimate was generous. I cannot recommend All Service Movers based on my experience. A professional moving company should assign a crew capable of performing the job they were hired to do without causing unnecessary damage, unnecessary overtime charges, and an incomplete move. Still unpacking. Hope there's no additional damage.

They had extra boxes for us to purchase if needed.

Do Not Reccomend, be warned…read more I hired this company because of its strong reviews and was willing to pay more for a professional, efficient move. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. I paid about $1,650 before tip, roughly $1,800 total, and ended up with damaged furniture, a damaged wall, a broken TV stand, and an excessively long move. Two of the three movers appeared to speak almost no English, and the third spoke limited English and had to translate for the others. The issue was that the crew could not reliably understand or follow instructions. Several times I made specific requests and was told "OK, OK," only for the crew to continue doing exactly what I had asked them not to do. At one point I had to repeat myself about five times and finally stop them and insist they change the loading order. It should not require an argument to get movers to follow a clear instruction. I own expensive Stickley furniture and other high-end pieces and explicitly told the crew that several items needed exceptional care. I repeatedly asked for more padding and blankets because certain pieces were not adequately protected. On at least two occasions I specifically asked for another blanket, and the mover simply repositioned the existing blankets and kept wrapping. When the furniture was unwrapped, I found scuffs on leather, scratches and chips in wood, marks on my TVs, a broken leg on my nearly new TV stand, and damage to several other pieces. The problem seemed less like laziness and more like lack of experience, organization, and leadership. The time reinforces that concern. My previous move involved significantly more belongings, more preparation by the movers, and a destination about 30 minutes farther away. It also used three movers and was completed in about 5.5 hours, including double drive time. Based on that, I expected this smaller move to take about four hours, five at the absolute most. Instead, it took about eight. Everything except furniture was already packed, I had removed many fragile and awkward items myself, and I had reserved a loading area and dedicated elevator. Even so, individual trips between the apartment and truck were taking roughly 20 minutes despite the distance being only about 32 steps each way. I expected roughly $800-$1,000 plus tip. Instead, I paid about $1,650 plus tip. In my estimation, I paid at least $650-$800 more because of the crew's inefficiency and lack of experience. The most unacceptable incident involved damage to my old apartment. Near the end of the load-out, I found a substantial fresh gouge/chip next to an electrical outlet. I immediately brought it to the movers' attention, and they denied causing it. I had plugged my vacuum into that exact outlet and vacuumed the area no more than ten minutes earlier. The damage was not there then, and it was there after the movers worked there. Damage can happen during a move. What bothered me was being told something that repeatedly that, was plainly not credible. I contacted the company immediately and sent photos. I had to follow up repeatedly before being told the claims department would contact me. The following business day came and went without contact, leaving me to address the damage with my landlord. There was also an issue with the drive between locations. Before leaving, the lead mover and I compared Google Maps and both showed about 29 minutes. The truck then took a different route and arrived about 11 minutes later. Because the company charges double drive time, that effectively became about 22 billable minutes @ 200 per hour. The workers were personable and they did work. My criticism is that the company sent a crew that appeared inadequately trained, inadequately supervised, inefficient, unable to communicate effectively, and unable or unwilling to follow clear instructions regarding expensive property. I chose this company because its reviews made me believe paying a premium would buy professionalism, efficiency, and care. That is not what I received. I would not use this company again and cannot recommend them
