We've never used a moving company. A couple of my friends referred me to who they've used, but our schedules didn't work out...and we're so happy that it didn't. I found Proton through Yelp and read their reviews. I called and spoke with Nino. She was helpful and thoroughly answered all my questions. The team (Alex, Zolt, Sasha & Tim) that came were amazing. We were very impressed with how fast they worked and they were careful with our belongings...no broken glasses. I don't know how and where they get their energy because they were nonstop. We are so pleased with their service. We had no stress, worries and everything went smoothly. It would've taken us days to move on our own, but they got it all done in one day and we were all able to sleep in our own beds that night. Proton has great employees who represent their company. Proton Moving Company was referred to us by my coworker who has used them. They made our move stress free and were so easy to work with. They showed up on time and had all packing materials and extra boxes with them. Everything was professionally wrapped and handled carefully. They padded and wrapped in plastic all furniture, all fragile vases and art in blankets, disassembled and reassembled the china cabinet, king size bed and a huge bookcase. They were quick and took real care of our stuff. They also picked up all the plastic after unwrapping the furniture and didn't leave any trash behind. These guys are awesome and very professional. What a great moving experience! It's not expensive and best service for me. Guys came right on time and did all very carefully. They made sure my moving day was stressless as possible. The office was communicative. The guy who came to our apartment couple days in advance did the estimation and gave us a quote. He was super nice and did not charge us for any "extra stuff", which usually other companies like to do. At the new apt they put everything where we asked them and they reassembled the furniture they had disassembled. They were very prepared and had their own huge box to use to transport things like microwaves, table legs and such. I trust this company and I will use it again if I'll ever have to move. read more

Guys were right on time and went straight to work. Things were prioritized, which saved our time. They were well prepared and had all the stuff they needed to get work done in a professional manner. I was impressed with how thoroughly they wrapped our furniture prior to moving it. They actually did take care of all our stuff, which not every company cares about. I kindly offered the crew to take a break, because I knew they needed something to eat. I got them lunch, and guys were thankful for that. They worked so hard, so I was happy to buy them lunch. I am absolutely happt to choose this company for my business purposes. I am a producer who shoots TV commercials and films all the time. We do have to move sets from one location to another. I did use this guys few times already and didn't have time to write a proper review for them until now. We were moving the whole house to the warehouse. It took us 3 days,cause packing and unpacking needed to be very careful with vases,glass dishes etc. I don't have any complains. None of our staff suffered. These guys had me out of one place and into the new place in under 3 hours. Great work! Even though they've forced 2 flights of stairs and narrow hallways, the crew worked pretty efficient. There was nothing broken and no scratched walls, that's what 10 our of 10 customer service is. Guys brought all the supplies at no cost to me, it was very nice of them. Couple days after the move I though that I've lost one of the boxes. I called the company and asked them to check the truck. I appreciate their quick response and actions taken, however, that day I found the box under my bed. We were sort of reluctant to hire a company that had no quoted reviews and no customer experienced with which we could base our decision in hiring them off of. However even for doctors and surgeons you have to give everybody a chance to see how well they will be able to perform, and surprisingly these guys worked wonders for us. It seemed to us that all of their employees had worked in the moving industry in the past but were just trying to branch out into busier areas with more customers. Incredible experience! Beyond my expectations this moving company was great. Guys were very polite and nice, were on time. They helped us to move our 3bdr apartment to 2bdr, very professionally move our staff using blankets and plastic wrap. Guys dissembled big bed with their own tools and installed it in new place. It was necessary to transport things from one apartment to another. I chose this company on the recommendation of friends. I was very worried about the children's furniture, and the aquarium that would not have scratched it and crashed. All things were accurately packed and shipped without damage. Also guys dismantled the children's furniture and on the return they collected it back. Their work is very professional. I liked that the price is fixed. The guys coped for half a day. The staff were very professional and helpful, and they were happy to listen to us when we directed them on what we needed moved. Everything was in perfect shape when it was unpacked; there were several glasses that have been handed down from generation to generation and they looked as good as ever, without any chips or cracks. Michael and his team were absolutely top notch. Moving day is the worst day of everyone's year but they made it as painless as can be. They arrived on time, dealt with some issues with our building (parking & access to load out area, elevator reservation) and they were calm throughout. So i recently called for a quote with these guys and i gotta say, i took the offer. i was offered a flat fee of a couple hundred bucks to move like about a hundred boxes to my new place. which was just a couple miles up.
