Fast Movers helped me move three bulky items on two separate occasions. Having used movers in the past I am glad to say, unlike other movers, they are fast, reliable and affordable. Both times, Fast Movers was able to accommodate and schedule my delivery within my desired time frame. Come moving day, the task was completed quickly, which I greatly appreciated. During the first move I had an 8 foot credenza moved. I appreciate how fast they were; the whole project took 30 minutes from pick up to delivery. The second time I used Fast Movers I had a mattress moved up 30 steps along with a bed frame. The whole process was stress free! This was my second time working with Luis. I acquired a used and heavy treadmill, and on short notice, he was able to make the arrangements to pick it up. When he went to pick it up, he determined that it was going to require an additional person and tools to disassemble it - it needed to come up three flights of stairs - so he contacted me and explained the situation. We rescheduled the pick up, and while I had to pay for the the additional person, Luis did not charge me for the additional time/trip. Delivery and re-assembly was done quickly and professionally. Amazing, fast, reliable movers! We forgot to book movers to help us unpack our stuff and called fast movers the day of to help out. They were able to fit us in and everything was done in about an hour (we had a 20ft uhaul truck full of stuff)! They also came with us to pick up a washer and dryer, moved it into our new house, and helped maneuver the huge truck in and out of our driveway. I appreciate their FAST response which is in their name. I was in search to move fitness equipment from my commercial space to my home and made that clear and also outlining what the equipment was as at the time of the quote. Their price is a little more expensive than other companies around, but I assumed it was because they were so quick. NOW, the day of the move they are on time BUT NO TRUCK... which was odd. I was supposed to provide the truck, but I just assumed truck was provided. I understand offering that service of labor only, but just let me know. Aside from no truck, the quote tripled right then and there due to lack of being able to disassemble and reassemble one machine. Let's just say it didn't start off on the right foot and they too decided to pass on our move. 3 stars for quick response. Last week I moved a garage-full of furniture I bought in advance for the new house. It was easy to schedule with Luis and prices were fair. We confirmed by text the day before and the next morning my 4 movers Gilbert, Javier, Ed, and Cesar showed up right on time! They were very friendly and efficient. They came in a 20ft u-haul truck and their own minivan. The move was quick and painless...it took 2 trips and less than 3 hours. They are very hard to contact and they don't use written contracts. Which is a recipe for disaster. The truck they brought was too small. They scratched up our furniture. They took apart some of our furniture to pack it and didn't bother to put most of it back together. They were trying to balance our heavy furniture on platform dollies,and doing a poor job of it. They complained we had too many boxes. Towards the end of the job they were arguing with each other. They said it was going to be 4 men, but It was 2 guys and a lady, and the lady was not particularly burly. The female mover was playing on her phone. read more

My husband and I recently moved from Pasadena to San Diego and wanted a moving company to help us move our furniture downstairs and efficiently load a truck, but not drive us the 2.5 hours. We rented a truck through U-Haul and found Fast Movers through their search site for movers who don't make you use their truck - score! They were very well rated on the U-Haul site. Overall this company was wonderful. They were about 30 minutes late to our 11:00 time we had discussed, but since we needed the extra time it ended up working in our favor (luckily!). The three men who arrived to help us were Angel, Israel, and Jose - between the three of them they were extremely efficient at moving our things - they definitely have packing a truck down to an art! All of them were professional, showed up with a smile, and pleasant to work with!!! We paid in advance through the Uhaul site and had no problems confirming that payment, which was convenient on the day of the move when you're already stressed out! The only negatives for this company were their aforementioned lateness (although it was not excessive), and the fact that they didn't bring basic tools to disassemble a bed frame or cabinet anchor, or emergency tape, etc. We had tools and it wasn't really an issue, but when you're in the middle of moving it's inconvenient to need tools that you may or may not have already packed into a box and loaded into the truck. So 4 stars for this company - if we are ever in the area we would use them again! The workers were polite, careful with our furniture and boxes, and extremely helpful with the whole loading process with a lot more know-how of efficient truck packing than we had! I mentioned very cleared i have a small tiny 2 bedroom bungalow that's 800 sq feet. Not 3 bedroom like you responded. (what a liar) And we don't have much stuffs to move just 2bed, 2dresser2, 2tvs, 1couches. We don't even have dining table we have builded in island which is not coming with us. Those info i mentioned it very clear. I honestly think your price is so GREEDY compared to the other in the area. I mean ive had quotes as low as 50$/ hours +40 flat fee gas. No double hour rate with great reviews on yelp all the way up to 75/hours but 170/hours ?? That's greed no matter how great of the service it is. And you were so rude over the phone too so tell me how great can the service be in person if that's the case?! . Your quotes and your attitudes were unreasonable so i gave u honest 1 star . And Now i got you harassing me over private messages calling me crazy. That just to show how untrustworthy and nasty your business is. Folk! Don't hire this guy.. Save your headache. its obvious that some of his reviews are fake reviews. If his attitude is this bad his service must be really bad too.
