Called them the morning of July 16 with an emergency to ask if they could remove a hitch lock. They said yes so I ave them my # and drove to their office and found their door locked, despite their hours indicating they should be open for business. Called again to let them know I'd arrived and waited and waited. The people that answered the phone seemed to be with a secondary service, not the locksmith. I left to find another locksmith to help. No one ever called me back, so I doubt this is a legitimate business. read more

This locksmith put a sticker with their phone number on the front door of my business leading me to believe that they were the locksmith affiliated with my business's shopping center. They are not affiliated. My front door lock was not working and I wanted to get it repaired. They sent a locksmith tech who could only be described as a snake oil salesman (Meneshe Gad) to my business who told me I needed a new lock and who charged me $500 to put non-compliant lock on my building that I now have to change out again to be compliant with my land lord and the city of Frisco. When calling the company to fix this situation they told me to screw my self. I cannot believe a company like this permitted to operate in the state of Texas. read more

I never leave reviews but I am incredibly disappointed in the way I've been treated... I made an appointment for 8:00pm to get a new set of keys made for my car. They tell me to expect the key maker to arrive around 8:00pm but at the very latest 9:00pm. By 9:20 Instead of finally having a new set of keys for my car, I end up with a no call no show. I call the main number and explain my predicament. They tell me that they will contact the key maker and get back to me with an update. I hear nothing back from ANYONE.. I HIGHLY suggest looking elsewhere for locksmith services if you ACTUALLY want your problems solved! read more
