    Reached out to them via a Facebook marketplace ad, and had a tech named Fabien reply who was very helpful, answered all questions, etc. Set up an appointment to come to my home on Sunday, January 7th. Fabien did arrive in his Fob-U-Less work van, was very professional in appearance and communication etc... Programmed the new fob for my Audi S5 but was an issue with his key cutter and after attempting several times (for about an hour) unable to give me a working copy of the emergency door key that went into the fob. He said that he had another machine at home that was brand new, and it was able to cut a copy using a photo (and demonstrated how it worked on his phone) and that he would happily try cutting one there and would return the following Friday and we could test the key etc. I agreed that was OK and because I had seen him do all of the work over the course of an hour and a half or so, went ahead and paid him the $289 for the service (actually paid him $300 cash), and I got a couple of business cards to keep on hand just in case. Did not hear from him Friday morning, so msg him myself and he responded that he had been held up on another job but should be freed up shortly. I informed him it was no big deal but would need to reschedule for the following day as I had to head into work. Received no response. No response the next day either when I msg him and asked for an eta. Or the next. I msg him again on Jan 17th restating that I needed that key- and stated that I would be happy to meet him out somewhere if he could give me a heads up and time to do so. He responded back sending me a photo of a test key he had cut for my car as "proof" he had done what he said he had done but nothing as a response to meeting up, coming by, etc. 10 days pass. I AGAIN reached out that morning on Jat 27th now- asking about the key. No reply until around 730 that evening with him apologizing for not getting back to me and stated he could come by the following day (Sun the 28th). I missed that message that evening but responded first thing in the morning asking for an eta on when he thought he could come by. No response. That brings us to yesterday, Feb 1st. I once again reached out and let him know that this had drug out too long, and that I needed the key in hand before the weekend was up or I would just admit I had been taken for an extra $125 or so for a key that was never provided and move on, and that IMHO I should not have to continually chase him down, beg for what I paid for etc and that it was poor business practice to expect me to do that. He again responded yesterday evening and apologized for the poor communication and business practice and to let him know a time when we could meet up. And then he proceeded to block me as I can no longer respond via messenger and the ad he previously had up appears to have been deleted. Attached are screens of the conversation. I would avoid doing business with this company if their techs are like this.

    I couldn't believe my eyes! I needed keys and he just appeared! Truly a God thing.
