Our son's car key's transmitter broke off, causing the vehicle to not recognize the key, upon starting the car. So, we towed the car to 5 Star Ford in NRH, to resolve the issue. & they were not able to. So, John, the Service Rep recommends us calling Michael's Keys. Called them...the female rep was so nice, & helpful. She set the appointment for today. W/a time frame of 10a.m-3p.m. Felix called at 9:57a.m. He was already there!!! He patiently waited for our arrival(10 mins) Once we arrived. Felix was parked next to the car, & we were parked next to Felix. We heard 2 things. 1. Grinding from him making the key. & 2. The car starting!!! Highly recommend!!!

Would not recommend this company due to blind high pricing when it's not really warranted. Tom Fenimore
