She told me it was going to be a specific amount and I quickly replied that it was too much for me and told her I would go somewhere else. Somehow after I said that, she went down $10. So who knows. Again, the dress looks great, I just would assume they hike up the prices and people are willing to pay. I may or may not return.

The pregnant lady whomever she is requested I put the pants on and I agreed. Mind you she never really greeted me or said much other than a quick hand gesture to room and to try pant on. I came out she took pins right away and started to hem the pant up. I said how much she told me the price. I said ok that's not bad, but I'll be back because I have 2 pairs and I want to make sure which size of pant I'm going to keep and also bring my cowboy boots in with me since I want to wear these pants specifically with my boots. I wanted to make sure the length was right with my boots on. Mind you I simply came in for a quote. From the moment I told her this she unpinned the pants and completely walked away from me and ignored me as if i was non existent and a nobody. She was so RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. No customer service etiquette at all. It was so bad that she knocked on the fitting room door to rush me out the store as I was changing back into my original pants I walked in with stating that their was a customer needing to try on. While she had 2 other open rooms "this customer" could have used to change. In my entire life I have never been treated in such a way. She priced me well and I had every intention of coming back, but based on how she treated me a potential customer I absolutely will not come back nor will I recommend this place to anyone. My business will be given elsewhere. ZERO STARS is my true rating. I'm surprised they have such good ratings which is why I came in the first place but that was absolutely not my experience here. That lady whom was pregnant has ZERO customer service skills she is extremely RUDE and should be removed from her position if she is not the owner. I did ask her if she was the owner she said nothing. I asked her "Why do you have an attitude"? And she replied because I wasn't doing business there and proceeded with a hand gesture of like whatever just leave. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOR WILL I EVER RETURN! The owner was super nice and very helpful. I tried on my dress and the shoes that I was going to wear with it and she immediately started to give me suggestions and listened to my concerns. Within 2 weeks, my dress was ready and fit perfectly and exactly the way I wanted it to. The material was satin and I could not tell where she altered it, it was that seamless!! Price was very reasonable too for the time crunch and the material of the dress. Really happy with the results and I will definitely be back the next time I need alterations!

I was able to try the dress on when I first went there to show them what needed to be fixed and they told me it would be ready in 5 days. Unfortunately, when I went to try it on again it still needed to be altered a bit more but they were able to get that completed in a couple of days which I thought was great. Very easy to work with, I'd probably go back there again!

The person said the return time would only be an hour, so I quickly went over to the mall location. I just needed the pants hemmed, but when they asked if I wanted them brought in at the waist, I said I'd do that only if they could still be ready that day, She told me that actually neither would be finished that day, even though she had said the hem would take under an hour only 30mins prior on the phone call. Whatever. The tailor who measured me was pretty rude. I was charged an exorbitant $68. Despite him marking while they were on my body, the hem is 1-1.25 inches too short, which just fucks them up entirely, and they didn't create a seam at the hem. I just really did not expect a blind hem for $68. The stitching is ALL OVER THE PLACE and the sewing created puckering everywhere. I did a better job sewing when I was 12. When I finally wore them, I realized how bad they look. So disappointed.

When I told her about my…read morehorrible experience after the fact, she told me she only goes to Liz Tailor down the street and I would have never been treated the way Kent treated me. I went in March to have my one shouldered dress altered. It was too gappy in the chest area. I assumed it would just need a dart or two. He said he would take in the strap on the one shoulder and pinched it up to show me. That took care of the gaping in the chest, so I said okay. When I went to pick it up 5 days later, they seemed shocked I wanted to try it on first. It was so painful and tight only wearing it in the store for a few minutes, it left red indentions on my neck for hours. The waistline was now skewed because they changed the strap so much. Kent wasn't there then. The lady said the extra was tucked inside the part of the strap where they took it in and could let it out. Leaving it there meant I missed out on taking this dress on the trip I was getting it altered for. When I went back to pick it up after that trip, Kent was there. At first they couldn't find the dress and tried to give me someone else's dress. I then tried on my dress. I don't know what they did, but now the arm hole was too small and I couldn't even raise my arm up. I told him I couldn't even wear the dress. He scolded me in front of other customers and said it was because my chest was too big (obviously it's not since that was the area I originally needed to have taken in). He just wanted me to pay the $30 and leave. I refused to pay since the dress was unwearable. He finally said he could cut the armhole bigger but that wasn't what the original quote was for. The armhole was never an issue before he hacked my dress up. When I went the 3rd time to pick it up, it still didn't fit right but it was better that his previous 2 attempts. So I paid the $30, took the dress, and never wanted to see him again. It would have been better had I just continued using saftey pins in the chest area instead of taking it to him.
