My daughter researched and found this gem for me. Kiku was very friendly, professional and very experienced. She has been in business for over 40 years. She kept her promise and was able to deliver excellent results in 9 days. My gown had to be taken in on both sides of the bodice and dress had to be shortened. I was given a second fitting before the alternations were finalized. Kiku had to remove the embroidery on both sides of the bodice before taken it in and then put the embroidery back afterwards. I called them on Easter weekend and they were about to close shop early for the holiday weekend but I caught them right before closing and they agreed to stay open just long enough for me to get there and drop off the jeans. I arrived and Mr. Imparali (their dad) stayed after just to measure my hem and then the tune around time was quick! Just a few days later we picked up the jeans and they even expedited it for us.
