I like this laundromat. Its close to my house. But they do have a lot of ghetto, rude people coming in and out. And I would fire everyone who worked there, including management who is extremely rude and pretends not to speak English most of the time. Now there's Christian music playing all the time. Alrhough I do love a good gospel, leave that for the churches and get the hip hop and soul back in there. It makes people happy. Please hire employees who are helpful and friendly and "speak English" as well as any other language necessary. And are actually here when there's an issue. read more

The machines were very clean. It is a small laundry and could see it being a hassle of it was full but It wasn't full when I went.

I love coming here, but I dont understand why there is never anyone working?? Ive been here now over an hr almost 2 and havent seen not one person who works here nor has the window been up since Ive been here so we cannot get any change, no snacks, no launder soaps or anything .. Rang the doorbell tons of times and no answer... And nobody lets kids use the bathroom, they have to go on the side of the building or something... they have roaches. I literally witnessed a roach climb from their wall into someone's clean laundry basket. also they false advertise their prices and basically tell you if you put the money in the machine already you cannot get it back. even with the fact their prices are incorrect. half the staff are very rude & dismissive & honestly seem a bit racist towards anyone whom is not hispanic. This place used to be awesome! Now it's dirty, you never see the workers cleaning or sweeping. The place is dirty. The employees stay in behind the metal roll shade. Half of the dryers don't even work anymore. I come here because it close the dryers are great if they work. I usually come Sunday mornings and it's not busy. It's very disappointing to see this place go down hill. read more

Definitely my favorite laundry spot around! This place is full of creativity, clean, safe, friendly helpful staff and their new laundry machines are super great and they have FREE drying with a wash! I have stolen my wife's laundry a few times to give her the week off and used there 8 load washers to get it all done super fast. They even have a full service option too! AND our kids LOVE the kids zone with the projected video game on the floor! There NEEDS to be more of these laundry spots!!! A+ read more

They advertise laundry drop off service, but whenever I come in, the front area is closed and the ring doorbell doesn't get answered. I came in multiple times (morning and then after work) to try to catch the workers. No luck. I call the number for the store and nobody answers. This is during normal business hours. So frustrating when you have a ton of errands to run around town. The place is cute, and if you're coming in to do your own laundry, then it'll do. Just don't offer a service if you're not going to actually provide it. read more

The facility and machines and the fact that credit cards are usable there make me give it five stars. Minus one star because the clients abuse the machines. They come in with a half years worth of laundry and stuff the machines to their maximum. And because there can be multiple large families with their members all doing the laundry or watching, it can be unnerving. It is a fantastic place, well run/managed but the North Highland groups are very sketchy. I bring only my Drivers license and my credit card. I was nearly jumped/robbed in the broad daylight by two guys who flanked me when walking out with my handbag (which had only one cc). I gave them hell. The Sheriff is around on occasion but that doesn't stop the many sketchy people from drifting around. Two. To the owner. The noise is too much. Too many TVs on, too loud music that I don't like (Motown from the late sixties? please!). It's too racuous. I like peace, orderliness and I hate having to guard my laundry in the drier. read more

I normally don't go to laundromats. Wow, they've come a long way! I was impressed with the facility and even more impressed with the super friendly team member. I don't recall her name, but she has a big smile. I would've given 5 stars, but NO AC in Sacramento! Pretty ridiculous given there are dryers running consistently. Turn the AC on! read more

Do not go to this place! They are prejudiced! I doubt with worker Angela and security guard Albert when I was there. I started my wash and then walk my dogs when I came back in Angela confronted me said can I help you. I stayed at yes I need to use the restroom she said okay well it doesn't work can I help you. Totally rude and didn't believe I was the customer. I also seen her confront a Mexican with the same confrontation. She's totally racist and totally rude and should be fired. I was washing my uniforms to start a new job and now they're all wrinkled and I have to try to find somewhere at 6 a.m. before I start my new job to re- wash them. She literally threw me out with the security guard for addressing my concerns to her. I know Angela and Albert probably only make minimum wage but they should still be fired for their rude conduct and they're prejudiced remarks. I highly suggest do not go to this place there are many more in the area. When I called they wouldn't even give me the owner's name and then they said I think he works only Thursday mornings. I was their first drop off laundry customer! They made it a really fast process so I could get back to my errands.

I was told to be there after 6 am to drop off my laundry to pick it up around 2 pm- no one was there at 8:30 am. I call the number and no one answered. I go back out to my truck and here comes the company van clearly decked out with the company logo. She sees me, I raise up my hand to get her attention and all she does is shrug her shoulders. my washer broke down a few days ago and I had to find somewhere ASAP to get all my laundry done on my only day off. I found this gem right by my house and the customer service is amazing. This laundry facility is well kept and clean but what makes this place stand out the most is the employee Ashley! She will help you with all your needs to include: recommend what washer to use based on load size and help setup laundry charge card. She's very nice and socialable.
