They also had me inspect post-cleaning before they sealed the ducts and plenums back. I had a bad experience before with a different company years before so I asked a lot of questions, Guy was very good and gracious about the whole thing. Overall process took four hours which was pretty quick and also considering it was super hot in the attic. Royal came out and checked the attic and said everything was good up there. He didn't try to sell me something he knew I didn't need. He looked at the attic space and came up with his best guess solution. He was very upfront that it was a best guess. He gave me a quote I thought was fair and I booked it. His guys showed up on time, were very nice and professional, and finished in the time Royal said it would take. It has been pretty dry in Houston the last few months, but we finally got a couple of drenching rains over the last weekend. I'm pleased to report that, as best we can tell, his repairs did the trick and we have not experienced any rain/water coming through the ceiling. What a relief! Looking forward to having our ceiling repaired and keeping the outside weather outside. Thank you, Michael, for sticking with us to solve this problem.
