Rachel watched Nova for us over winter break and we could not be happier with the amazing care she provided for our pig! I felt so lucky to find her services on Yelp. Rachel sent videos of Nova which we loved! She even clipped Nova's nails and provided her with ample treats and guinea pig play time. She is professional and kind and I highly recommend her! Thank you, Rachel! Definitely will reach out again the next time we are out of town.

Just wondering what the cost is for guinea pig boarding? How much do you charge per day? Thanks so much!?

Hi there! I may be a little late here but I charge $20 per day per guinea pig. For pairs the charge is $30 day. You provide the cage and cage accessories and bedding. I have on hand at all times hay, pellets, carrots, lettuce, replace water daily, I…

I have to say that I am very impressed with how well they have taken care of our pups. I would recommend the doggy daycare for active and playful dogs or social dogs. My other senior dog wasn't into the social scene and didn't like being around a lot of dogs, so this wasn't a great fit for her. They do have a non-social option, which is more like a small enclosed run, but you have to know your dog and whether that will work for them. For my two that have gone to PnP, every day I look forward to seeing their photos and hearing about the fun they had. In the summer, my dogs especially like cooling off in the kiddie pools. I know the entire facility is very clean. They close midday to clean, and my dogs never came home smelling dirty. Our senior dog Moose loved going to "school" and getting in the car everyday. The staff at PnP took such gentle loving care of him even as he got older and weaker. They noticed little things like days he was in pain even before we did and were always careful to let us know. We will forever be grateful for how well they cared for him all the way to the end. Thank you Paws n Pals! I highly recommend this daycare to anyone in Kent looking for a great place for their pups to have fun and socialize!

The staff cared for my dog well, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the business closed permanently with no advance notice to customers, despite many of us having prepaid daycare packages. I had just purchased a new 10-day package for $420 that had never been used. After the closure, I reached out to request a refund. Instead of issuing refunds directly, I was instructed to contact the third-party scheduling software company, Gingr, or dispute the charge with my bank or credit card company. As the business that accepted my payment, I expected Paws N Pals to handle refunds directly rather than directing customers elsewhere. To make matters more confusing, I continue to receive daycare notifications even though the business has permanently closed. I truly appreciated the care my dog received over the years, but the way this business closed and handled prepaid customer accounts has been extremely disappointing. Longtime customers who paid in advance for services that were never provided should not have to fight to recover their money. I hope every customer with an unused package receives a full refund.

After our local training place closed we were looking for other options and committed to positive reinforcement training. Unfortunately a lot of trainers use aversives, especially with large strong dogs. We were so excited to find Julia, and after our meet & greet we were confident she was a good choice. Julia did a 2 week board & train with our dog while we were traveling, mainly focusing on leash skills and practicing calm behavior around exciting things. We noticed an immediate improvement, but have also been continuing to work on the training at home after our follow up. I'm happy to report that we are continuing to see improvement using Julia's methods.
