I have a very strong need to share my experience with MY DR NOW. My husband and I have the distinct privilege to get Dr. Sayegh (pronounced "sigh edge",but everyone call him Dr. Sage). I have prayed and prayed to fine a physician just like this man! His beside manner is great! He has a wonderful sense of humor, which is great if you are nervous about seeing a Dr. This magnificent Dr. has a special gift when it comes to diagnosing your symptoms. For example my husband thought he had pulled a muscle in his chest while we were moving. It wouldn't go away.So, we went to MY DR NOW and we saw Dr. Sayegh. He examined my husband and he said that he had a suspicion and wanted him to have some tests done. After the test results came back we found out that it was serious and it's a good thing we found out what we found as soon as we did. A similar thing happened with me. During this covid-19 pandemic (my husband has interstitial lung disease and I lost the function of half a lung, so I guess we are at risk), Dr. Sayegh called to check on us. Who does that anymore?! He also does house calls...yes, house calls. Just call MY DR.NOW and make an appointment for a house call. AMAZING is the one word to describe the care we have received from this gifted genius of a Dr. Also, I must acknowledge the wonderful people at the front desk and triage, they are wonderful as well. My fiance and I, mid 40's, live in globe and neither of us have had a primary care physician for 15+ years. We are active, healthy people however, we both have extensive family medical history that made us decide to establish with someone to get routine labs and a physical. I was amazed at the ease of scheduling and how fast we could be seen. I had the opportunity to complete the new patient forms online prior to the appointment and even upload insurance cards. Check in was a breeze and we waited less than 15 minutes before being called back. The medical assistant was polite and did a great job screening. Kimberly Savage, the FNP, was fantastic. She reviewed the medical history we provided online to ensure accuracy, took her time talking to us and completing a full assessment, and made sure we didn't have any questions or concerns at the end of the visit. Although we both had some anxiety about the visit, I couldn't be more thankful we were able to establish with such a great provider. Knowing I have someone I can count on should any health issues arise is priceless. Don't go here if you have a 2 year old. It was Sunday so I had no choice and they kept saying I was next but 2 hours later she said once I get called back it's going to be at least another hour. While I understand that they cannot give an exact wait time, you can give a guesstimate and say hey it may be 3 hours. The girl at the front desk didn't make eye contact with me once and had no consideration for sick babies. And if you call the main number to make an appointment they said they had openings at 1015 yet I was waiting from 830 and left at 1045 with at least 5 people waiting to be seen. I was not able to wait any longer and the girl at the front desk did not know how to refund me my copay. Note to management... being in the healthcare industry means you should care about your patients. Be honest and courteous, teach your staff how to give refunds, and don't allow people to book appointments when you have one doctor and at least 8 patients waiting to be seen. read more

Love this place! So easy to get an appointment and the staff is very kind. I saw K. Savage, FNP and she is amazing! Very sweet and knowledgeable and really took quality time to help me address all my issues. I was so impressed I have now changed to her as my primary care practitioner. I also love that I can get a telemedicine appointment with her that fits my busy schedule. She even works some weekends!!! This is how medicine should be. People get sick on the weekends too and I can save money with this clinic and avoid the long weekend ER or urgent care wait times and avoid sitting in a waiting room with dozens of other sick patients as well as avoid those ridiculous ER costs. I was seen at the new location at signal butte rd. I was very impressed with how nice the location looked. I have been to other my dr now locations and this one is the cleanest and up to date looking facility I have been to. I came in without an appointment and was able to be seen almost immediately. The receptionist was courteous and professional. The person that took my vitals also was gracious. I was seen by P.A. Trisha Davis. She was very informative and addressed my concerns while conducting a physical exam. I am 54 years old and am worried about my weight and potential for diabetes. She was absolutely the best clinician I've seen ever in terms of quality of care and congeniality. read more

Both my mother and I go to this location and it has been a great experience. The doctors and staff have been thorough going through our medical history and addressing all of our concerns and needs. They understand that usually there is more than one thing going on with a patient and have no complaints with focusing on all things going on medically. They got the referrals we needed for specialists very quickly and the use of mychart makes it really easy to see results and go over notes or reach out to the doctor as needed. Dr. Abraham Sayegh's skills, compassion, intelligence, open-mind, updated knowledge, hard-work, problem-solving skills, kindness, moral and ethical compass are just a few of his characteristics. My mom went to see him too after my experience; her expectations were surpassed by the care she received from him. I can count with only one hand the number of exceptional healthcare providers I had the chance to receive care from. Dr. Abraham Sayegh is at the top of the list. Norah Parker (PA) is the saving grace of this rip off of an establishment. I saw Mario Cordero (Nurse Practitioner) and the dude was a total jerk. When he FINALLY came in he a bad attitude and kept cutting me off. He then had the nerve to ask why I didn't tell him the whole story behind my medical condition. after reading all of these reviews I can wager this is a scam business that deliberately messes things up so they can charge multiple times. they are most likely committing insurance fraud. I'm about to go myself tmr, only because I have SMI and I'm told this is the only doctor I can see. I'll deff add more details after my appointment if anything fishy goes down. read more
