She did everything! Every aspect of removing, replacing, balancing and installing the tires. She did it all. I did not see her name, but I watched her work on my vehicle and when she had a problem, another associate helped seamlessly. Teamwork I spoke with the manager, I spoke with another client, I enjoyed my time. The other client was having his Porsche tires replaced and we both praised the employees on their knowledge of working on that car specifically. Great job, great service, great people. Thank you all! The price quoted didn't change and I was able to pay for it ask online. I wasn't up-sold on anything but was informed that they had other services for the next time. I will look forward to it.

I'm really disappointed with my experience at America's Tire…read more About 10 months ago, I purchased Goodyear Eagle Touring tires here. I've put roughly 15,000 miles on them, and when I brought the car in, I was told they're already near the wear bars. That's extremely premature for a tire that was recommended to me. When I asked about it, I was told these are OEM tires and essentially have no meaningful warranty, and that it's not unusual for them to last as little as 10,000-15,000 miles. That raises a bigger issue: if that's the case, why were these recommended in the first place without clearly explaining the expected lifespan? As a customer, I rely on the shop to recommend products that balance performance, safety, and durability, not something that needs replacement in under a year of normal driving. Being told "that's just how OEM tires are" after the fact feels like a sales-first approach rather than customer-first. I've always considered America's Tire my go-to, but this experience has changed that. Going forward, I'll be taking my business elsewhere because it feels like a shift toward sales over customer care at America's Tire.

Brought my car in, went over some paperwork and was told I'd be contacted once the inspection was complete. Sure enough Matt called me to let me know there were some items found during inspection and which ones needed to be addressed right away. After agreeing to the updated quote they got to work. I came back to the shop prior to being told my car was ready, and I think there may have been a delay in getting parts needed (dropped the car off at 9am, wasn't done until 4pm). Other than that, the quoted price is what I paid, there wasn't any pushing to buy a service that wasn't needed. I will definitely be bringing my car back for the additional work needed.

I requested a quote through Yelp and my request was sent to multiple auto shops. I chose this…read morecompany based on location and called ahead to confirm they could do more than just read basic codes. I had already done my own diagnostics and knew the car was running rich. I had ruled out the upstream O2 sensor, catalytic converter (both new), MAP sensor, and fuel injectors. I explained all of this to Matt before bringing the car in. He assured me they could perform deeper diagnostics with their equipment. After dropping off the car, Matt called and told me they had "confirmed" exactly what I had already told them, and that the next step would be pulling spark plugs--for an additional fee. At that point, I decided to go elsewhere. What I don't understand is why I was still charged the full $85 diagnostic fee, plus a $4 hazardous materials fee and $3 shop supply fee. Plugging a car into a diagnostic scanner does not generate any hazardous waste--no fluids are drained, no chemicals are used, and no parts are replaced. There's nothing about a basic scan that would justify a hazardous materials charge. That kind of fee typically applies when disposing of things like oil, coolant, or other regulated waste, none of which occurred here. In the end, I paid $92, wasted time and gas, and learned nothing new. The most concerning part was Matt admitting he didn't even know spark plugs would need to be checked as part of further diagnosis.

I made an appointment online after seeing they were running a buy 3 get 1 free tire deal. My appointment was for 9:15 this morning, but I actually got there a little earlier and was greeted right away by Eddie. He checked me in, took my information, and got everything set up. Super cool guy... really sweet and easy to talk to. We had some good conversation while getting everything handled. He did let me know the deal I saw didn't apply to the specific tires I needed, which was totally fine. I decided to just replace my two front tires for now and come back in a couple weeks to do the rear ones. Honestly it worked out because I didn't want to spend too much money on a car I hate anyway I also got a wheel alignment and Eddie even hooked me up with a little discount for that, which I really appreciated. I swear this was the fastest tire change and wheel alignment I've ever had done. Julio handled the wheel alignment and Jose did the tire install, and they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Super efficient and everything feels great... my car is rolling smooth again. I'll definitely be back soon for those rear tires and would absolutely recommend their business to others. Great staff, quick service, and now I see exactly why they have such a high rating.

First and foremost, the customer service I received from start to finish was second to none. The moment I walked in, I was instantly greeted and welcomed for visiting the shop. I explained to the sales rep that my tire sensors were not functioning and, as a result, I was unable to verify when my tires needed air. I also wanted to have my tires inspected because I noticed extensive wear on all four. The sales rep advised me to give him a couple of minutes and that he would be right with me, and left the office. I waited at the counter for four minutes when the sales rep returned and advised me, "Yes, you are definitely going to need four new tires." What! He inspected my tires? How did he know what I drove?? The sales rep mentioned that I came in two months before having my tires properly inflated, and he remembered that I drove a grey-colored pickup. UNBELIEVABLE memory! Wow, I was truly impressed, as I was not the only customer in the shop, and there were other pickups parked in the lot. I was quoted a fair price for a set of new tires, as I had received quotes from three other tire shops, and this shop beat them all by a wide margin. I was also quoted $35.00 per sensor, the lowest price I found, and $20.00 less than any other shop for a wheel alignment. I was extremely happy with the quote for the entire package and decided to have all the work and new tires installed in this shop. I was advised that it would take three to four hours to complete all the work, which I happily agreed to. I left the shop and went home. Two and a half hours later, I received a text message stating that my truck was ready for pickup, as all the work had been completed. I could not believe the lightning-fast service I had received. Within ten minutes, I was on the ship picking up my truck with new tires, and I was extremely satisfied. I truly wish to thank the entire staff for being so welcoming, friendly, and professional, and for the great customer service. On this day, I became a loyal customer.
