The lady, Kim, who did the service was excellent. She must be an artist because her moves were as if she was painting on a canvas and I'm not talking about applying the polish, I'm talking about removing the polish, clipping the nails and whatever else she had to do. She was very attentive and very particular. The salon was very clean and there more than enough workers. There is no TV on, just a bunch of Ads showcasing on the TV. Once again I'm just spoiled from my other spot oh and I wasn't offered a water...spoiled again. But look, this is definitely a spot I could see myself going to again. Yea, the price was fair.

I showed the technician a photo of the nail design I wanted and asked if he could do it. His response was simply "no," and from the start his attitude felt dismissive and unwelcoming. When I asked how close he could get to the design, he told me that normally clients send their inspiration pictures before the appointment and that he has other clients, so he didn't know. As a new client, I was never told that I needed to send a photo ahead of time. There was no communication about that requirement when I booked. Instead of trying to help or offer alternatives, the interaction continued to feel rude and dismissive. At that point, I told him I no longer wanted the service. I came in as a paying customer, followed their booking process, and was simply looking forward to enjoying my birthday and being treated with basic courtesy. Customer service matters, and unfortunately I did not feel welcomed or valued here at all. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon.

They have 4 selections to choose from. He was very intentional about what he was doing. He did a great job. Linda did my nails, and she did a good job. She worked fast. I like matte finish, but after I got home, I saw a little gloss on some of them. I hope it doesn't peel. I got a design on my toes also. Came out really cute, not anything real fancy, but it's cute. They are really friendly people. Oh yeah, they offer you water, wine, or beer. They are pricey, though. They offer nail and brow wax services. Mary gives the most relaxing pedicure and I can count on her to get in those hard to reach places under my toe nails! They have a wide selection of regular ,gel, and SNS polish, and the employees (and owner) greet each time by name! My SNS + pedicure process usually takes an hour and a half so tonight when I got to the shop late due to rain and traffic, I was worried I wasn't going to be able receive both services.. this was NOT the case! The ladies know I work about 30 minutes from home and because I'm going out of town would not have time come in to get a pedicure.. needless to say It's 8:22 (they close at 7) and I'm wrapping up my pedicure!
