I arrived and went to the glass door. You'll know you're in the right place as you'll see the signs. I picked up a Chicago Dog, a 3 pack of Bacon, Avocado, Teriyaki SPAM Musubi, and an Oat Coconut Spanish Latte from Musubi Libre. Everything was ready right on time and Leonard was super professional and friendly. The Chicago Dog is hands down my favorite--loaded with flavor and done right. The bacon + avocado spam musubi was really delicious. The Spanish Latte was smooth and not too sweet, which I loved. Overall, great food and service. Definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to.

    Musubi heaven!

What a great find! Reached out to Leonard, the owner, after finding them on Instagram due to my musubi cravings... Note that this is a small commericial kitchen with a delivery only option. Ordered online for next day delivery for a reasonable price and was quite pleased to find my order of 14 assorted pieces supplemented by an extra piece and little cookie treats! Arrived within the 2 hour window complying with my specific delivery instructions. Nice! Loved trying the Spam variations as well as the hot dog and sausage ones but my fave was the Spam with Daikon... perfect crunch and savory fare together! All fresh and nicely packaged but admittedly surprised that the pieces were on the smaller side. Highly recommended for fresh Musubi with an owner/delivery guy putting it in for customer service and Musubi smiles!

Musubi were good, but they were really small. The Spanish latte was disgusting, watered down, awakard drink flavor, and just horrible. The owner is really friendly and the location looks shady and hidden.

I preordered 24 musubis for a small family celebration and although preorders were initially closed, I reached out anyway and the owner, Leonard, accommodated my order. At our agreed pickup time our order was ready and Leonard even threw in an extra 6 musubis to thank me for trying his business. In turn, I wanted to tip him for the service and he declined, saying that he knows tipping culture is out of control. (I still tipped him anyway!) The musubis were hot and fresh, and well enjoyed by our family. I ordered the regular spam musubis and I plan to try the rest of the menu soon. I know these will be a huge hit at parties.

So glad I found this place and will be ordering again and again. This makes for a perfect snack or gift. Note: this is NOT a store and ordering was a bit confusing. I tried ordering on their website but upon checking out, received a "temporarily unavailable" message. I ended up messaging them on Instagram and was told I could order there. There was some miscommunication on the delivery date but Leonard was super nice about it and even gave me 4 free musubis! The musubis came fresh and beautifully packaged. The meat was perfectly seasoned and the texture of the rice was just right - soft and warm.

Ordered countless times with Musubi Libre but my before I can even take a photo, I start to savor it and forget the rest. They make really good musubis but even better Filipino food. Their adobo and lumpia reminds me of home! Even the hotdogs are bomb, my husband loved the pickle spears! Always my go to when I feel lazy and needed some comfort food. Service is always great and responsive.

Been following them on instagram for a while, and I finally got to see them in person. The food lived up to the hype and I enjoyed every musubi I got. Great job!! Looking forward to the next time I run into Musubi Libre

I had ordered the Friendzone for a family party for the holidays but only took a photo of the amazing set. Delivery and ordering was super easy. The whole box set came with Golden milk w. whole milk, Café Con Leche w. Oat Milk,Nod to Fall w. Oat Milk,Vegan Spanish Latte w. Oat Milk and a variety of musubis were a hit! 10/10 I would recommend!

I've ordered from Musubi Libre twice and now that I'm writing this review I think I'm due for another order soon! I think at this point I've had one of everything and they are all so good - the stragglers we couldn't finish when they were fresh even reheated well my favorite is probably the spam with radish. The coffee drinks are also divine. Sweet and creamy and nice strong (NOT bitter) coffee flavor.

Pickled radish + spam musubi was our favorite 10/10 The original musubi was a great choice too Latte had a very mild flavor and not too sweet Perfect snack !

The variety of musubi's is phenomenal.

The variety of musubi's is phenomenal. It's easy to purchase at east bay eats. My favorite is Redondo's Portuguese Sausage Musubi and the Teriyaki SPAM® + Pickled Radish. I love this place

Left to right: spam/bacon/egg, portuguese sausage, spam

I ordered through UberEats and it still arrived warm. They were a satisfying lunch. The rice to spam ratio is perfect.

Not sure how long this burger joint has been here, but I've always known of it by passing by many, many times over the course of 30+ years. But only tried just recently. There's seating both inside and outside. Inside the walls are totally covered with pictures of classic cars/trucks and interestingly enough of horse racing culture, since the county fairgrounds are super nearby. Pics of horses from past generations and their jockeys and owners. I thought that was an interesting local imprint. Mushroom Swiss Burger ($11/4*) So 'giant burger' is in their name. Even though the patty itself isn't monstrous, maybe a 1/3 lb at most, it is quite sizeable, much bigger than most fast food versions. After scarfing down my burger, I'd say I was slightly fuller than eating a double at In & Out. But this was also almost double on what I'd pay at In & Out. But since I'm a quintessential old schooler myself, I'll pay this price of admission here, no prob. The Burger Patty: Nice and juicy. Good quality and just flat top griddled. I had to season my patty with a little salt n pep from those packets. There's a special sauce that flavors the sandwich, a mayo/ketchup blend is my guess. The Produce: They use shredded lettuce and everything was quite fresh. Just very messy as lots of things will spill out on each bite. The cooked mushrooms were a little light but still noticeable in most bites. The Cheese: The 'swiss' labeled is basically a white colored American cheese, super soft and gooey. Not my fave, but a burger may be the only time I welcome American cheese. The Bun: They use basic sesame American buns. Super factory quality, but again for the basic American burger experience, I think this is fine. Just wished they toasted it more, as it became a mushy mess after even just halfway through. I'd say the bun was my least favorite aspect of this burger experience. Onion Rings ($7ish/5*): My friend said he saw them use a frozen product to drop in the fryer. But damn this was one of the best onion rings I've ever had from a burger joint. Super crisp, just oily enough and no artificial factory flavor. I could taste the onion and the crisp batter, and that batter stayed crisp for the whole meal, even after it cooled a bit. These are a must here. Fries: I tried a small handful from my friends bag as we were sharing our sides. They are of medium thickness and they crisp them nice. They also salt them with a good shake, and the oil they use seemed very clean. Even at Mc Donalds I'll often get grossed out by fries cooked in old oil. Blech! Not here, quite proper. I'm throwing them a fiver, just to show that a fiver doesn't have to be mind-blowing or life changing. Just has to fulfill expectations with a smile, and make me leave satisfied and happy. Check, check...and check!

My husband and I decided to leave at that point. I don't mind waiting, but a "hey, sorry! We'll be with you in just a moment" goes a long way. We've had their burgers before and enjoyed them but after that experience we likely won't be back. It was a very off putting.

The flavors were robust and well-balanced, the kind of honest, satisfying fare that reminds one why certain establishments endure despite their shortcomings. However, I must note several deficiencies that prevented me from awarding a fifth star. The pricing structure seemed rather ambitious given the overall presentation. The location lacks any pretense of aesthetic appeal, though perhaps that's part of its unpretentious charm. More troubling was the staff's attitude, despite ordering at the counter and my leaving a gratuity (perhaps unnecessary in retrospect), I detected a certain coldness, even dismissiveness, that struck me as peculiar and unwelcoming. Most concerning from a hygiene perspective: I cycled through multiple tables before settling, each one bearing crumbs, residue, general uncleanliness suggesting the surfaces hadn't seen proper attention in quite some time. My considered recommendation? If you're seeking takeaway or can overlook the ambiance and sanitation lapses, the food alone merits the visit. Just perhaps don't linger too long at the tables.
