This business is AWESOME! From pricing to high-quality performance and, most importantly, the family business attitude. They are so kind and gracious. Our tile is clean now. I mean really, really clean. As it turns out, the grout is orange, not black. Thank you so much Ramon and family. read more

Ramon was great. In time super nice , super fast Would refer to anyone I liked. Great value

Let me begin by saying, you get what you pay for. I know that sounds cliche, but it holds a lot of truth. We bought new carpet about three years ago (spending $10,000) so we want to keep it nice. I've used several other carpet cleaning companies over the years (Zerorez, ClearCo, and a few others that I cannot recall). While I wasn't disappointed with the others, I wasn't impressed. In fact, Zerorez sent only one guy out and it took him all of 45 minutes to do my entire home, with stairs! I new the carpet wasn't clean. This time, I did my research, and....gulp...spent some money doing it the right way. Mustang was my choice and I knew I was taking a risk by spending TWICE what I would have normally spent, but, as I said above, you get what you pay for. I wasn't interested in a company that just came out to do some "steam extraction". I've had that in the past and it left me feeling "dirty" after just a couple of months. Mustang actually brushed the carpet. They vacuumed, then they pretreated, then they scrubbed, then they steamed and then they extracted and raked. They sent three guys (one of which was the owner) and it took them 2-1/2 hours to do my home. So, yes, I know it's clean. And the difference is awesome! I will definitely be using their services again. Were they pricey? Yeah, a bit. But when I compared them with the service that I received from the other companies, it was no-contest. Hands-down I'd use Mustang again. And they cleaned the tile floors before they left!! Don't settle for mediocrity. Listen, I'm a cheap-o. I like to save money where I can, but I will NOT be compromising when it comes to cleaning my carpets ever again. I give this review as a public service announcement. If you are planning on selling your house and you need your carpets cleaned....be careful if you use Mustang. You will likely decide not to sell your house after all. :) read more

Management company made us use them and based on price they knew it. 309$ for two small rooms such a rip off and joke. Compare pricing if you can there is much cheaper for same service. Paid half that when I moved out of my old place for bigger rooms. read more

Ramon came out to give me an estimate and was quite convincing. But when I asked him about any discounts or guarantee, he then refused to do the work. This is hardly a way to treat a potential customer. read more

This is the first time I have used Mustang Carpet and Tile Cleaning. I had 3 rooms, a hallway, and stair done. They will be the only cleaning company I call. I had spots of carpet that had twisted in a portion of the bedroom rug as well as the stairs. I figured they would clean them but they wouldn't return to "brand new"...wow this company made all areas cleaned look brand new. Their attention to detail will astound you, and their customer service is OUTSTANDING. read more

We had the upstairs stairs, 3 bedrooms, and a loft clean by these guys. They were very overpriced and did only a fair job. This was $600.00 for a small area. I would never use these guys again. They told me they were doing me a favor. Do yourself a favor and get away from these "people." read more

It's hard to know what you'll get when you hire a carpet and/or tile cleaning company. I have been disappointed as often as I have been happy with the work. Wet carpet, late/no show, poor pre-treatment, streaks and soap residue. Had it all. Not with Mustang. Right on time, great work ethic, very professional. They moved the furniture, put up protective guards on the outward corners of the walls, did a great job pre-treating, cleaned all the grout with a brush and cleaned around all the baseboards and corners. The carpets look fantastic. The area rugs are flat and square with no waves and the colors pop. The tile has its original colors and luster restored and the grout looks great. We're sold on Maverick. We'll be customers for the years to come read more

This company is amazing!! Fairly priced and they have the best costumer service I've received from ANYONE all year! Family owned company who cares about their work. They even went out of their way to send me before and afters, cleaning product recommendations, and they cleaned my table chairs for free! Absolutely phenomenal company. read more

We had our whole house cleaned by this Father/son team and they were AWESOME! TILE, GROUT AND CARPETS! The place is sparkling! They are friendly, polite, thorough, on time, and fairly priced. They took extra time on certain spots that needed attention and just made sure that every detail was handled!! I won't use anyone else from now on. read more

I had Mustang out a few months ago to clean my tile and grout after almost NINE years! Wow. They were awesome. Took extra care to not damage anything while they scrubbed away years of grime. On time, friendly and efficient. And my floors looked AMAZING. And they went the extra mile to explain what products would be best to maintain my floors (not through them so it wasn't a sales technique). Today (8/19/15) I had them out for carpets - 1 area rug and one of the bedrooms. They knew I had limited time due to an appointment and got here a few minutes ahead of time. After some Q&A I decided to have them do all the bedrooms. They managed to STILL finish on time and STILL did an amazing job. For a great price too. Ramon and his son were fantastic once again. Thanks guys! Will totally recommend you! read more

I recently moved into a house that had tile flooring with extreme grease and dirt buildup. It was a nightmare! Mopped the floor hundreds of times but still made my feet black! So i researched tile cleaning on yelp. Thats when I ran into mustang tile cleaning! This is a family owned and operated business, which is a plus cause they get personal which makes it more trustworthy. Especially when your inviting someone to your home. Ramon the owner of the business, came as promised, on time to our estimate appointment! I was so impressed by the passion and pride he has for his work and I decide to trust him with our nightmare! I wish that i took and before and after picture cause if I did, everyone would be surprised!!! They were great! I recommend this business for sure! read more

Ramon and Justin were very professional. They listened and took care of all my concerns and needs when it came to my couch and area rug. I was even given a list of cleaning products recommended by jem to keep up on things in the meantime! They were very professional, friendly, and just all around great people to work with! I love that this is a family business. They take pride and care in what they do and it makes a world of difference. Not to mention, their work is phenomenal. I will forever be a life long customer of this team! read more

First time using this company and I highly recommend!! I initially left a message and they returned my call within 10 minutes. They were able to fit me in for a same day appointment as we were on a tight move out schedule. They kept me informed of their arrival time and were super friendly. They did an amazing job on our carpets!! We are in a rental home and have no idea how long it's been since the carpet's have been professionally cleaned, but they now look practically new! We received an excellent service along with superb customer service!! You will not be disappointed with their service!! read more

Ramon and his crew are amazing. The attention to detail and expert service can't be beat. I was unable to prepare for them due to surgery and they moved and vacuumed and took such good care of my carpets. Some of us are "crazy" cleaners and want to have it all ready for them. They did it better than I could. Thank you Justin and Ramon. read more

I recently had my tile & grout cleaned by Ramon & his crew. These are the most professional, nicest guys I've ever met. They were on time, explained their process, cleaned the grout To its original light color & it only took 2 hours for my job. These are the only guys I will use. Give them a call. They are simply the best! read more

The cleaners arrived early and did a wonderful job. My carpet looks like new and that's hard to image with 5 pets and 2 kids! They finished in under 2 hours and left shoe covers for us to wear until the carpet dried. They were also very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

I called Mustang the day before I needed them to clean my 7 ft couch with numerous pillows and my 4 ft oversized chair with ottoman. They arrived on time and spent quite a bit of time working on getting the pet hair and stains out. In the end I'm really happy with the results and shall be calling them when I need my carpets and tile done too. read more

This company is great, I phoned on Thur and they got me in on Saturday, arrived on time and the guys are the best, friendly, fast working and efficient. Ramon explained exactly what he would be doing prior to starting and the carpets look fantastic!! He (Ramon) took before and after pictures and emailed to me along with recommendations for products to use. I will definitely be using Mustang Carpet Cleaning in the future. They are the best. read more

Ramon Delgado and his family business is straight up a pleasure to have service from. Always been courteous, thorough and fair. Hiring Mustang is like getting hooked up by a friend. Thank you Ramon! read more

Ramon and his two crew were amazing. The moved all breakable items and heavy items from my carpet and commenced to vacuum it then treated it with a new machine that brings the water temp very high to break up all the dirt and grime. After going over all carpet with this machine they then used another hose vacuum to go over all carpet again for any dirt still there. They are very professional and their price was reasonable. My carpet looked like new after they left and it's over 12 years old. I will have them time and time again. read more

This was the best carpet cleaning service that I have ever used. The technicians were courteous, prompt and did a phenomenal job. I have 4 kids that continually spill drive and soil our carpets and I was extremely pleased to see that the carpets were stainless when they left. Usually cleaners are only here for an hour, but they did such a thorough job with safe products that it took longer and I am sure it was because they were putting more effort into their work. Thanks so much. I will definitely be calling again in the future. Sincerely, Margaret Petrini. read more

Mustang got the call in the morning and was able to come to my home by afternoon to steam & deodorize 3 rooms of carpet. They were careful, tidy and thorough, all much appreciated! They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up light colored grout and tile of a very very dirty rental. Thanks guys :D read more

I just wanted to thank Ramon & Sheri for their fantastic customer service. I called after having someone else do some of my carpet and was very disappointed. Ramon and Justin came out today and did an excellent job on my carpets and couches. Needless to say I won't be using Xerorez again! What a difference a quality carpet cleaner can accomplish. Thank you again. Madeleine K., Chandler read more

My husband and I were in dire need for someone to clean our upholstered furniture in our living room. We have two dogs, and no matter how clean you try to keep things, their oils and scents get in the furniture. We only live here a little under three years, and we thought the house, because of the furniture, was beginning to smell. We called Mustang, and the worker that came was Justin. He did an incredible job! No chemicals were used, and he kept smelling the furniture until no smell existed. Now, I feel, we live in a new house again! I would highly reccommend using Mustang carpet and tile! You can tell they care about their customers' individual needs and take pride in their job performance! read more

I could not believe what a difference. Did ALL of our tile (kitchen, two baths and laundry). Can not believe the difference! One of my biggest problems is the boys bathroom. After I clean it always smells like urine. Just put my face to it, NO SMELL!!!! Mission that I thought impossible they defeated! Thank you so much. Will be using them again! read more

Outstanding carpet and tile cleaning company. Family owned and operated. Ramon and Justin came on time, as promised, and performed the most thorough and meticulous cleaning of our carpets that we have ever experienced. The 10 year old carpet has never looked better. If I could give this company ten (10) stars, I would! Use them, you will thank me later. read more

I called Mustang Carpet and Tile yesterday (Tuesday), and told them i needed my 'new' couches cleaned ASAP. I run a business, so I know how scheduling works, but it just so happened they had an opening the NEXT morning! They gave me a half-hour arrival period (tight!), and showed up right on time, early this morning. One of the great things about this company, is they will give you a price right over the phone, instead of telling you they have to be at the location to determine. I got both of my over-sized sofas with a thousand pillows apiece cleaned for under $150, and it didn't take them long at all! I hung out with Justin V. and Derek B. while they were steam cleaning the couches, and they were super personable and knowledgeable about all the questions I had, and they were also extremely thorough with their work. I love my new clean couches, and I will refer Mustang Carpet and Tile to ALL of my friends and family when they need carpet, tile or upholstery cleaned, and definitely ask for Justin and Derek!!! read more

I used Mustang three times, and they did great work. They were also always upfront about all charges and always on time (they even came early once after calling to make sure it was ok). read more

We have been using Mustang Carpet & Tile Cleaning for about 5 years and have never been disappointed. They have done both carpets and tile for us. The tile was done about 3 years ago, it looked brand new and still looks pretty decent. Ramon and Justin were here yesterday and our carpets look amazing! They feel fluffy and so clean and look new again. Ramon and Justin take real pride in their work and will do what is necessary to be sure their customers are satisfied. Ramon's wife, Sherri, works in the office and she is efficient and so nice to the customers also. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a great carpet cleaning service. read more

I have used Mustang several times and each time they have been on time, reasonably priced, efficient, professional and above all my tile and grout have never looked better. Justin and Ramon take great pride in their work. Ramon even gave me tips on products that I could use on my floors and carpets so that they will continue looking their best. Thanks Mustang Carpet and Tile Cleaning. read more

Best carpet cleaning service ever! Cleaned my very dirty carpet and tile in my rental home. I have used three other carpet cleaning services over the years and this is the one I will stick with. Came out within 24 hours to provide an estimate and was flexible on accommodating the move out schedule. During the estimate explained the process and showed me what his equipment could do on my tile. Provided updated pictures during the service as he was cleaning as I live out of state. Extremely impressed with this company's work ethic and professionalism. read more
