Dolsat Bibimbop

My family came here to celebrate my wife's birthday. The food tasted good. The service was good. Unfortunately, they did not have barley tea. The atmosphere is okay, but we did like the semi-private booths.

As soon as you place your orders, the banchans are served. It's their appetizers and they are complimentary, they are served in small plates. The banchan selection was good. We especially liked the tofu, bean sprouts and Cucumbers. We ordered the oxtail knee soup, which is like a "tendon". The soup itself is bland, you will have to add salt, which they provide in a small container. After the salt is added, all is good. The tofu soup is good. We opted for medium spice . Flavor was good. The beef ribs was tender and a little sweet. It was good, i ate most of it. Service was okay. Just turned off that tip for 2 people was calculated at 18% & 20% ... why?

I loved my Korean dining experience at Musiro. We were seated immediately and served promptly. We ordered the spicy pork and cold noodle combo, seafood pancake, and tofu soup. Portions are very decent and Korean flavors in the food are bold and present. The tanginess of the cold noodles balanced out the spiciness of the pork. The seafood pancake was nice and crispy with the aroma of fresh seafood. You can always judge a Korean restaurant from its banchan. Our food came with 6 different dishes. And the owner personally refilled our dishes once we ate it all. I appreciate the attention and friendly service from all the staff here. I will definitely be coming back.

Finally got a chance to come back here again after enjoying my first meal about a year ago. I love their tofu stews made with so much flavor. I only wish it came out bubbling hot like the first time so that I can add my egg. I really don't mind waiting for good food! I've had their seafood and also pork kimchi tofu stews. Both were delicious and accompanied with rice and banchan. I ordered seafood pajeon again and while it still tasted delicious, it really would've been better had it been fried crispier. Customer is amazing! The hostess made an effort to seat us away from others for social distancing purposes, which I really appreciated. At the end of the meal, she asked us how we enjoyed it. She really made us feel welcomed. Definitely recommend this awesome place. The tofu stews warm your body and soul and leaves you feeling happy and satisfied. They also have several different soups and grilled meats. I look forward to coming back to try those other menu offerings very soon!

This place is quite homely feeling and I loved how the staff knew my sister's family when we walked in. However, they seem to be more comfortable speaking in Korean versus English since that's all they spoke in to my sister. (This is a Korean restaurant, but they can probably speak in English.) The first time I came here I ate their soondubu which is what they're widely know for. I did enjoy the flavoring and their variety of the tofu stews available. We came back a second time and I decided to order the combination platter. I got the protein which you can choose from like pork, kalbi, bulgogi (meat) dish along with cold noodles in a meat broth (neng myun). The meat dish was a bit salty so I advise eating it with some rice and the noodles texture was different from what I am used to. So all in all I would stick to their tofu stews. I noticed throughout the meal they would come by and ask what we would like refilled from the side dishes such as kimchee and pickeled radishes (banchan) and gave us an extra rice bowl and fried mackerel. I love the service or complimentary food. Knowing my family they are going to continue going and probably take me next time I visit again.

62. Cold Noodles
Minwoo David L.

Food had great portions but quality wasn't great. The side dishes seemed old and bought. The soy bean soup was too spicy and they used button mushrooms which is very uncommon in Korean dishes. I think it's because it's cheaper than other mushrooms. The cold noodles taste store-bought as well. Place smells musty and old. Service was nice but tried to up-sell when we said we weren't hungry.

Galbi
Andy S.

I am not sure about any of there other food but their cold noodle is pretty good! If you are feeling cold noodle and you are out of few options, come to this place. There galbi was okay.

Dolsot bibimbap (I really wanted the crispy rice and they did it) with gochujang sauce, veggie dumplings with sauce, and banchans.
Bee D.

I went in and ordered dolsot bibimbap and veggie dumplings to go. The staff promptly took care of me. They updated me on my order and were very nice. They were very attentive. The place was visibly clean and spacious. They were getting people coming in for lunch which is awesome. I'm definitely coming back and recommend Musiro. My sister and I really enjoyed our meal. It came with banchans and it was enough to share. It was initially a meal for me but when she saw it she really wanted to try it.

Hot stone bow ehh
Judy N.

First impression, the overall vibe was nice and welcoming. The staff was a little pushy with grabbing my order. I asked the waiter for another minute and he waited awkwardly next to me while I browsed the It took about 10-15 minutes for the food to come out. I ordered a seafood pancake, beef hot stone bowl, tofu soup with a side of galbi. The sides were decent, my favorite being the potatoes and least favorite were the broccoli. The seafood pancake was delicious and not too crispy and full of scallions. The hot stone bowl was good but I wouldn't get it again. The beef tofu stew wasn't as good as I remembered, it was very bland.

John, the owner came and visted us for a bit and said this particular location has been here for at least 9 years. I can tell with all the regulars that seemed to be trickling in while we there. The owner was there and while initially I thought the service was a bit slow, the owner was the one that really turned our experience around. The food definitely was already giving five star vibes! Located about ten minutes north of Carrollton Korea town, nestled in a smaller plaza, is this amazing Korean fried chicken! Normally, I am not the biggest fan of the saucy marinated chicken but I tried the sweet Korean and the honey garlic and both were amazing! Crispy and crunchy on the outside, moist chicken on the inside and came out piping fresh! We also ordered their original boneless with a refreshing green onion salad that compliments the boneless chicken so well!!! All washed down with an ice cold TERRA! We also ordered Seoddok seoddok Which is a crispy chewy rice cake and Korean sausage on a stick drizzled with a sweet and spicy sticky sauce! 10/10 as well. Whether you're visiting or a local, this place is a MUST TRY! There is a common practice in Korean culture in their restaurants and retail Shops that's called "service," which basically equates to "on the house" in American culture. The owner gave us two types of shaved ice on the house and it was the perfect and refreshing dessert to end and round our whole experience!!! PSA: first you pick the type chicken - boneless, wings, or the whole chicken cut into pieces. Then, you pick your batter: golden crispy batter, fried batter, or yorienn batter. I recommend the classic KFC style FRIED BATTER! Lastly, pick your sauce! I still dream of this chicken place and it's only been a week since we tried it. I already want to go back and my mouth literally drools thinking about it!

When we finally asked the staff, we learned that she had forgotten to place our order. What made the experience more frustrating was that no one checked on us during those 30 minutes. We were simply left sitting there, waiting for our food. The staff apologized and offered us complimentary soft drinks to make up for the mistake, but by then, we had already lost our appetite. Unfortunately, the gamjatang itself was just average and did not make up for the disappointing experience. Things got even more frustrating when we checked the bill. Despite the drinks being offered as complimentary, we were charged for them. We had to bring this to the staff's attention twice before the charges were finally removed. Overall, the service was disappointing, from the forgotten order to the repeated billing mistake.
