They try to do much in a limited space, and mostly, that works. Their wind and violin/viola/cello/bass/etc space is really nice, and their acoustical guitar and bass sections are strong. The keyboards area is sort of scrunched together but top brands and a bit of variety. I liked their synths, although not a crazy variety. Prices I heard seemed a bit higher, but there is added value here, too. Huge sheet music section. Much wind instrument variety, as well as mouthpieces, reeds/ligatures/etc. It has the widest and broadest inventory I've seen in Arizona. Worth a visit; musicians will appreciate the variety.

I took a new PRS guitar I had purchased at another shop in for some warranty work on a static noise…read moreissue coming through the body. I left the guitar with Guitar Gallery and the tech took my guitar off site to his own shop to troubleshoot and try to resolve the issue. After a couple weeks I called and was told he was still working on it but should have it finished soon. Finally I called and was told he was bringing it back over to the store and I could pick it up just before they closed. I picked it up and paid $65 for his time and efforts. He said the static was still present but was perhaps slightly less, and that the static could be coming from the plastic cover plates on the back of the guitar and he said he would make me new replacement covers of a different t material to see if that would alleviate the static. He said he would have them done in about a week. I brought the guitar home and discovered the vibrato trem arm was missing. I called the tech's cell the next day and he never answered or returned messages. I called the shop and they said they didn't know anything about the missing trem arm. After many many attempts I eventually gave up and just ordered a new trem arm from an online shop. I never heard from anyone again about the replacement back plate covers or my missing trem arm. I do not recommend taking a guitar to this shop for any repair. I'm out $65 for attempted repairs, and another $25 to replace the misplaced trem arm myself. Signed...Pissed in Peoria

He was able to answer all of our questions and provided insight in what to do to improve our playing. He was able to understand my questions even though I could not verbalize correctly (did not have the correct terms). He provided a tremendous amount of valuable information. I will definitely make this our go-to company for all of our guitar and future music needs. Even though I am a rank beginner, I was not made to feel inadequate. I have been inspired to practice even more now after our visit to the Lost Dutchman Music Company.

Really made me feel like a respected and valued customer, despite this being about a $5 fix. Given what they make on average for more significant repairs, they probably lost money on helping me, but he was fast, friendly, and kind.
