Unresponsive. Tried many times but they cannot seem to be able to return a phone call, or text.

Nice guy helpful. Good knowledge of instruments and value. I wish I had gotten more but times are tough.

This store is a very…read moreneatly-stocked store & has a large selection of instruments of all types for the every day musician. Very knowledgeable staff members on hand to assist you. On the main floor are the instruments, & upstairs you will find sheet music & an area for taking music lessons. Jon Milano, the grandson of the man who started this business, introduced himself to me & told me the history of this store. Very fascinating & if you walk through the back hallway of the store, you will see many photos of the various artists & celebrities who have visited this amazing music store! I'm a drummer so I will definitely return when I need something. I invite you to check this place out & say hello to my new friend Jon. Once you visit Milano's, you become part of the family!

While I was in town visiting my son, he mentioned that there was a music store not far from us that he'd like to visit. I wasn't prepared for the size of this place-it's far more than just a "music store." He had a gleeful look of awe as he admired the selection of brass instruments and was able to play a few of them too. He'll be ready to make a purchase soon, so he wants to know for sure which one is just right. If you don't quite know what you're looking for, or need some elevated service, you might find someone, you might not. It's a more laid-back approach to customer service-we had to seek someone out for help. But I suppose I prefer that over an in-your-face sales person trying to close a deal.

Guitar Gallery - Covered the ding but went nuts with paint. The visible line is layers you can feel. Not sure what he did to expose the veneer.

I left the guitar with Guitar Gallery and the tech took my guitar off site to his own shop to troubleshoot and try to resolve the issue. After a couple weeks I called and was told he was still working on it but should have it finished soon. Finally I called and was told he was bringing it back over to the store and I could pick it up just before they closed. I picked it up and paid $65 for his time and efforts. He said the static was still present but was perhaps slightly less, and that the static could be coming from the plastic cover plates on the back of the guitar and he said he would make me new replacement covers of a different t material to see if that would alleviate the static. He said he would have them done in about a week. I brought the guitar home and discovered the vibrato trem arm was missing. I called the tech's cell the next day and he never answered or returned messages. I called the shop and they said they didn't know anything about the missing trem arm. After many many attempts I eventually gave up and just ordered a new trem arm from an online shop. I never heard from anyone again about the replacement back plate covers or my missing trem arm. I do not recommend taking a guitar to this shop for any repair. I'm out $65 for attempted repairs, and another $25 to replace the misplaced trem arm myself. Signed...Pissed in Peoria
