There is a good variety of drinks (not too much to the point that it is difficult to make a decision). The interior of the shop is nicely decorated. This is definitely a place that I would enjoy just sitting down with friends. However, certain drinks do have an odd amount of sweetness to them. A great coffee place to come to socialize, you can study too if you don't mind people socializing around you. They also have a variety of food to snack! As per usual I got my Vietnamese iced coffee it tasted more like iced mocha but still pretty good. The music is pretty unique it's different from my taste but I am always down to listen to something new. The parking lot is spacious! This matcha is the real deal! I got a matcha milk tea without any toppings because I just wanted to taste the flavor since they claimed to use ceremonial matcha. They allowed me to adjust the sweetness down to 25%, which is noteworthy because other boba shops in the area have told me that the sweetness is predetermined by whatever matcha mix they use. The drink came out fairly quickly and was aesthetically unmixed; when I tried it, the matcha flavor was perfectly grassy and a bit bitter, the way matcha should be. The boba is still slightly hard in the center, but it did have good flavor. I'm disappointed, but I never waste boba, so I went home and made some tea and poured it in my drink. Best Milk Tea spot in Houston. I know what you are thinking, how is this one local Milk Tea shop the best out of 975 options to choose from in Houston, it's not even in China Town. Well let me tell you, I've have Muse Tea probably about 10-15 times now and they're blend of tea to milk to sugar ratio is second to none. I like my Milk tea more on the Tea side versus the creamy side and Muse is crazy consistent with the drinks they provide. I'm Vietnamese and the Vietnamese coffee didn't taste Vietnamese. The boba is really soft and not very chewy, which could be good or bad depending on your preference. The popcorn chicken tastes good but needs to be cut better. They were more like wannabe chicken strips gone wrong kinda cut. The kimchi fries were not worth mentioning.. supposedly there was bacon in it but i think they just looked like bacon bits. They did not even taste like fake bacon lol. They were not sweet compared to other stores. I think the lowest sweet level they have is 40%. The also have a clean restroom which I really like. But you need to ask for a code to access restroom. I saw a recommendation from my food group, I decided to try it out of curiosity. Came today with my boyfriend, we chose the galaxy lemon tea and the pink matcha. Cost about $10+ tax together. The pink matcha is delicious! The smoothness of the matcha is completely different from other boba or tea shop. From talking to owner of the store, they whisk it with the bamboo whisk, giving it the right smoothness. The flavor were subtle but lasting. The pink matcha comes in a cup with pink at the bottom and green at the top, I recommend to mix it to get a sweet taste over all, unless you want the separation of sweet and bitterness of the matcha to stay distinct. For the galaxy lemon tea, it comes in a purple (top) and yellow (bottom). It's a jasmine tea with a hint of lemon tartness. I love the way the jasmine tea aroma just linger in your mouth after you take a sip. The balance between tart and bitterness is great. Plus side, the place is great for aesthetic photos. And there are plenty of seats and game to play. Do come and try out a new style of drinks. That taste and looks delicious! read more

Really love what they've done to this place! The once banh mi shop has now become an all coffee and tea shop. The decor is clean, minimal, and trendy. I love the white marble counter where they take your orders. There are plenty of tables and even a lounge area with comfy leather seats. I was also into the music they were playing: "Better Not" by Louis the Child. The girl who took my orders was all smile and friendly. I asked about food items and she said that they will add it to their menu later on. I looked down at their drink coasters with their logo on it and thought to myself: "this is beautiful!". I would totally buy it if they were on sale. Maybe they should also sell logo t-shirts and other cute knick knacks. I had the Mint Mojito Iced Coffee and it was deliciously refreshing. i love coming here occasionally to study because it's super close to my house. sometimes it does get pretty busy and crowded due to the small space. the interior is modern, clean, very instagrammable and aesthetic. the service here is very nice as well. there are a variety of games to play as well. my go to drink is always the pink matcha. you can taste the matcha flavor really well. i am not a big matcha fan, but i absolutely love this one. as for food, i've tried their popcorn chicken, however the portion is pretty smally for the price. i have yet to try the rest of the snacks there, but it all sounds pretty good. i love that there are cute littles coasters that you can use to put your drinks on, so that is also a plus. read more

This place...!!! So happy my honey and I stumbled upon it (thanks to fellow Yelper reviews). We live right down the street -- Muse Tea's location is so convenient for Energy Corridor and neighboring hoods. Gone are the days of driving all zee way to Bellaire for decent milk tea. Except when I say decent, I mean great, because Muse Tea is now my favorite...! My honey and I like ShareTea too but the staff is not as friendly and there's usually no place to sit. And it's, again, all the way in Bellaire. The boba at Muse Tea is nowhere near as sweet as Kung Fu's, so it does not overpower the sweetness of the tea itself, and the chewiness of the boba is always consistent. I like to get the house milk tea, half sugar (plenty sweet), with boba. My honey's gotten the Vietnamese iced coffee and the Pink Matcha and says those are really good too. The Pink Matcha tastes like strawberry-flavored Pocky sticks, as a friend of mine described it. I see students studying here all the time. They also have board games here! read more
