Pleasantly surprised by this place. We stopped by to try out the chain and it was a fast and easy dinner. Quality is not omakase level or the highest, but it is good value for price, filling, and does the trick. We tried the chirashi (under $20) which was pretty filling. Tuna quality wasn't the best, but usually isn't at these places. Salmon and eel were the highlights. As I am currently trying to stay away from too many raw foods, we also got a special california roll which was $8.50 for a GIANT roll and several different nigiris which were generous and delicious (standouts were seared salmon, scallop). Will be back for a quick, reasonably priced dinner.

I love Musashi's in Factoria. It's a place I take all our guests for amazing sushi! I love the small menu, quality and price. The lynnwood location is convenient and closer to me. It's a nice interior with good service. I got take out a few times and this was my first dine in experience. It was a quiet time so food came out fast and fresh. The spice seared salmon is my favorite. Their spicy tuna is also top notch (in my opinion). My only criticism is their rice. Too much rice and the taste is different than in Factoria. PLEASE, streamline your rice cooking method in all Musashi's locations. Factoria one is just superb and I wish I lived closer to it. But I am happy to have a Musashi's on this side of town.

Love the food here all the time, consistent, portion size good, great value and fresh fish. We always have Chirashi and we're happy there's room to change the assortment of fish. Happy for the flexibility. The Bento Box is a good value. The teriyaki chicken in it is moist and grilled. Love a bit of sashimi in it. Slight bauble with the miso soup not being served automatically. When we reminded the server, he said it was only for regular customers. ????? (Puzzling look from us because how would they know?) Also, they gave it to us every time we were there. Besides, that was our 4th time there. But the soup came out on a jiffy. I'm still giving them 5 stars, because we love this place. But they might want to do some re-training or maybe just tell the dining guests that it's not included (maybe reword the menu). We'll be back, though.

Came here for lunch and it always hits the spot. Got the Chirashi bowl and seared salmon. Fish taste so fresh. Seared salmon melts in your mouth. Rice is cooked perfectly, sweet and soft. Wasabi and ginger is great too. Love this place, will always be back.

This location is very similar to the Factoria Musashi's. They have the noodle salad, Musashi Roll and similar menu. The Lynnwood location is new with a modern looking interior. The noodle salad wasn't as creamy as Factoria's, which left it a little dry, but I found the sushi to be comparable. Most importantly, I felt the pricing was better at this location. Order at the table using a QR code. Food came quickly. If you need anything additional such as share plates, napkins, water and to go boxes, you'll need to flag down the server. It's nice to have a Musashi's location in the north end with a good price point.

Musashi's Chirashi bowls hit all the marks: They are tasty, reasonably priced ($19), enough for a large meal, and come within 5-10 minutes of ordering. I have no complaints when it comes to the Chirashi bowls as the salmon, toro, yellow tail, unagi, scallops, and albacore all taste fresh with no apparent fishy smell or taste. I would recommend pairing your chirashi bowls with side orders of spicy tuna rolls (maki) or their shrimp/vegetable tempura (off menu). If you are craving sashimi and rice, look no further as Lynnwood has an incredible deal for fish quality at an affordable price.

Came for lunch on my 11,000 mile foodie road trip. Trio: Unagi roll, Spicy salmon roll, Albacore roll + Shrimp tempura don rice bowl. Everything tasted very good. Not the most memorable sushi I've had by any means but quality value.

Yum! I grew up going to the original Bellevue Musashi's and finally got around to trying the Lynnwood location. I tried their chirachi bowl ($19), musashi roll ($12), seared salmon nigiri, and tamago. The bowl was my favorite, you get a good selection of fish and decent sized pieces! Everything tasted fresh. The Musashi roll is a California roll topped with a creamy tuna thing, I think, whatever it was was good! Seared salmon nigiri were great portions but I would skip the tamago next time, I like mine sweeter and fluffier. I ordered online ahead of time and it was ready in about 15 minutes. Pick up was easy, and inside the restaurant looked clean. Amble parking!

Location is great, lower score reviews are critical for no reason. I've been the the Redmond location as well, and EACH OF THEM ARE great options for sushi conusours. They are generous with portions, price is fair, and it's one of the best spots to get salmon. I 100 % recommend this to you. Service is fine, attentive, atmosphere is clean. Owners of this spot and others are kind and professional.

    2026 Dinner nigiri deluxe

***2026 update*** Today I went back to Musashi to bring back my college days memory. Apparently people were writing some negative reviews, so I had to go back and witness it myself. The food was great, the employees were very friendly, the guy with airpod people mentioned no longer works there. There was a tall female server EK working there. She had positive energy and positive mindset working at Musashi. I think people who had bad experiences need to go back and try it again. I had a great experience.

Like other reviews, service leaves a lot to be desired. Food tastes good but expect flaws in presentation and correctness. We never got water and figured it wasn't worth asking after other errors. Asked for spicy mayo for everyone and we received one serving in a large bowl, not enough to share. Parking is alright given the plaza but shared with Happy Lemon and others. Convenient location near the mall. Lots going for them here but as they figure things out, service is subpar and can be a headache. Chirashi Bowl - I asked for roe in my bowl alongside specific fish and that was completely left out. I only noticed at the end when we were reflecting (and comparing to other locations).

I remember I use to love Musashi's when I first moved to Washington. I don't think the quality has really changed, but there are a lot more options now than there was when I first moved here. Because there are so many other options for sushi / chirashi it's not a place I would recommend or crave; however I would come back purely for convenience. In terms of portion to price, it definitely is a good portion in relation to the price... but the quality of the fish is just okay. Overall, not bad, but just okay.

    Lunch Special

This was okay for me and very bad for my wife. I had the lunch special that had generous slices of nigiri along with some rolls. Rice was kinda cold and bb-shot, but overall very reasonable for $13.50. However, my wife had the chirashi bowl that Musashi is known for, and it was horrible. Everything tasted old and funky like it was left out too long, the scallops were half frozen, and the unagi had a slimy gummy texture. Nobody greeted us as we came in, so we just sat down and had to figure out how to order from the QR codes on the table. Food took a while too, and they never checked on us to see how we're doing. New place so the decor is nice, but that's about it. Will not be back.

It was light and fluffy and full of flavor. It came with a traditional cabbage salad which was very refreshing. Side note, the dressing or sauce that was in the table was let me say to die for. We put it on everything. If I had it on hand all the time it would probably be a condiment that I used on a very regular basis. The service was top notch and our server was very sweet and patient. We took awhile to look over the whole menu and there are so many things that I would come back for just to try. The only let down was the edamame as it is a staple that we usually order at any restaurant when available. They were very hot and cold and felt like it was a frozen edamame that was nuked in the microwave. The establishment itself was very modern looking with a very clean vibe. We will definitely be back. This is definitely a spot in lynnwood that needs more love from people. Then again, it could be packed all the time, but we were there very early on Mother's Day.

We came in the evening after day 2 of Geekfest and it was pretty busy inside. Luckily there was a spot open for two so we were seated and given menus. The inside is a bit dim, there were lots of tables with chairs or booth seats throughout, and there was even bar seating as well. My boyfriend ordered tonkotsu ramen and crunchy salmon roll as well as takoyaki to share while I got their red volcano tonkotsu and a Thai iced tea. I noticed there was a Japanese customer who spoke with one of the waitresses and she spoke Japanese back and it was cool to see and hear that! I wonder if the owners are Japanese as well as it's rare to find actual Japanese owned restaurants. The service here was friendly, courteous and they did check in every so often. The choice of music playing was quiet cafe music which was interesting but it was so hard to hear. My Thai iced tea came first then the takoyaki. Afterwards, our ramen bowls came not too long after that and the sushi roll came in last. I am so happy to say that the takoyaki was the perfect ratio of batter, octopus, and sauces on top. The ramen broth was hearty and smooth. I loved how spicy my red volcano tonkotsu was especially because I love things extremely spicy and it was definitely a fantastic ramen for spicy lovers. My boyfriend said he was very happy with his roll and ramen. He usually doesn't order ramen too often especially on a hot day but he said he was happy he did as it was one of the better ones he's had. My Thai iced tea was the right amount of sweetness and the perfect thing to sip on while handling my spicy ramen. I definitely want to come back to try their other selections.
