He uses a tile safe media called Max Strip, works great to remove the calcium without damaging the tile surface. When he was done, another guy came & vacuumed out the sand from the pool. All I can say is the transformation was like night & day - See photos of before & after. Mark is a super nice guy and knows what he's doing. HIGHLY Recommended.

I called them on a Monday, and they were there Tuesday morning for a driveway and backyard pressure…read morewash. I was very worried about my sandstone walkway that leads to my door, but they were very careful and gentle with it, while still getting the dirt off. Fito Parra arrived on time, with a truck that held a lot of really specialized equipment; this wasn't a side-job, but a profession, and I could tell that he really cared about what he was doing. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. I will be using them again for other services and have already recommended them to my parents and my neighbor. I will also be referring them to my HOA to do their pressure washing. Thank you!!

It looks fantastic and It completely made the truck look brand new, huge difference. As we were driving to go pick it up, my husband said to me, Crissy I'm gonna need your help putting this rack back on the truck... "We" just need to bolt it back together. I didn't say it, but I was not stoked, I'm thinking, day ruined- We get there and 3 to 4 guys are helping with the forklift to carefully lift it onto his truck. They set it on there perfectly and then they proceeded to help him bolt it. Something he couldn't do by himself and there was zero possibility that I'd be able to push those things into place. This review is coming from a complete amateur with regards to powder coating and custom painting…read more(for the most part). I recently came across a rare find of an outdoor fireplace that I've admired for a few years now. I never purchased one due to a variety of reasons but with a new home purchase and a front yard that I intend on transforming into an entertainment and relaxing "oasis" for myself, I definitely had an outdoor fireplace (of some sort) on my list. Without going into a long story, I just so happened to stumble across the exact #modfire fireplace at a local consignment store! One thing I was not crazy about was the color (turquoise blue). Not that I don't like that color it just didn't match the "look" I am looking to achieve with my patio plans. After making a few calls from searching online for powder coating/painting, I came across PYR Preservation Service. Their website is very well formatted and I was hoping that they would be able to assist me with my repainting of my fireplace. Words cannot adequately express the level of amazing customer service, attention to detail and genuine care and support I received from Ms. Taylor Lewis! I've been in the retail/customer service industry for the majority of my professional career and without question, Ms. Lewis is at the top of this list! She listened and went well beyond the call of duty to help me with everything from color choices to details of how long it would take to additional follow up with things looked like they would take longer that anticipated. I am beyond pleased by my entire experience with PYR Preservation Service! RUN DON'T WALK to them for any type of similar service or project you may have related to something similar or any powder coating ! I am not any type of spokesman or anything like that! I believe in giving credit where credit is due and taking the time to both recognize exceptional, exceptional service and business as well as helping someone who may be looking for what I was looking for. Taylor and PYR, thank you so very, very much! -T
