Connor was quick and very efficient and even took the time to show me the difference between the tint he took off my car that was bubbling and purple and the new tint that he put on. I was concerned about the color of the tint from inside the car and that it would be dark, but not too dark. He did the best job ever! And he used a special steam process to takeoff the old tint. The location is very nice and there was a nice waiting area for me while they did the work. I could see them working right in front of me and trust this place completely! This is the place you want to go... They also offer a lifetime guarantee for their work, and even if I sell the car, they will uphold that guarantee to the new owner!

As we were driving to go pick it up, my husband said to me, Crissy I'm gonna need your help putting this rack back on the truck... "We" just need to bolt it back together. I didn't say it, but I was not stoked, I'm thinking, day ruined- We get there and 3 to 4 guys are helping with the forklift to carefully lift it onto his truck. They set it on there perfectly and then they proceeded to help him bolt it. Something he couldn't do by himself and there was zero possibility that I'd be able to push those things into place. These guys were like little angels with muscle and they were happy to help. They were awesome and it wasn't like a burden, they just helped. Went in today with a few small parts to have media blasted as a trial. The guy at the front desk was somewhat standoff-ish from the very beginning. I asked some simple questions about his experience with masking complex parts and he wouldn't answer the questions in any detail. He just seemed like he hated his job and didn't want to answer any questions. Didn't give me confidence to leave 53 year old rare engine parts in his care. I asked him if everything was ok because he seemed frazzled. He just looked at me and muttered some response. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. No idea how good their work is and I'll never know. But if their work is anything like their customer service, I would avoid them. It's a shame because I have lots and lots of parts that need blasting and refinishing. Customer service is key and the guy I met had zero skills in that department. Oh well, there are other shops in the area that would appreciate my business.

In the end, the total came to about $52,000. We believed we were finally getting back a beautifully restored car -- something we could drive, enjoy, and be proud of after such a long wait. We got her back on March 1, 2025. But the excitement didn't last long. By April, the car was already leaking fluids. On June 16, something far worse happened -- the driver-side door latch failed while I was beginning to make a right turn, and the door suddenly flew open. It was frightening and dangerous. Then on July 1, the headliner fell down. From there, things only continued to go downhill. After nearly nine years in the shop and $52,000 spent, the car now has only about 50 miles on it -- and it is not even driveable. What should have been a dream restoration turned into something incredibly sad and disappointing. After all that time, all that trust, and all that money, we're left with a car that we can't even safely drive.

Excited to see out these original parts look after quality zinc coating. The shop is set up with small office in the front with flyers showing the process and what services they provide. All the work is accomplished in the back of the building. I will add more once the job is complete, but for now I am inpressed As promised. Update, top notch service. Parts were done on time, even with sandblasting and coating the price was super reasonable, actually I am impressed they didn't charge more based on the small parts I had. I will continue to use this company for all my needs. Next up? Audi rims that I want to have black anodized.
