He responded to my yelp request and was so professional and easy to work with through text messaging. I could tell immediately he was a hard worker who cared about my business. I waited on going through with it because Life got busy - and when I reached back out, I found that he had left the business he was with when we first started texting and went to start his own business. Both his former establishment and he... Were so professional about the fact that he had left one business and started his own. The other business even referred Connor to me at his new location. I thought that was really respectable! You will not be disappointed... Connor was quick and very efficient and even took the time to show me the difference between the tint he took off my car that was bubbling and purple and the new tint that he put on. I was concerned about the color of the tint from inside the car and that it would be dark, but not too dark. He did the best job ever! And he used a special steam process to takeoff the old tint. The location is very nice and there was a nice waiting area for me while they did the work. I could see them working right in front of me and trust this place completely! This is the place you want to go... They also offer a lifetime guarantee for their work, and even if I sell the car, they will uphold that guarantee to the new owner!

First off have been coming here for about 6 years with decent customer service…read more Came in to purchase 6 gauge standard expanded steel a few days ago. Was told over the phone that they were sold in 4x4 sheets. Got to the store and they said they could only sell it in full sheets of 4x8 (not a big deal). Ended up paying to have the 4x8 sheet cut. Got it home and realized the ends were even and the center was off by 1.75" (not even close to being straight), it was dome shaped. So 4" were wasted and I had to make two additional cuts to get it straight. Then brought it to my fabricator and it turns out it isn't even what I had ordered. It's flattened, not standard like what I ordered and confirmed (didn't know there was a difference). Came back to get the correct stuff and they said there was nothing they could do about my previous order because they had cut it. $180 down the drain for a piece that was not what I ordered and not cut straight. Not even a partial refund or anything on the next correct sheet. Had a good relationship with a few of the employees but this is the last time I do business here. UPDATE: Spoke with Shelby who provided great customer service unlike the female I had previously dealt with. Ultimately, a refund was issued and the mistake was corrected. Very disappointed that it took a bad review for them to finally correct their mistake, but am happy with the outcome.

It looks fantastic and It completely made the truck look brand new, huge difference. As we were driving to go pick it up, my husband said to me, Crissy I'm gonna need your help putting this rack back on the truck... "We" just need to bolt it back together. I didn't say it, but I was not stoked, I'm thinking, day ruined- We get there and 3 to 4 guys are helping with the forklift to carefully lift it onto his truck. They set it on there perfectly and then they proceeded to help him bolt it. Something he couldn't do by himself and there was zero possibility that I'd be able to push those things into place. These guys were like little angels with muscle and they were happy to help. They were awesome and it wasn't like a burden, they just helped.
