I called them on a Monday, and they were there Tuesday morning for a driveway and backyard pressure…read morewash. I was very worried about my sandstone walkway that leads to my door, but they were very careful and gentle with it, while still getting the dirt off. Fito Parra arrived on time, with a truck that held a lot of really specialized equipment; this wasn't a side-job, but a profession, and I could tell that he really cared about what he was doing. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. I will be using them again for other services and have already recommended them to my parents and my neighbor. I will also be referring them to my HOA to do their pressure washing. Thank you!!

Connor is the best! It's important to point out that the…read moreonly way I ever even knew about this business was because I asked Yelp to help me find someone to take the old tint off my windows and apply new tint. He responded to my yelp request and was so professional and easy to work with through text messaging. I could tell immediately he was a hard worker who cared about my business. I waited on going through with it because Life got busy - and when I reached back out, I found that he had left the business he was with when we first started texting and went to start his own business. Both his former establishment and he... Were so professional about the fact that he had left one business and started his own. The other business even referred Connor to me at his new location. I thought that was really respectable! You will not be disappointed... Connor was quick and very efficient and even took the time to show me the difference between the tint he took off my car that was bubbling and purple and the new tint that he put on. I was concerned about the color of the tint from inside the car and that it would be dark, but not too dark. He did the best job ever! And he used a special steam process to takeoff the old tint. The location is very nice and there was a nice waiting area for me while they did the work. I could see them working right in front of me and trust this place completely! This is the place you want to go... They also offer a lifetime guarantee for their work, and even if I sell the car, they will uphold that guarantee to the new owner!

On day 8, I called for an update, and was told I'd be called or emailed back...nothing. Called on day 10 and was told 2 more days, maybe. I had to call every time I needed an update. As the consumer, this is unacceptable. They came highly recommended by someone who uses them frequently. And maybe that's the key to good service, being a regular. If they had better customer service and communication they'd be 5 stars.

Right on! goes out to RW Little!…read more I dealt with Brenda and she made sure I had all of my Is dotted and Ts crossed; very thorough. RW Little brought my 15-y/o beach cruiser back to life with their powder coating expertise! I wish I'd have taken before photos now, but this thing turned out GREAT! Even the specialist at Holland's Bikes of Coronado commented on how well they did on the powder coating of some pretty intricate parts. You'll be glad that you took your items to RW Little! Pay a little more? Hmm, not really. It's all worth it in the end! Brenda kept me posted on the status of my project and gave me a courtesy call when it was complete (under promised timeframe). I have ZERO complaints for RW Little and nothing but praise for their staff and their finished product. It was a pleasure doing business with RW Little and a big kudos goes to Brenda for all of her help; she stayed a little late for me one day while I was trying to get situated. It's attitudes like hers that will keep people/me coming back for years to come! ~Allen
