The Roof Masters made the entire process easy and stress-free from start to finish. The crew did an incredible job and completed the roof replacement in about three days. They arrived promptly at 7am each day and worked until around 5pm. I was especially impressed with how well they cleaned up at the end of each day, making sure the area was left free of debris and nails. I also want to give a special thank you to the project manager, Rigo. From the very first day he came out to provide the estimate, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He was extremely patient while I took the time to make such a big decision (I got 4 different estimates) and was always available to answer my questions and guide me through the process. Overall, I had a great experience with The Roof Masters and couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and hardworking team for their roof replacement!

Scheduling was fast, which helped keep the overall solar project timeline on track, and the roofing crew was professional throughout. Cleanup was also very good each day, which we appreciated. The finished roof looks great as far as we can tell, and the work appears clean and well done. One thing we especially appreciated was the responsiveness from the office team. Since scheduling happened so quickly, we did not have much time to choose a roofing color, and they took the extra time to personally drop off physical samples so we could see them in person before making a final decision. That level of customer service made the process feel much less stressful and more thoughtful. Overall, the project felt well coordinated and we're happy with how everything turned out.
