We had a great experience with Shield Roofing. They were very professional and completed the work in a very timely manner. We were kept in the loop every step of the way. We're extremely happy with the outcome. They even came ahead of time and taped up cracks in our skylights just in case it rained before we could get them here to our home. We would highly recommend Shield Roofing. read more

I had a leak in my roof for possibly years that was detected by my Termite inspector. I tried several roofers for estimates and finally settled on Shield Roofing. Shield is a 3 generation family owned business that is headed by Guy Picquelle. They came to my house on 11/20/20, removed the tile in one whole section of the roof, replaced the dry rotted plywood and re installed all of the tile in less that 3 hours. Very professional and cost competitive. I will always call them for any futures problems with my roof. Al Torre read more

The owner, Guy, is the coolest and one of the most responsive business owners I've dealt with. It's great seeing a roofing company integrate with a solar company to do the work at all at one time. This eliminates duplicate work and ensures zero leaks around the panels. read more

Top notch service from a true professional company. During the first rain of this season I had water pouring in from my roof in multiple spots. Guy came out quickly knowing it was going to rain again the next day. While I was fearing the worst, he made quick work of the issue sealing up my skylight and some flashings, problem solved. As a real estate broker, I find value in timeliness and professionalism. Shield Roofing is now the go to for my own roofing needs as well as my top recommendation to my clients for theirs. read more

Had 3 estimates done on my roof. Guy III came out and he offered me a great deal. They did an awesome job the crew and workmanship were outstanding! It was also cool to find out the company was founded and ran by his grandfather and father in the late 70s who are also both named Guy! Support small and local businesses!! Highly recommend Shield Roofing Inc. read more

Great experience with Shield Roofing. They were professional and listened to all my concerns. The job was done quickly. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. read more

Warning these guys are shady. They installed the roof on my house a few years before I bought it. What they DIDN'T install was a drip edge which totally goes against manufacturers specifications. It's a young roof, a reputable place would honor their warranty and fix such a big flub and fix it before the water damage gets even worse. I called left messages, wrote emails, finally got a call back from the supposed son of the owner who said he would come take a look and get it fix. Total BS the guy never showed up, leaving my wife hanging around for nothing and then they went ghost mode- they never ever pick up when you call their number. Bottom line don't count on these guys, find some professionals to do such an important investment for your home. read more

They went above and beyond my expectations and I would sincerely recommend Shield Roofing to all my friends and family. I don't do reviews very often but I feel like exemplary service should be recognized!!! With all of this rain we have been having, I discovered, in a rather dramatic fashion, that I have neglected maintenance on my roof! I hear water pouring in my bathroom, run in and in and it is like a waterfall pouring from the ceiling! My own personal niagra! Yay! So I called up these guys, the owner himself Guy (the 3rd) came out and saved me!! He calmed me down, handled everything & even had me laughing (although I think that's because I may have scared him a little with my histrionic tears... just sayin...) by the end! He handled everything in a calm, professional and responsible manner and I am so thankful i found them! Job well done guys! Highly recommend! 5 stars! read more

Shield Roofing just put a new roof on our house. They used top quality materials, and quoted a very fair price. They showed up when they said they would, and finished ahead of schedule. I'm a demanding customer. I want things done right. I'm happy to say that their workmanship is first rate. All materials were applied properly, everything was neat and all the shingle lines were straight. They cleaned up at the end of the day, and left my property neat. There was one minor issue with a vent. It was promptly rectified. The roof looks wonderful. I'm completely happy and I can recommend them without hesitation. read more
