They came to my house on 11/20/20, removed the tile in one whole section of the roof, replaced the dry rotted plywood and re installed all of the tile in less that 3 hours. Warning these guys are shady. They installed the roof on my house a few years before I bought it. What they DIDN'T install was a drip edge which totally goes against manufacturers specifications. It's a young roof, a reputable place would honor their warranty and fix such a big flub and fix it before the water damage gets even worse. I called left messages, wrote emails, finally got a call back from the supposed son of the owner who said he would come take a look and get it fix. Total BS the guy never showed up, leaving my wife hanging around for nothing and then they went ghost mode- they never ever pick up when you call their number. Bottom line don't count on these guys, find some professionals to do such an important investment for your home. read more
