My car has 74K miles, not that high. And he said it casually, one of things was my engine is leaking oil, windshield wiper replacement, alignment, etc. What Bullshit, I took it to another mechanic he told me my car was fine. Service Advisor Michael M. is the worse. And straight lied to my face didn't even adjust my tire pressures and rotate the tires, the basic stuff that comes with an oil change. Instead trying to upsell and rip me off on other services, I DO NOT NEED. Smhhhhh. I will never come back here again! You lost my business for good. BYE!

The location is in a hectic little corner of Georgetown, but the moment I walked into the lobby it was clear that this place made an effort to be clean, professional, and hospitable. The customer lounge is accommodating with plenty of power and usb outlets, snacks, water, coffee, and WiFi. As they worked on my vehicle they were up front and transparent about all pricing, pointed out other issues to bring to my attention, but were never pushy or up-selling about any of the additional maintenance recommended for my vehicle. A new battery for a BMW is not cheap. I knew this going in. But I felt good about my experience at Finesse and that my car was in expert hands. Would recommend for anybody owning a luxury vehicle that needs work.

I did a brief search on my phone for a Mercedes shop and found Finesse. A quick call later and I had new lug nuts ordered. I was taken aback by how friendly the person was who helped me out and how easy they made it. Quite a relief. I received a call a week later to tell me the nuts were there and I made my new tires appointment, and throughout finesse made it easy. They told me I could come down anytime and they would put the new lug nuts on for me at no charge, which meant I could make the tires appointment any time. I can tell you this was a new experience for me - in the past I generally felt at the mercy of the shop and the particular folks who were working that day. At finesse I felt like I was in good hands. Their relaxed atmosphere, the amazing customer lounge with snacks and coffee - very welcoming. The communication was clear and helpful throughout. I will be taking my car to Finesse in the future, that is for certain. Had I known about Finesse, I could have called them first for the tires themselves and saved myself the trouble. A true gem in Georgetown, this should be your first call.

I've waited almost a week to write this review, because I was frustrated after our experience and…read morewanted some time to think about it. Last Saturday, my partner spoke with Jim about a Honda Civic. Jim asked my partner to speak with John, who was in the office that day. When we arrived, John was incredibly friendly. He kept referring to my partner as "my friend," and showed us pictures of his recent trip to Ireland. He also immediately started talking to my partner as if the purchase of the car was a done deal. He accompanied us on a test drive of the vehicle. During the test drive, John mentioned taking the car onto the freeway, but then directed my partner back to the office after driving right down the street, circling a lot, and then driving back. When we arrived back at the office, John pulled out some paperwork and gave it to my partner. Again, he was acting as if the transaction was a done deal. When we started trying to negotiate with him, everything changed. "My friend" went straight out the window, his smile turned into a frown, and he said to us twice that he wouldn't have had us come all the way down there if he had known that we were going to try to negotiate. What car dealership expects customers to purchase a vehicle without negotiation? I had to bite my tongue to keep from telling him that he didn't have us come down there, and that we chose to come take a look at the vehicle. At one point, he pulled the old "let me go talk to my boss" routine and stepped outside for a few minutes. When he returned, he refused to negotiate. Needless to say, we did not purchase the vehicle. And also needless to say, we do not recommend this business.

I have a hard time giving this company a perfect 5.0 review, but they did do a good job and I…read morewanted to write about my experience. I recently went to look at a 4Runner from them. I arrived to a shop that looked like an abandoned building, but inside was filled with beautiful classics. I'm only talking about this so that if anyone in the future decides to look into this company ahead of time, just know you are in the right spot when you pull up to a white, abandoned-looking building. Here's what this place did great, and here's where they went wrong: Right off the bat, when I walked in the door, they had the carfax report on the table and were very open about the 2 crashes the car had been in. I appreciated that. This 4Runner I was looking at also happened to have extensive documented maintenance, that was prepared and on the table for me to view when I walked in. We then took this 4Runner out to the shipyards near magnolia where I was given free rein to drive it around. This 4Runner was a manual. The clutch was seriously wrong, and it was noticeable. It did not have transmission issues, but the clutch pedal was not effective and it was tough to drive, so it was noticeable. We drove it around for a little bit and headed back to the shop where I sat down to look at the maintenance records they had available. This particular 4Runner had a lot of clutch work done, so I was concerned. I brought it up to Alex, and he recommended to take the 4Runner into their shop to get it fixed before they were to sell it. That was much appreciated. They didn't try to shrug me off and move on to another customer and try to sell a broken 4Runner for $14k to the next customer, they stopped, addressed the problem, and tried to move on. In my opinion, that's how business should be done. Kudos Here's where I believe they went wrong. They were trying to sell a 4Runner with 90% of the factory options for the price of a 4Runner that had 100% of the factory options. When you go on used car markets elsewhere, you could find that exact car for $8500-10k easily because nobody wants a 4Runner without all the 4x4 factory options. To make things worse, they were trying to sell that 4Runner with clutch issues. In my opinion, that is not how you do business. They had already taken the time to do repairs on the 4Runner ahead of time, the clutch pedal should've been addressed prior to listing or the price should've been lowered. I wish this team the best of luck selling that 4Runner, and I wish you luck on finding a car that's right for you. If you decide to come here, make sure to ask for Alex. He's about as stand up as a dealership salesman can come. I will still recommend this shop to anyone looking for specifics. To me, this shop appears to only buy specific cars that are in high demand due to rarity, price, etc. so they might have what you're looking for. I should also add that even though they had some questionable ethics, this shop was the most honest dealership I've been to in the last 3-4 weeks and I've been inside 7 different shops across the Seattle area this month. P.s. I ended up buying a truck of Facebook marketplace. I went to this shop with the intention of buying the 4Runner, but was turned off by them asking $13,900 for a 4Runner without the factory lockers and with clutch issues. You can find the same 4Runner on Facebook marketplace for anywhere between $8,500-10k because nobody wants a 4x4 4Runner without the factory lockers.

I was met by a staff member when I parked my vehicle and was directed to a service rep (Mark) who checked me in, gave me an overview of what was included, asked me if there was anything else that I wanted them to check out, and then directed me to the waiting area while my vehicle was serviced. I also received a short video from the technician working on the vehicle during which he provided a detailed overview of its condition: tires, brake pads, fluids, etc. when the work was completed Mark went over the service report and signed me out. The experience was smooth, hassle free, friendly, and professional. The service itself was excellent. Five stars. For comparison, my previous vehicle was a luxury brand. While the service provided at that dealership was very good, there was definitely an attitude there from the customers that was reflected by the staff. The staff was professional and friendly, but there was a completely different vibe from what I experience at Lee Johnson Mazda. Perhaps that went with the branding. My Mazda experience at Lee Johnson has been more down to earth and personable.

My husband went in person to purchase a used car they advertised online. He had to sign so many pieces of paper that he lost track. He wrote a check with the agreement that he would pick up the car the next day, which he did. However he drove it home (from Seattle to Port Townsend) without an actual bill of sale or purchase agreement. I obtained this the next day by email, some 3 hours after requesting it and found that he had inadvertently paid an additional $911 for (a worthless) protective coating that he had been told was included in the price and already on the car. It was NOT included in the advertised price, and he do his own calculation to add up the numbers to verify what he was told. Me & my family head out there at 4:30pm and we take a test drive. During the test drive I gave an offer. The salesperson had a cutoff around 5pm so we decide we'll catch up online later. So we leave. Soon they accept my offer and send me the price printout at 5:30pm. I noticed in the printout - the mileage is noted as 32,000mi where in the listing in bmwseattle the mileage was 18,000mi. So i immediately let the salesperson know. He said he'll look into it next morning. The next morning the salesperson confirms and we negotiate on the price over text and we agree. Now at 11:15am - we just set a pickup time of 12-12:30pm today & we start heading out. Suddenly, I get a text back at 11:30am from my salesperson that there is another person in the dealership who is now out in a test drive with the car and they'll let me know if it doesn't go through. I'm like "wait! What?" the rep told me - another rep took the car on a test drive. I ask "why dont you tell them the car is sold?" They offer me "another car is coming in which we can offer you as backup". Then after I vent my frustration- the sales manager reaches out to explain that the second person was already on a test drive and they have the right to buy the car. Also tells me that the posted car photos have the mileage correct at 32,000 even though the listing says 18,000. I told him "the photos were not posted yesterday to the website". He tells me: "oh well, they are up now". Anyways - i hang up at this point realizing this is not a useful conversation. Absolutely unprofessional & definitely not something expected from a "premium" brand.
