I found this dealership to be completely transparent in everything that they told me about this car. There was a fuel tank issue that involved the fuel tank indicator not being accurate. They told me about this and was told that it might take a week to get the part in. They did get it in and fixed the issue. This car is a gem! I just love it so much. Sam, Luis and Hector were the absolute best! They worked with me on the financing and even put brand new tires on her. She runs great! No issues. Sam is by far the most attentive and nicest individual I have ever encountered while shopping for a car. Even before I took the 30 mile drive to his dealership I had a 20 min conversation in regards to my concerns an questions I had regarding looking at cars on the internet. I found this dealership through cargurus which I also praise for there ability to find just what you are looking for. Sam was up front about everything i had asked about the 2017 Cadillac ATS Luxury I went to see. He is the most personable by far when dealing with someone in a sales capacity and just great conversation. We talked as if we were friends for decades. Long story long (LOL) he took care of any concerns that I had expressed and went beyond expectations to make sure I was COMPLETELY satisfied and secure in my buying decision. Needless to say this car was a gem (as were all of the other cars in the show room.) I cannot say enough GREAT things about this dealership and all of the employees I dealt with there! Shout out to Niko and Cesar as well! My suggestion to ANYONE that is looking for a used car to stop by Int'l Car Center before you go anywhere else. Props to such a professionally run car place. When I ended up deciding to purchase, my sales rep was cool and he did loan me a vehicle to pick up the check from my credit union, so that was nice, but I feel that was closer tied to closing the deal vs courtesy. As far as the vehicle I purchased goes, I had to bring the car back due to the battery being faulty and the car not starting multiple times. The manager seemed a bit irritated and felt as if he was rushing to get me back out the door once they replaced it. The vehicle also has a headlamp issue where the assembly needs to be replaced. I thought the issue was connected to the battery but apparently it wasn't. Called the manager and he kind of made it seem like I should be glad they even took care of the battery "for free", and couldn't do anything about it "other than look at it for free" since it's not connected to the power train. Buying used cars is always a gamble, but I kind of feel like at the price point I purchased at, I shouldn't have these issues. It'd also be appreciated to have a more considerate post purchase experience regarding the functionality of what they sell vs the indifference.

So we continued looking around and came upon a BMW that was for sale here that was the same year and make so we decide to make the long drive from the city to Palatine, IL. We had a 3/23/24 2 p.m. reservation. We walk in and are greeted by Yuriy. At first personally I didn't really care for him because he seemed like he was a fast talker. Upon looking at the vehicle, I noticed that there were noticeable scratch marks on the vehicle that you couldn't see on the pictures they had. I could tell hubby was a bit disappointed because he could see himself in that car. Yuriy kept the process going and wanted to show us some other luxury vehicles they had in stock. Hubby saw a 2012 Mercedes that caught his eye so Yuriy quickly went to get it. When he let us look at it, it was beautiful. Silver grey, one owner who took very good care of the car and not a scratch on the car. No accidents. We test drove it and it was super smooth. Yuriy seemed genuinely happy that we saw something we liked. He gave us the CarFax information. Hubby gave me that look to say "I want this car". We went through the process of paperwork and the explanation of extended warranty. We were there for awhile. I think hubby thought he was going to leave there with no car but Yuriy changed that and saved the day! He really took time with us and never rushed us out. I would highly recommend Car City. We had a good experience and they pride themselves on having trusted mechanics on site to inspect the cars before they go out on the lot to be sold.
