Price switching, lies, damage they don't disclose, sales manager who can't keep his story straight...all of it true. This was like walking into a hidden camera show where they do and say things so egregious that you actually expect to find cameras and an audience laughing. If you've ever see the movie "Used Cars" you'll find the real thing here. I reached out to the GM after the fact--his response was indicative of someone who knows he works at a terribly unprofessional place of business. Avoid at all costs. Buy your car anywhere else. A compelling family business that really wants to make a deal where everyone leaves happy. From the first point of contact (the dad) we were made to feel welcome without the full court press of a typical dealership. The son drove up while we were jumping into our test drive vehicle.
