What a great experience and what a great guy! Adrian really cares what his customers think and he…read morecares about doing good business. He gives you the truth and keeps his promises. It is unheard of in this business about this kind of small, at home feeling type of company. He cares about his reputation and doing right for his customers. I am a passionate person and came off fairly abrasive because I expected to be ripped off or to haggle. But there really was no need. He was kind, calm, cool and just had a sense of authenticity about him. He was very calm and respectful. He answered all of my questions and I didn't really have to negotiate or bargain with him. He was able to really sell me a great car for an amazing price without the extra stress that you can expect at all the other car dealerships. This is where you go to buy a car, don't waste your time with other places because what ends up happening is other places will waste your time, waste your money and sell you sometimes not the best car. He's pretty close, he's in a good area and he's just a good guy Thank you for all of your help Adrian. I have attached a picture of my beautiful car.

Then I got some polite follow up calls from him. That was not the case with another Chevy dealer I visited. Because of the professionalism, I returned to sign a lease on a Volt. My experience with Wickstrom, particularly with Tony H. and Terrence, is the only time I have ever…read moreleft a dealership feeling like I wasn't being pressured or pushed to be upsold on things. Tony is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly has been doing this a long time. Tony went over all my options, explained the benefits of anything that was additional costs but did not push me to go for anything just because. He was able to find the exact Trailblazer I wanted, with the upgrades *I* chose myself based on his expertise. This was my first time buying a new car, and I could not have had a better experience! Terrence showed me all the ins and outs of the tech in the car, and helped me get all my apps and apple car play set and ready to use once I drove off the lot. Everyone in the dealership was personable, professional and all around great. I can't say enough good things about my experience here. I will definitely be recommending Wickstrom and their team to anyone who is looking. Even today, I gave my praises to a coworker who was looking for a car!

Buyer Beware…read more.... My sons Genesis G90 has now been in the repair shop at Genesis of Algonquin since April 7th! (yes you are reading that correctly) Over the course of the last 3.5 months I have been lied to on more occasion's then I can possibly count from being told that my vehicle would be completed by the time my son went away to school on June 17th to the endless number of excuses I've been given time and time again and none of been blamed on part delays or anything other then pure incompetence. At first I was told I would have a loaner car the following week in mid April to now being July 20th and still having no loaner car and no repair end date in sight, instead I was forced to go buy another vehicle just for my son to go down to IU for his summer classes because he's not old enough to have a rental car. I have had issues with Genesis of Algonquin before today from billing Genesis USA last December for warranty work that was never completed and lied about, later fixed to many other issues, but this is beyond ridiculous. And this has happened to not only me, but one of my very good friends who I will let tell his own story. The moral of this story for all of my friends and family, do NOT and I repeat do NOT bring your vehicle to Genesis of Algonquin unless you enjoy being misled, lied to and provide horrendous service. The irony is prior to this last 7 months, I was planning on being an Genesis customer for life (G90 was literally my favorite car I've ever owned) to now I will never purchase another Genesis ever again. P.S. I'm waiting to hear from my Genesis case manager on how they are going to compensate me for the past 4 months and I can't wait to see the amount of damage done to the vehicle that has been just sitting there for all this time. I will let everyone know how they react.
