I made an appointment for my husband and uncle to see the vehicle. I shared with the online salesperson PATTY that I'm using my credit union for financing. My husband and uncle traveled over an hour to see the vehicle. When it came time to buy and we said we needed a BILL.OF SALE for the credit union, we were told the dealership does not accept credit uniom checks. We were then told by CHRISTIAN the Sales Manager that they don't accept outside financing but they are not a bank so they do accept outside financing. When that flimsy excuse wasn't accepted he flat out said that they could refuse to sell the car. They don't have to sell us the car . STAY AWAY from Al Piemonte Chevy and probably all their other stores if you have your own financing because even if you have cash, they won't accept the deal. Chris the salesman Christian the sales manager Patty internet sales person UPDATE - I received a call from Chris the salesperson to ask me why I "lit him up" online. He didn't call to apologize. He wanted to know why I lit him up when he was following company policy. He told me that it wasn't the Christian thing to do, told me to have a blessed day and hung up. AND ANOTHER ONE- Chris has called a total of 3 times. He's harrassing me at this point. He didn't apologize. He berated me for posting the review.
