I called Saturday to get the final numbers and set up the time to arrive at the dealership. They told me they couldn't sell me the car because they were going to lose too much money on the deal. Then they tried to sell me a warranty and the financing, which I had already explained to them I didn't want the warranty and had my own financing. The final thing on Saturday was they were going to call me back in 10 minutes to make a final decision. Five hours later and at the close of the day no one called back. I'm not against people making money but don't make a deal to start with if you have no intentions of going through with it.

They somehow are worried that I can come back and claim the truck is still mine or there might be a title issue. Even though I'm sure a title check was completed and payoff was confirmed. But none of those issues hindered them from immediately selling the vehicle. The best part is no one returns phone calls. I went into the dealership two days ago and of course the manger was not in. I was told "Someone will call you back today." Three days later no call back. They will happily take your money. Don't expect any follow up from them afterwords.

During the appointment, they noticed a few things wrong regarding my tires, rotor, and pins. Rather than going through with the service of balancing and rotating tires- which would've left me me with the issues I was unaware of (worn tread, seized pin, worn rotors)- Bob notified me that I should address these 3 issues before going through with my originally desired maintenance. They chose to prioritize the customer rather than going through with the service that wouldn't have done anything in the grand scheme. They had no authorization from me to do so, and this person had nothing to do with my loan or purchase. I went in to speak to them about it, to give them a chance to own up to the wrongdoing and sincerely apologize for their wrong. All I got was excuses about how the person presented himself as my husband and they give that info out often. He didn't even know my actual last name or how to spell it. That should have been a big, red flag. Although, their actions were very wrong even without any red flags, and they should have known better. I will never, ever give them any further business, and I will actively discourage people from using this business. Shame on them.
