This is a fantastic dive bar. Pool table , check. Darts, check. Juke box (electronic), check Old-school vibe , check. Go to this bar if you want to have a good time, listening to metal, playing darts and drinking beer.

JT AND MEGAN

If I was to to add a photo to the Webster dictionary definition of "Dive Bar", it would show a picture of the 3 best bartenders a patron could ask for. Sophia, Brian, and Anna are some of the most personable bartenders you could meet. The house special "#1" which includes a natty boh and a shot of the house shot of "evel" is as good of a deal as you can find in the area. They have a wide variety of canned and bottled beer/ciders. Regulars are super fun and welcoming! Don't be afraid to play some pool while you're here, great competition and the usual players are super welcoming! Sophia in particular is a princess that deserves the utmost respect and the the largest tip allowed by law. Don't forget to tell sophia you'd like to here her spiel and the bar rules!

Mum's clearly a neighborhood dive bar. No food served but one can drink to their hearts content. The bar is "well loved" ... nothing new but a piece of Baltimore History located in the Federal Hill area. Who would have thunk it, but the only pool table in Fed Hill is located here. Great bartenders and cool locals. I hear the sraw crowds late evenings and weekends. Will visit again.

A barfly's bar A flavor all its own A damn good haunt Mums is more Schlitz than glitz, and authenticity is what will keep this place afloat in a residential area that maybe is arm's-length-OK with this bar, but might also be mildly uneasy with it. We walked in and the locals looked up from their beers and butts, assessed us, and, presumably deciding we were OK, went back to watching the movie that was midway through (2011's Carnage, of all flicks). Cool. We grabbed some beers and moved back to the billiards and darts, just as we'd wanted to. Would love to have seen an act play the back area of the bar near the fireplace, but we weren't so lucky this night. Before we knew it, an hour had passed and one of our crew who'd been in before recommended we do a round of the locally-made Lithuanian honey liqueur - similar to a Polish Krupnik. Good call. The stuff had such a full mouthfeel, fine heat, exceptional flavor, and general balanced charm to it that everything added up perfectly. We stayed around a while longer...got some more beers, shot some more darts, got to know some of the fellas up front at the bar, got some more honey liqueur, shot some more pool, and left fulfilled, happy, and pleasantly buzzed. Mums is one to add to your list.

One of my favorite bars in the area. Laid back, good music, nice bartenders, and not full of preppy broski's. You can't go wrong here!

The service was courteous, attentive, extremely professional & our server was very astute concerning every aspect of our dining experience, from assisting us with menu choices to making sure we had appropriate take out containers for our leftovers. Our server was prepared for any & all questions & concerns we voiced. The food was delightful. Every dish we tried was absolutely bursting with flavor. The whole fried fish I ordered was cooked perfectly. It was crunchy on the outside with tender, flaky flesh on the inside. The spices that encapsulated the fish enhanced the overall flavor of the dish. It was some of the best fish I have had the pleasure of eating. My husband had the crab cakes & he stated that they were full of actual crab meat & not filler. I was very impressed that the restaurant offered a free calamari appetizer if you sign up for emails. The calamari was also very light & tasted great. We ordered the Parmesan Truffle fries as an appetizer also & they were crunchy and cooked perfectly & also very flavorful. We ended our meal sharing a Mexican coffee. It was yummy & the perfect ending to a perfect meal. Finally, the view, decor & ambiance of the restaurant were all breathtaking. The restaurant is situated at a quiet part of the Inner Harbor. So we were able to enjoy our meal with a beautiful view of the harbor away from the usual hustle & bustle of the harbor. Rusty Scupper is definitely a restaurant I recommend trying if you are in Baltimore. You definitely will not be disappointed.

My favorite was the omelette station (I'm an omelette guy), and they did not disappoint. Fresh, made-to-order, and exactly how you want it. If you're into seafood or southern fried catfish, you'll be in heaven--they've got it all covered. Drinks included with the price $67 person! Crazy deal! They also had a live pianist playing, which added a smooth, classy vibe to the whole experience. The atmosphere is relaxed, the bathrooms are clean, and everything felt well put together. I'll definitely be back. If you're looking for a solid brunch spot in Baltimore with great food and a nice waterfront feel, this is it. Oh yeah and the service was good.

OMFG I AM STILL DAYDREAMING ABOUT THIS MEAL!! It sounds bad but I cannot remember the last time I…read moreate a restaurant and everything was perfect. We were only in Baltimore for one night and leaving town right after this meal so I wanted some authentic Maryland Crab. Yelp helped with my decision with choosing Loch Bar. We arrived in the middle of happy hour. It was freezing and extremely windy outside so it was the perfect coziness to eat some seafood, at least in my opinion. We sat at the bar because that included happy hour items and there were a lot of empty seats. Immediately upon sitting, we were greeted by the bartender. I didn't catch his name but he was about 6 ft tall, slim, African American, and maybe late 20's/ early 30's. Very friendly, attentive, and professional. We ordered several items from the happy hour menu but I really wanted to try the crab cake so I ordered that, which came with either a salad or fries. Since we ordered the Old Bay fries, I went with the salad. Our food came out not too fast and did not take super long, it was great timing. OMFG again! EVERYTHING WAS SO FRIGGIN AMAZING! The crab cake was the freshest and most flavorful I have ever had! The fries were perfectly seasoned and not over fried or greasy. The salad was fresh and the dressing was perfectly balanced! AND THE CRAB SOUP!!! It was the best I ever had! It reminded me of my absolute favorite lobster bisque from a restaurant I grew up on that closed. I am salivating writing this review and definitely need to come back! I loved the decor of the restaurant and mentioned to hubs it reminded me of many seafood restaurants I visited when I lived in NYC. It is right on the water so I imagine it is just as good in the summer. It looked like there was a big outside patio with an outdoor bar so hopefully I get to visit in warmer weather to experience that.

Sat at a two top right behind the waiter service station . Horrible seat in a not very busy space. We ordered yellowtail poke, Caesar Salad, 6 oysters, shrimp banh mi, and brussel sprouts. Poke - visually appealing, lacking flavor and the sauce provide was uninspired. Caesar- simple and delish. Way too much so I asked to take the rest home. Salad was taken and never returned. Oysters - I had 2 each of 3 different types. I love oysters. Eating those six made me lose interest in ever eating another oyster. Just not good. Not spoiled. Just not good. Shrimp banh mi - Nice tasting but not amazing. Brussels sprouts- A bit oily but really delicious. Everyone around me had cocktails with lunch. Perhaps if I were drinking I'd have not noticed how displeasing the experience was. Lastly, the place smelled like stale beer. A one and done for me.
