Sonia, On May 30 - two of your employees attended at the above address. The sole purpose of their visit was to clean that apartment. On their leaving, my Wife and I were very busy with a variety of responsibilities and did not check everything that was done by your people. On June 8 - we returned to complete our 'dressing' of the apartment in preparation for renting it and were extremely disappointed at the lack of quality that was evident. The windows were still streaked, the large mirror was still dusty, the door jambs were still dirty, and the window blinds looked as if they were never touched. All in all, extremely disappointing work !! In closing - a bottle of the cleaning solution that was brought by and used by your people was left behind. When we used the contents on glass, on cupboard doors, and on granite - the contents did absolutely nothing !! It appears to be little more than water with possibly a small amount of cleaning fluid. All in all...wasted money and extremely disappointing. I am not certain where your positive referrals come from but most certainly none will be forthcoming from this customer. read more

My experience with this company is that it has lazy employees. I know my home is more challenging than most. That is why I was willing to pay for assistance in cleaning part of the job. However one of the person who came did not listen to my limit of the work that I was expecting. Instead he took photos and sent them to is supervisor. The supervisor called me. While I was on the phone with the supervisor, he took his equipment, signaled his assistant and left. His assistant had already started vacuuming. She was obviously willing to work. I was extremely satisfied with Multi Services Vancouver! When I asked for a quote and had some questions they promptly responded to my emails. Then gave me a very reasonable quote to clean our balcony! The guys who came over (on time) where very professional and friendly. The young man, Javier, did an amazing job cleaning the entire patio/ balcony including the windows, railings and the furniture. I had never seen the patio so clean before! Only one cleaner arrived on time. I gave her the list and left. When I came back four hours later I was shocked at how dirty the place still looked. She cleaned the stove though I told her it would be replaced and was generally unresponsive and a slow worker. Charged overtime, 300 dollars for mediocre service, and still had to spend an hour with two friends getting the apartment move out ready. Cobwebs everywhere, grease on the cabinets. Such a lovely company - our regular housecleaner was away and we were stuck. Sonja and her team arrived promptly and were incredibly hardworking and so so sweet. We have lots of animals and kids running around and the house is large but they were super efficient and had the place looking great in under three hours which I didn't think was possible. I needed my empty condo cleaned so I called MSV to do a deep cleaning. They eagerly sent two young men (Alejandro and someone else). They spoke broken English so perhaps things got lost in translation. For the time they were in my unit, they did not clean. I came back and they said I could not go in because the floor was wet. So I wrote the cheque in payment. When the floor dried, I looked at the sink (dirty), the cupboards (dirty), inside the microwave, toilet bowl, ledges etc. It was as if they had never been there. While walking around the floor was sticky. It took me 3 additional days to get rid of the sticky substance and to clean the areas they left undone. The reviews led me to hiring these people but be careful who you get. I did not ask for references and I should have. BE CAREFUL. read more
