So you are stuck with email and a 1-888 number if you want to try to reach them. Day of the job, they did not come at all. Just a total no-show. No call, no text, nothing during the arrival window. I stayed home from work to meet them for no reason, apparently. Eventually, someone texted after their supposed arrival window had elapsed to say that they can't come, don't do post-renovation cleans but that maybe could come do the job in a week or so?!?!
