Are they good at cleaning? Maybe, but that's sort of irrelevant when they don't pick up the phone and (sometimes?) don't return phone calls.

I called QofC and Felice put me at immediate ease, letting me know that she will make it work and she would help me get my place back in order. MY MOTHER DIDNT SAY ONE WORD ABOUT MY PLACE AND even complimented me (lol) on my cleaning skills (thank you queen of clean) heehee. She didn't need to know I hired a company to clean before she came. So for my mother not to complain or find something wrong was enough for me to write this review. Thanks QofC for the wonderful experience.

Nice prices (more on the higher scale) but my place looked immaculate and really in my view a perfect job. Worth the $ for the services they provided me:) Definitely will call them back when i need my next cleaning. I was very happy with the service Smart Maid Services offered me. They worked for 4 hours and I thought that to be a very generous and professional touch. Definitely call them for your home cleaning! 5 Star

Erika and Brahim have just finished a Spring Cleaning of my one-bedroom apartment and I can't stop smiling. It looks amazing!! Their "to do" list had so much more than I would have thought to have cleaned. Their attention to detail and to what had to be done was impressive. They worked without direction and were quick to adapt in specific areas if I asked. I work from home and they worked quietly and with little or no direction. The products they use are gentle and nicely scented (if at all). I appreciate them and the work they do and they appreciate my business -it's a win/win. My quality of life improves when they visit and I always look forward to their return. Diane S Fairview Area

The cleaners were very nice and did a great job. We had already completed the majority of the cleaning of our apartment in preparation for moving…read moreout and asked Ally Cleaning (which seems to be owned by Linda Ali), if they had experience cleaning blinds, which they said they did, and asked if they could do that and the insides of our windows. Based on their purported experience, we brought them in for two hours, and they left the place in much worse shape than it was to begin with (see the "before" photo to see what our blinds looked like before, and note what they were left as). Further, Ally Cleaning damaged the concrete pillar in the corner and left a big black mark on it, which we had to clean and repair. Ally also managed to make our kitchen cabinets and floors dirty, even though we had already cleaned them. When my girlfriend called Ally afterwards, Linda/Ally Cleaning was completely dismissive and very rude, actually saying "oh honey, you're just stressed" and claiming that Ally Cleaning had done a good job cleaning. I called them back later and got "Ally's assistant" who also claimed they did a good job and asked me to send photos via text. I sent the photos that are attached here and since then, they haven't bothered to respond to the text messages and have screened our phone calls and haven't responded to our voicemail asking that they return our call. The "cleaning" was so bad that we actually agreed with our landlords to deduct funds from our security deposit to bring in the landlord's cleaners to fix the issues. The email address we transferred to for payment was lavender555@outlook.com, which doesn't refer to Linda Ali or Ally Cleaning, and therefore seems a bit sketchy. *DO NOT USE ALLY CLEANING*
