I've never had to write a negative review until now, but my recent experience with their move-out…read morecleaning service and my subsequent attempt to address the issue with them were completely unacceptable. I feel compelled to share my experience. Based on my research prior to booking, I understood that professional move-out cleaning should encompass a thorough cleaning of every nook and cranny in your home or apartment. This typically includes sanitizing high-traffic surfaces in the bathrooms and kitchen, cleaning all windows, deep cleaning cabinets, drawers, countertops, and appliances. All with the end goal of smooth move-out inspection and transition. However, the cleaning team missed an entire cabinet, which was left in the same condition as when we vacated (see pic 1). They also neglected to clean the interior windows, the patio door, and even the balcony (see pic 2). These areas are considered accessible per strata bylaws therefore must be cleaned before moving out. We paid a premium for their carpet steam cleaning service, but the results were disappointing. Not only were there dust and dirt left in the corners of the room, but they were also visibly present on the front surface of the carpets (see pic 3). When we messaged them to raise this issue, their response was shockingly dismissive: "place in unlivable condition, 7 garbage bags, no touch-ups." They even attached a photo from their cleaning, apparently thinking it justified their poor job. It's important to note that their services were paid by the hour, not by the amount of garbage bags used throughout the cleaning -- which summed up to an excessive $600 + tips for 3 hours of cleaning. At the very least, they should consider removing the line "No matter the type of building or business, or size of the mess, we can help" from their website because apparently, handling 7 garbage bags for a move-out cleaning is beyond their capabilities. I also need to mention that they've left the garbage bags inside the unit -- and I was the one who at the end had to dispose of them myself. Lastly, all of these were contained in the kitchen area and by no means rendered the place unlivable. I've attached the picture they sent us when they referred to our place as "unlivable" (see pic 4), allowing you to judge for yourself if that's truly the case. Also, this issue has nothing to do with the poor steam carpet cleaning and their overall lack of attention to detail in other parts of the unit. We're absolutely displeased with their horrible communication and apparent lack of concern. In the end, we booked another cleaning company that did a far superior job at a fraction of the price, leaving us satisfied. For these reasons, I cannot, in good conscience, give them more than 1 star. We aren't happy. They've left us with more frustration than cleanliness, and my money would have been better spent elsewhere.

The place was absolutely transformed. Thick scale on shower tiles gone! They even cleaned windows, around oven, refrigerator, etc. you name it, it's clean! Two different cleaners were involved in my experience. My first cleaner did an excellent and thorough job. She was about 1.5 hours late, but the quality of her work was so good that I decided to sign up for monthly cleaning. A different cleaner came for my second cleaning. Although she was on time, the quality was completely different. Surfaces appeared to be spot cleaned, the kitchen and bathrooms were not properly cleaned, the stove was not wiped down, and garbage bins were not emptied. I understand deep cleaning is not included and was not expecting it. These were basic cleaning tasks that had been completed during my first visit. I sent the company photos and raised my concerns. They advised me that they have a no-refund policy but offered a complimentary re-clean. The first re-clean was scheduled for 8 a.m., but nobody showed up. I had to contact the company for an update and was then told the scheduled cleaner had been in an accident and someone could come at 11 a.m. Emergencies happen, and I hope the cleaner was okay, but my concern was that nobody proactively contacted me before the appointment. I had other plans and could not accommodate 11 a.m., so we had to reschedule again. Eventually, the cleaner who had done my excellent first cleaning returned for the re-clean. Once again, she was professional, hardworking, and did a great job. My complaint is absolutely not about her. However, only after the re-clean started did I learn that the company had allocated just one hour to correct the issues from the previous cleaning. This had not been communicated to me when the re-clean was offered or scheduled. There were several areas to address, and one hour was not enough. During the appointment, I was also informed that the cleaner had received communication indicating that she would not be paid for more than the allocated hour, although she had already spent close to two hours working in my home. As soon as I learned this, I asked her to stop working and leave because I was not comfortable having someone continue working in my home if she might not be compensated for that time. Not everything could therefore be completed, and I want to emphasize that this was not the cleaner's fault. After the poor second cleaning, no-refund response, missed re-clean appointment, repeated rescheduling, communication issues, and the handling of the final re-clean, I decided to cancel my monthly service. My experience with one of their cleaners was genuinely very good, and I appreciated the quality of her work. Unfortunately, after everything that happened afterward, I no longer trust the company itself to provide a reliable and consistent service or to handle concerns appropriately. A cleaning service should make life easier, not require this much follow-up and rearranging of your schedule. Based on my overall experience, I cannot recommend this company.

When I returned home to find complete rooms missed and other rooms barely cleaned I contacted the manager and he asked that I send photos to prove my claims. So I was tasked with having to go all around my house to take photos of all the dirt, dust, complete rooms that were missed by the cleaning service provider. Fifty-six photos. I sent 56 photos to the manager and he agreed to send another cleaner who came a few hours later. The 2nd person did a much better job, however, there were still areas missed that I had pointed out to her before she began. So after paying to have my house cleaned, I still had to clean up afterwards. I do not recommend this company. There are much better service providers out there.
