I have used Top Hat Cleaning a few times since the start of summer (they came to me as a referral) and I decided to write a review. I do not require regular biweekly cleaning service but they are available when I call and I do appreciate the hard work that they put into cleaning my home. They are really very thorough and I can always count on them to clean not only the regular stuff but the extras too. Tara the owner, always responds to messages and she has been here to clean my home and I am impressed that she is very hands on. They are great with my AmStaff, Blade (very important to me) and Tara does a check at the end to make sure everything is good and verifies that I am happy with the cleaning. She seems to really care if I am happy with the service and I have to say that I am. They are polite, present well and I will definitely hire them again. I can't think of anything negative to say about their service and have and will recommend them. read more

I'm very surprised to see negative reviews about this business since my recent experience with them really was as good as it gets. I just moved and had Top Hat clean my former residence. I am a wheelchair user and Top Hat came to my new address, picked up my keys to the address to be cleaned and then returned my keys to me when they completed the job, this all transpiring between False Creek and Richmond. I went back to the old apartment for a look with the building caretaker the next day and he said "I'm impressed" when he saw the great job Top Hat did, and I am getting my damage deposit back in full despite living in that suite for five and a half years. Top Hat communicated with me throughout the entire process and I only paid exactly what was quoted, which I found very reasonable. I would use and/or recommend Top Hat without hesitation. read more

I would not hesitate to recommend Top Hat Cleaning Service to anyone needing their home cleaned. I have been using their services for 3 years and I have never once been disappointed. Top Hat has accommodated me last minute on several occasions when I was desperate as I was having unexpected company arriving. They are very professional and always punctual even when I have had to rearrange a cleaning time with very little notice. Originally their cleaning services were given to me as a gift when I had been ill for several months. I have kept their services every since. I never thought anyone could clean to my standards and I am so appreciative of their excellent services. It is always a pleasure to return home to a clean and fresh smelling house. read more

I could not be happier or more pleased with Top Hat Cleaners. Tara was amazing, and very communicative, and on top of everything. After calling around, Top Hat was the best priced of all the cleaners. Did a 1 bedroom condo in 2 hrs as quoted, including carpet cleaning in the bedroom (most places quoted 3 hours minimum without carpet cleaning). I did not get a chance to check the cleaning before the moce-out inspection, and both the property manager and myself were extremely pleased with the cleaning. I would definitely use Top Hat cleaners again, and highly recommend them, especially for move out services. (They even cleaned the top of the in-suite dryer, which the property manager said most cleaners forget or miss) read more

"Open House Clean" As I needed a top-notch selling price for my two-bedroom apartment, I decided to call Tara to come in for an "open house clean" one week before the open house. The price was reasonable enough, but it was the work, the attention to detail, and the end results that impressed me the most. I never knew my place could look so clean and tidy! Tara and her team spent nearly four hours cleaning every single corner of every room in my apartment from top to bottom. The place looked newer than when we bought it brand-new nine years ago. We had 140 people came in to our open house and sold it close to $50,000 over listing price! read more

Polite, professional, and thorough! I chose Top Hat Cleaning based on a previous Yelp review and their BBB rating and I am completely satisfied. I'm quite particular about cleaning and reluctantly decided to hire a cleaning service when my schedule prevented me from keeping up with cleaning myself. I now recommend Top Hat to everyone who asks. They are flexible and accommodate my schedule and my specific requests. I don't need a regular cleaning service but use Top Hat whenever I get busy and can't manage myself. They are incredibly efficient and I have to admit that they leave my home cleaner than when I do clean it myself. read more

I've tried other cleaning services over the past 10 years and never really been very happy with any of the results. So, when I contacted Top Hat Cleaning Service, my expectations were definitely in check. Well, I was pleasantly surprised as they not only met my expectations; they actaully exceeded them! I feel such a sense of relief that I have found an excellent, professional and thorough cleaning service! Try them as you will not be disappointed! read more

We hired this company for a move out cleaning and were delighted that the cleaners were friendly and arrived on time. They brought all the cleaning supplies and that made things easier since we were moving out of country and we paid by credit card which was helpful too. The cleaners did an excellent job and we received our damage deposit back . If I ever move back I would use them again read more

Tara and her colleague cleaned our house on Friday. We couldn't be happier with the results. The communication beforehand was excellent, they were very courteous when I arrived as they were finishing up, and the work was top notch. Great attention to detail. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. read more

Thank you so much Tara for the wonderful job your team did on my home! My house hasn't been this fresh and clean in a very long time. I was amazed with the quality of work and will refer you to both friends and family. You will be seeing me again in the future! Thanks again! Shiirly McDonald read more

I needed a "move out" cleaning done on a condo, including shampooing the carpets. Wow is all I can say. The Top Hat team did such a great job, even finding a few things I had left behind. Everything was spotless. I would have no hesitation recommending Top Hat to do your condo cleaning. read more

I used Top Hat for a move-out cleaning of an apartment in Vancouver. Communication was easy+quick, the clean was thorough, and they were kind enough to pick up my keys from my old place so I only had to make one trip. Would recommend. read more
