We had already completed the majority of the cleaning of our apartment in preparation for moving…read moreout and asked Ally Cleaning (which seems to be owned by Linda Ali), if they had experience cleaning blinds, which they said they did, and asked if they could do that and the insides of our windows. Based on their purported experience, we brought them in for two hours, and they left the place in much worse shape than it was to begin with (see the "before" photo to see what our blinds looked like before, and note what they were left as). Further, Ally Cleaning damaged the concrete pillar in the corner and left a big black mark on it, which we had to clean and repair. Ally also managed to make our kitchen cabinets and floors dirty, even though we had already cleaned them. When my girlfriend called Ally afterwards, Linda/Ally Cleaning was completely dismissive and very rude, actually saying "oh honey, you're just stressed" and claiming that Ally Cleaning had done a good job cleaning. I called them back later and got "Ally's assistant" who also claimed they did a good job and asked me to send photos via text. I sent the photos that are attached here and since then, they haven't bothered to respond to the text messages and have screened our phone calls and haven't responded to our voicemail asking that they return our call. The "cleaning" was so bad that we actually agreed with our landlords to deduct funds from our security deposit to bring in the landlord's cleaners to fix the issues. The email address we transferred to for payment was lavender555@outlook.com, which doesn't refer to Linda Ali or Ally Cleaning, and therefore seems a bit sketchy. *DO NOT USE ALLY CLEANING*

I had a great experience with the company. They were able to take on my job with minimal notice…read more The clean was in preparation to sell and a lot of thought was put into the work done. Erika and Brahim have just finished a Spring Cleaning of my one-bedroom apartment and I can't stop smiling. It looks amazing!! Their "to do" list had so much more than I would have thought to have cleaned. Their attention to detail and to what had to be done was impressive. They worked without direction and were quick to adapt in specific areas if I asked. I work from home and they worked quietly and with little or no direction. The products they use are gentle and nicely scented (if at all). I appreciate them and the work they do and they appreciate my business -it's a win/win. My quality of life improves when they visit and I always look forward to their return. Diane S Fairview Area

Update: our last two experiences with FC left us feeling more filthy than clean. We ultimately had to rebook for another time because we had scheduled our day around their being on time. When they did come back they were okay although I did walk in on one of the cleaners slagging off our table cloth (hilarious! When I answered her rhetorical question she nearly choked! She then spent the next 10 minutes trying to modify her statement intended for her colleague - lol). The next time they were an hour late, AGAIN with no phone call. When asked why they were not here at 1230, they said they were not given appointment times when they left in the mornings. When asked further, they eventually changed their response to say they thought the appt. was at 1300. So you were a half hour late, why no phone call? Answer: traffic was bad. Conversation done. Respirators for everyone! The owner could not be contacted. I'm not sure what happened with FC but it's no longer our mess. We'll find ourselves another cleaning service from now on. -------------- Finding a cleaner for your home is all about trust. We have been trying to find an affordable, reliable, eco-friendly cleaner for years and it seems we finally struck gold. We booked Filthy Cleaning for two hours and they came and did an outstanding job. They were even kind enough to work around our 'inquisitive' one-year old. More incredibly, they finished an enormous job (see "one-year old" above) 15 minutes early and didn't charge the full two hours we had booked! The cost for us to have three cleaners come blitz the place was approximately $100/hour (+tax) - very good value if you like quality work. We will undoubtedly use their services again. Hardworking, respectful, and fair. My only regret is that we didn't learn of them sooner.

The owner texted me back saying that for 3 people it's 112.50$ an hour. I told her I don't need 3 people because 1 person is all I need for our place to get it cleaned . She said that they only work in a team. I think that is terrible customer service. Why would they not have an option for the customer to choose from , it just makes no sense . I am very unimpressed about this

Highly recommended, and available on short notice!…read more Two lovely ladies arrived exactly on time for a desperately needed deep clean. The job they did was nothing short of miraculous. Despite the high temperatures, they worked very hard for about 6 hours straight. They cleaned my fridge including all the jars and disposing of older food. They cleaned the floors well, they wiped off cloth furniture to remove any lint and hair. They cleaned the oven, cleaned the walls, scrubbed our shower on hands and knees, and cleaned the windows inside and out. Furniture surfaces were dusted and cleaned, and all items were removed to do that. They even cleaned the inside of my garbage and recycling containers. They were courteous and friendly, asked questions when needed, but were quite capable of making decisions themselves. They seemed to automatically do more vs. less when in doubt. And... they were available on short notice. What more can I say? Not sure what happened in the past, but if they weren't good before, they must have learned from those experiences. These two were awesome! Can't recommend them enough.

Promised to deliver linen back to the unit, and have since notified me last minute on the day of that it could not be delivered for two days. They have lost a significant amount of my linen and told me to claim insurance on my end as they failed to count my linen before hand and claimed that this is then my issue. This company is a total scam.
