I've never had to write a negative review until now, but my recent experience with their move-out…read morecleaning service and my subsequent attempt to address the issue with them were completely unacceptable. I feel compelled to share my experience. Based on my research prior to booking, I understood that professional move-out cleaning should encompass a thorough cleaning of every nook and cranny in your home or apartment. This typically includes sanitizing high-traffic surfaces in the bathrooms and kitchen, cleaning all windows, deep cleaning cabinets, drawers, countertops, and appliances. All with the end goal of smooth move-out inspection and transition. However, the cleaning team missed an entire cabinet, which was left in the same condition as when we vacated (see pic 1). They also neglected to clean the interior windows, the patio door, and even the balcony (see pic 2). These areas are considered accessible per strata bylaws therefore must be cleaned before moving out. We paid a premium for their carpet steam cleaning service, but the results were disappointing. Not only were there dust and dirt left in the corners of the room, but they were also visibly present on the front surface of the carpets (see pic 3). When we messaged them to raise this issue, their response was shockingly dismissive: "place in unlivable condition, 7 garbage bags, no touch-ups." They even attached a photo from their cleaning, apparently thinking it justified their poor job. It's important to note that their services were paid by the hour, not by the amount of garbage bags used throughout the cleaning -- which summed up to an excessive $600 + tips for 3 hours of cleaning. At the very least, they should consider removing the line "No matter the type of building or business, or size of the mess, we can help" from their website because apparently, handling 7 garbage bags for a move-out cleaning is beyond their capabilities. I also need to mention that they've left the garbage bags inside the unit -- and I was the one who at the end had to dispose of them myself. Lastly, all of these were contained in the kitchen area and by no means rendered the place unlivable. I've attached the picture they sent us when they referred to our place as "unlivable" (see pic 4), allowing you to judge for yourself if that's truly the case. Also, this issue has nothing to do with the poor steam carpet cleaning and their overall lack of attention to detail in other parts of the unit. We're absolutely displeased with their horrible communication and apparent lack of concern. In the end, we booked another cleaning company that did a far superior job at a fraction of the price, leaving us satisfied. For these reasons, I cannot, in good conscience, give them more than 1 star. We aren't happy. They've left us with more frustration than cleanliness, and my money would have been better spent elsewhere.

Multiservices does an extremely thorough cleaning job, they always complete specific tasks or focus areas that we ask them for. They are very responsive to all emails and the cleaners that come to clean for us are very respectful and always timely. The cost is the same each time and is well worth it for the detailed job. They are reliable, which is very important to us. We are moving from a condo to a townhome soon and will absolutely be carrying on our services with them! Would recommend this company to anyone looking for reliability, a thorough clean, and reasonable pricing.

We booked the cleaning for 3 man hours but it only took 30 minutes for two people to clean. When they arrived to clean my apartment I had let them know that they needed to clean everything outlined on the scope of work, and that they did not need to clean the fridge/freezer. They asked if it was a move-out cleaning and I said yes. I've attached some photos of the cleaning service received which show the place as not being cleaned. In addition to this, when I informed Prince of the service I received he blamed me for not reviewing the cleaners work and also not advising them that it was a move out cleaning (which I did inform them, and it was also noticeable given there was nothing left in my apartment).

My previous cleaner just retired so I was looking for a new one, and I reached out to get a quote from Cleaning4U. I have a ~500 sq ft apartment, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. It's a small apartment that my previous cleaners (who worked alone) did full housekeeping and cleaning themselves in 2 - 3 hours, and would cost generally $100 or less (maybe a bit over if there was some more to do that day). So tell me why Cleaning4U came back to me with a quote of 3 Cleaners for 1.5h, $40/h each, for $180 + 5% GST + 2.99% if you're paying by card (so would be basically $200 total). AND THAT'S ONLY FOR SURFACE CLEANING. It's $30 extra for cleaning inside appliances. The list of services provided didn't even go into organizing the fridge, closets, or anything along those lines. JUST surface cleaning. I took one look and laughed out loud at the sheer audacity of how ridiculous that quote was. It really feels like they're trying to scam people who don't know any better. Literally right after responding back telling them no way jose I got a call from another company who wanted to give me a quote. The other company quoted me 2 cleaners, 1 hour, total of less than $100, and their list of services included fridge cleaning, closet organization, and a bunch of other stuff. Hired FreshOne for apartment move out cleaning and was quoted 3 hours plus an additional fee for…read morefridge/oven cleaning. I was out of town for the clean so instructed them to call the landlord for entry. I received a call at 9 am from the cleaners to gain entry to the unit, so I asked them again to call the landlord for entry, and a phone call at 12:30 pm informing me they had finished. All fine. THEN I received my payment receipt on which had an additional 1.5 hour charge on it (which I never authorized!). I called the company, they said that the cleaners had requested to stay for extra time + a 3rd cleaner to clean faster and that the landlord had authorized this. I told him that the landlord was not the client, I was the credit card holder, and it should have been authorized by me but I never even got a phone call. My landlord denies authorizing the additional time/cleaner. I requested the company refund the full 1.5 hour charge refunded as I never authorized it, but was only offered a partial $30 refund + $15 gift card. I never received the refund or gift card and the company stopped responding to me. I would strongly recommend not using this company or, at the very least, not providing them with your credit card information before the cleaning as you will find unauthorized charges on your card!
