We booked the cleaning for 3 man hours but it only took 30 minutes for two people to clean. When they arrived to clean my apartment I had let them know that they needed to clean everything outlined on the scope of work, and that they did not need to clean the fridge/freezer. They asked if it was a move-out cleaning and I said yes. I've attached some photos of the cleaning service received which show the place as not being cleaned. In addition to this, when I informed Prince of the service I received he blamed me for not reviewing the cleaners work and also not advising them that it was a move out cleaning (which I did inform them, and it was also noticeable given there was nothing left in my apartment).

The only reason I tried them…read morewas due to Essa, a fabulous cleaner I'd used before who took on an administrative role at Merry Maids. Unfortunately we had to endure constant changes in their staff which meant the cleans were inconsistent -- and some of their staff were atrocious. One cleaner, Takako, is absolutely fabulous! But alas, I'm uncomfortable with all the different people coming and going. Whenever they were short staffed I would be visited by 1 person for the same amount of time as 2 people and billed the same as well. There was never notice or an apology. Another bothersome aspect is the fluctuating times they'd show up. It was established that we'd receive a clean every two weeks and they would arrive anywhere from 9:30 to 10:30 AM. I took their first slot so that they could arrive first thing, same time, every two weeks. I suspect their staffing retention had a lot to do with this. Bottom line... they weren't for us.
