I recently moved apartments and waited late in the game to find a moving company to help me out. Andres (the owner) got back to me quicker than any of the competitors and quoted me a cheaper rate. The other thing I like about this company is that they don't have a two mover minimum. I have experience as a mover and just needed one guy to help me. Muber Me understands every customer doesn't need two guys so the fact they aren't trying to squeeze extra money out of you is awesome. Jeff was my mover. He arrived early and ready to work. He worked nonstop the entire time, had a great attitude and we knocked the move out in a little over an hour. No items were damaged and the payment process was smooth. Andres (sp) was kind from the start. He wanted my business and understood my frustration with the racket that is moving companies. I called 4 movers all with 'no hidden fees, $49/hr 2men and truck'. Muber Me did a great job for me this morning! I had a second story 1.5 bedroom/1 bath apartment and they got everything loaded, driven to the new house, and unloaded in a timely manner. They did not dawdle nor rush, and nothing was damaged (including a very heavy glass-top dining table. They were communicative via phone/text upon booking, confirming the date ahead of time, and then the day-of arrival time. They even kept their cool when a grumpy neighbor was extremely rude to them! I would highly recommend Muber Me. Very quick response time and then good communication via text. They arrived 10 minutes early. They wrapped a heavy dining room table and a dressing table that did not come apart and was a very awkward shape. They even let us have some of their cellophane wrapping at no charge as we needed to protect a dinner service which I was transporting in my car. They carried the very heavy (for me) box to my car and brought it in once we arrived at our house. Everything arrived safely and it took about 2.5 hours. Wonderful experience! We had a somewhat complicated move. Moved our son and we had 4 stops along the way. The crew was extremely friendly and helpful. My son is very particular about his belongings and he was quite pleased with the way the crew handled every piece.
